They also did a fantastic job with the clean up after. If any work is needed that they can provide, I will 100% call them back. You should do the same!

We are building a new garage/office on our property in downtown Loveland. Jones Excavating has been working at our place the last few weeks. They have shown up when they said they would and their work has been excellent. However, here the cherry on top: Today they were working by our front porch and I was returning from the store carrying in a baby and groceries. One of the gentlemen fixed the the front rug, dusted off the dirt from the steps with his hand and turned around and said: "There you go, ma'am."
I was so thankful and very impressed. Highly recommend!

Jones Excavating & Plumbing has always been there for me! They have done several projects over the years and with all of them, they are done well and on time. Even in an emergency, they make it a priority to take care of it.
I have had them build the pad for the horse barn, do all the plumbing in it, (waterers, hot water for the wash stall, a hot water heater) they also came out for private locates and a water line repair.
Everything has been taken care of from the job itself to interaction with the office staff and billing.

Had an issue with a drain at home. They came out and fixed it quickly. Very professional, I highly recommend.

Jones plumbing came out to look at the water issue in our basement. They scheduled a date and gave us a quote. They randomly called week later and said they could come that day, gave us a different higher quote, and before we could confirm, told us they couldn't even do the job. They never called back or never showed up.

We have utilized the services of Jones Plumbing twice in the past year and both times they exceeded our expectations. They were quick and professional with assessing the problem, providing a quote and then doing the repairs - one of which was replacing a water heater. Their customer service is exceptional and I would highly recommend them for any of your plumbing needs.

We recently used Jones to replace some broken septic drain lines. This involved demo of the concrete basement floor, excavation of the pipes, replacement, and pouring concrete.

Jesse was great to work with throughout, quote was clear and fair. They found additional problems once into the project but again communicated throughout and gave options with a fair and honest assessment. Finished project looks good and most importantly works! Highly recommend.

Excellent service! They were able to come out and assess the work and complete it all within three hours. Had another company out prior that told me they would need to cut a hole in my wall to do the work. These guys got it done without having to do all of that. Literally the worst place! Javier will make random promises to help you and ask personal questions that has nothing to do with their job. Brooks will give you a quote then turn around and give you a different quote. Neither one of them are responsive to your calls. Javier tried explaining he was going to help me with extra warranties when the warranties were already included with the work they were providing. DO NOT AND I MEAN DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!

Fast, friendly and convenient! My 4yr old flushed a hotwheel that just kept getting clogged. He came out within 1hr and replaced my toilet! He even took the time to replace my child's potty seat!

They got here within 2 hours during the appointment window! They were very quick with getting us unclogged! Grateful!

Agree with others that we were greatly over charged for the work done. When they did do the work the next day of replacing a section pipe for clean-out. As part of the estimate saying the clog would be fixed. They took pictures and said yup its clog, now you will need to pay $1400 to get it cleaned out after paying $9800. stayed in a hotel for 3 nights and said they would pay for that, still waiting for that refund. When the clean out jetting machine was used it needed to be jump started by my wife, because their 2nd pickup hood would not open, and they did not have jumper cables. The first project person who promised things would be fixed and he would be onsite the next day went on vacation instead, and when I did get ahold of him decided to tell me we had a second clog (not the case) and was berating over the phone. Tried asking for the manager and still no reply....Get a second opinion before using this vendor. They do have good people working for them just not the managers on up.
Still no response.....

Same day service, drain cleaning price was as advertised. Communication was excellent. They were even kind enough to remove there shoes A+
