Javier did a great job at my house. He added a bathroom into an attic loft closet that had no plumbing and finished the whole room with tile, walls, flooring and vanity. It turned out great. I would highly recommend.

Isaiah Sarmiento drove from Brighton to Greeley and even apologized for not arriving earlier. He was very polite and continued to problem solve until our issue was resolved. He communicated what he was doing and why during the process. Isaiah was conscientious about keeping the area clean when he arrived and cleaned up very well. I will be calling Isaiah for any future problems and I will recommend him to neighbors.

Jeremiah Sanchez was prompt, courteous & solved our problems in a professional manner.
(However the base of our toilet needs to be re-aligned, because that stain was not there). I am grateful that Jeremiah returned to correct this.

These guys came same day and fixed major problems i was having with my house - problems I knew I had and didnt have a solution for. They got it all fixed, with no hassle, and guaranteed their work for life. Definitely reccomend.

These guys are just con artist. Everytime i use these guys for root removal they try to sale us on some 15 to 30k pipe rebuild. My house is from 67 and has cast iron pipes, these pipes have joints in place for permafrost so they can flex. Any old school Plummer will tell it's normal. I actually snaked these pipes myself with no problem. They did even fix the problem but charged any way. Just know when they say they need a camera you're gonna get a rather large quote for a small problem.

Both Technicians were Polite and knowledgeable. They explained everything that needed to be done and pricing along the way. i would have given 5 starts but My back gate was left open and my dog ran away. i did find her and shes ok.

Buyer Beware: Unprofessional and unethical is an understatement. $28,000 quote for a sewer line we approved based on necessity (ASTRONOMICALLY HIGH when reputable companies do it for half of that). Was approved based on what they expressed as immediate availability to repair an what they said was an out of service main line to resolve 7 homes inoperable sewer. They did not inform us that they didn't as a company know out of order sewer lines that can cause damage ie: emergency repairs can start immediately if permits are requested immediately the next business day. The City also confirmed today this is accurate. Their "resolution" was to dig a trench for temporary sewer, what that looks like is a hole full of waste outside my tenants homes for them to smell for the 5 days it took them to apply for permits to start work, 7 days later still had a flow of sewage down the alleyway from the main because they found other issues at the main once they finally got the repair re-connected a week later. They took our money and locked us in and put us on the back burner for emergent repairs. Don't use this company unless you want to overspend, want to have to push for communication and want to leave the process feeling like you were scammed. High pressure salesmen with no customer service.

We had a clogged toilet and reached out to schedule an appointment today at 12:45 PM. To our surprise, Carlos arrived just 45 minutes later—quick, efficient, and exactly what we needed in a stressful moment.
Carlos was incredibly kind and courteous throughout the entire visit. He took his time explaining the issue, what caused it, and how he was going to fix it. It's so rare these days to come across such genuine professionalism and outstanding customer service.

After reaching out to the company tonight he was at our home starting the project within 30 min. Great service and would use them again in the future.

Please change Jeanne’s name and add my name (Paul) in your file. I feel the experience with Elite went very well. Javier and his trainee showed up when they said they would. I showed them the kitchen faucet that was leaking. After checking it out, they told me I would need a new one. I said let’s put a new one in. They left and came back with a new faucet. The faucet was not the brand they said it would be (Moen). They installed it in about 30 minutes and showed me how it worked, cleaned up and left.

We had an issue with one of our company restrooms. Justin followed up with a time he could get on site and showed up promptly. He diagnosed the problem and had it fixed within an hour. Highly recommend them!

Elite Rooter arrived in under 2 hours as promised. Javier unclogged the drain right away leaving my renter happy and relieved.

Javier was very nice And listened to my concerns and problems with my washer drain. Unfortunately not to his fault the problem was not a easy fix. The service they provided in 2024 was not as expected. I need to add the repair estament for fixing the issue is discounted for poor service in 2024. I appreciate them for adjusting this.

I called Elite Rooter when my sewer pipes backed up on me. They answered right away and had excellent customer service. They also came to me under 2 hours the same day! Which i needed asap! The technician to do the job. Called me quickly to give me a time and very friendly with immediate attention of my needs. When he showed up it was obvious they were backed up. He pushed it through the blockage and it was tree roots that was blocking it. He Showed us and made sure the blockage was gone. Our pipes were cleared and very satisfied with the work he did.
