This was not the kind of deep clean I was hoping for and the customer service reflected exactly that, a lack of quality and a lack of integrity and honesty. A deep clean to me means cleaning the countertop in the kitchen, pretty beginner stuff. But then there was sticky goo left on the floor and water marks in the sink and the carpet in the bathroom closet was not clean. When I called to see if they were coming back from what appeared to be a lunch break, Jennelle told me they were finished and that she would call her lead cleaner out to check it out. Then she preceded to tell me her lead cleaner could come but likely not fix it... everything to "fix it" is essentially what should have been completed originally. She said she was giving us a discount of $150 for the clean! What a rip for what was received. Stay far away from this service, there are plenty of other cleaners out there. I manage airbnb and VRBO properties around town with regular cleaners who are honest, quality focused and genuinely good people. I agree with others on here, the customer service is appalling and there lack of concern for their employee's work is going to no doubt put them out of business.

Magic Fairy day is my favorite day of the week/month! My Green Sweep fairies come in and work magic in our home. It's wonderful! I highly recommend them.

They did a great job cleaning our house when we were moving out, but the communication of the cost was lousy. I was told that move-out cleans were usually $150-200, and having a small house (960 sf) that wasn't terribly dirty, I expected the cost to be at the low end. The cleaners left a note saying that they were there for 2.5 hours (at $40 per hour each that would have been $200), and then later they left a voicemail saying they were actually there for 3.5 hours. They also left the back door open after having specific directions to lock it. When I called the owner the next day to clear things up and complain, she was combative, and not apologetic at all, though she did agree to charge us $200 instead of $280. Make sure you get a clear quote before agreeing to anything or giving them a credit card number.

The team is responsive and hard working. They do a great job and care about their customers! We love working with Greensweep at many of our commercial and residential properties!

Green Sweep Cleaning and Maintenance is phenomenal! We used them for an event with over 50,000 people and they kept the grounds very clean over the span of three days. Very friendly staff and a really great company to work with.

House cleaning is one of the biggest self-care components for us! It is such a treat to have someone clean your home which allows more time with family or outside in the yard. We prioritize this service in our budget as it makes life so much easier. We have been very pleased with the cleaning work from Green Sweep. Our house doesn't smell like chemicals when they are done and all is sparkling and shining. Oftentimes, they go above and beyond, like cleaning the light fixtures of bugs or cleaning the fan blades. They always show up, whether its a consistent team member or a substitute, which is very important as we prepare for their cleaning. In the past, with other cleaners, it was such a frustration spending time preparing for them and then they wouldn't show up. The communication with green sweep is effective and efficient, which makes it easy when that is needed. Our current cleaners are so friendly and really care about their work, it is easy to see.

Green Sweep Cleaning & Maintenance has been a huge help to me adjusting to my new life as a mother! I have less time to do the deep cleaning the house desperately needs and I'm always so grateful after a Green Sweep team has been to my house! Cherie & Natalie from Green Sweep Cleaning came to clean my house a little under a week ago. They thoroughly cleaned our house. I mean it was amazing! I am pregnant with our 4th, so this was a gift from my mom to get ready for baby coming. And I couldn't have asked for anything better. I mean the kitchen sink has never looked better or more white, even when we bought the house and moved in! The bathrooms, the walls, the floors, and basically everything is perfect. I could have cried. And the cleaning agents used are all better for our house and environment!

We hired Green Sweep to do a post-construction clean up for us (on extremely short notice), and it just so happened that there were still painters and various finishing touches going on when the cleaning crew showed up. They worked diligently despite the commotion going on and helped get the site ready for floor installation the following morning. They were very professional and friendly and exceeded our expectations! I would recommend them to anyone with cleaning needs, big or small.

Owner is a combative thug!

My wife & I were nearly run over 2 weeks ago by Grant, the owner, while crossing a street in Fort Collins; very clearly within the crosswalk.
Interestingly, after swerving around us, he stopped and walked toward us with an aggressive attitude. I explained he nearly ran us over while we were in the crosswalk, to which he strongly objected and stated I should read a driver's manual.

Noting his accent, I suggested he had not been in the USA long enough to know the rules about pedestrians, to which he countered "I bet I've been int he USA longer than you"...which is fairly amusing since I am American and he moved to Colorado in 2008. He then saddled-up to me and asked me"Do you want to go?" clearly asking to fight!

This kind of hot-headed attitude from the owner, while driving his company car and clearly having violated city auto/pedestrian rules is crazy. I did contact Fort Collins city and they clarified that this is indeed, a designated crosswalk and the automobile rules apply. Incredibly rude, unapologetic and trying to pick a fight with my wife present.

Have been using this service for a few months now, and am very satisfied. The job is done well, is timely and I know what to expect. There is a basic clean checklist so I know what I am paying for. They seem open to feedback and specific requests, although I have not had to request anything so far.
