Mark and MGI were absolutely amazing to work with. Honest, friendly, fair and thorough are just a few words to describe my experience with them. I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again or recommend them to a friend.

Coldest night of the year in Fort Collins, 1995 furnace stopped working. MGI was recommended by neighbors. Mark was sent first thing the next morning. He had the parts needed, was exceptionally polite and knowledgeable, tolerated "little old lady" questions explaining circuit boards and inducer motors and what exactly happened. It was up and running by noon. Fantastic local company. I would highly recommend them for any HVAC needs.

I don't think that I can say enough good things to convey the appreciation that we have for MGI. Mike has worked with us for countless hours to solve a problem that we felt was impossible and had been a huge source of frustration for us with our newly built home. His expertise and knowledge base is respectable and impressive. I don't think there is anything that he cannot problem solve and create a solution for. We also have great appreciation for the company culture that he has created. Pierce, Mark, Kris, and Kim have each been wonderful to work with. The techs are knowledgeable and easy to have in our home. Thank you!!!

MGI installed a cold climate heat pump and back-up furnace in our house. They were simply awesome. Nice job on the quoting process, and a perfect install. They took the extra time to make sure everything fit and functioned perfectly, and explained the various settings etc. They were able to install a 4" wide filter when the other company quoting said that they could not. They also totally re-plumbed the flu lines to the furnace to squeeze in the new humidifier we wanted. Just a great job overall.

Marcus and his team were very kind, knowledgeable and professional. They installed a new heat pump and water heater. It was a big job, but they worked long days to get the job done. They even repaired some ductwork that was unrelated to the job. Would definitely recommend.

Mark Montoya @ MGI is a gifted technician and can explain and communicate with unintelligible HVAC like a rock star. Carrier furnaces though, I’m troubled by those. 2 brand new furnaces in 3.5 years and the blower and/or the ‘board’ have gone out and needed replacement several times with no explanation. Waiting for days on parts you didn’t break in 102° and paying for labor and trip charges is punishing when your only ‘crime’ is buying a brand new furnace.

These folks are absolutely incredible. Pierce is an effective and efficient project manager with great communication and warm, friendly customer service.

Mike and Jorge got the job done, above and beyond expectations. They also are kind, honest, and have great communication skills. I am so happy with their work, the service, the entire process.

Travis with Absolute Electric is also incredibly talented and very good at his job. I am grateful for everything.

Will definitely be recommending MGI Mechanical Services and their team now and in the future.

Tyrus is an absolute beast! He was nothing but reassuring, professional, and efficient. He credibly laid out the future of the furnace unit as well at the same time making sure it was in the best possible condition for the immediate use and enjoyment. 10/5 would recommend Tyrus and MGI and will be going back to them each time. On a side note, he was very aware of the presence of cats and kept all access points closed while he was doing his thing.

Tyrus K. was great! He made sure everything was working properly during our spring fire off appointment. He took the time to answer all our questions and gave us some really helpful tips on how to keep the system in good shape!

Mark did a Great job! Explained how the system works. Showed us how to maintain furnace and humidifier. He also explained how to use the Ecobee thermostat. Checked coolant levels on both AC units. Would highly recommend!

Working with MGI has been great. They're very detailed focus and have done great work. We've had them install a hot water heat pump and hood vent for out stove. We had an emergency where our gas furnace was venting into the attic (installed by a different company several years ago) and MGI was at our house within 5 minutes to fix it. Highly recommend.

MGI Mechanical has been so great for us over the years living in Fort Collins. Over time we’ve had them put in a new AC, an ERV (energy recovery ventilator - to bring fresh air in), and a tankless water heater. We also worked with the City of Fort Collins efficiency works program with MGI too for that work and got rebates. We pay for the annual maintenance plan and techs come out twice a year to service everything, and it’s super easy to schedule with their office manager Kim. I like their annual maintenance plan because we keep on top of maintaining our HVAC and water heater so it’ll last longer, and I also know we’d be a priority for MGI if say our AC went out on a hot day. As someone with a disability who is heat-sensitive, that’s important to me!

Had Mark out to my house today to service the HVAC system and repair my whole house fan. I had several companies that would not work on our fan, turned out to be a simple fix with a new belt and she's up and running fine. Great job to Mark and the team at MGI!

Not impressed. You can really tell money is all that matters to them. The greed is unbelievable. I think they sold the company to some people who dont know what theyre doing. They used to be locally owned but now they are NOT. For the record.

MGI is a great company! Perry, Marcus, Christian, Hannah have all been awesome. They have worked very hard to work with me in all areas, and small issues that have come up were handled quickly and professionally. I would recommend them to anyone. Pricing was WAY better than any other bidder out there. Great company.

Gold standard to MGI and their team. A++ for communication, responsiveness and completion of project. The diagnosis and quick one-day turnaround to get the part required for our HVAC was beyond impressive. They were careful to provide a quote and later, after the project was completed, a significant reduction in the actual cost. The integrity in their process and honesty in their pricing made me a customer forever. Highly recommend MGI.

These guys were fantastic!! They replaced our furnace, heated and did a duct cleaning for an INCREDIBLE price and they were super respectful of our space, dogs and schedules. The communication was outstanding as well - bringing any potential issues up and requesting permission before making any changes to the original plan.

MGI Mechanical Services installed a heat pump HVAC system and heat pump water heater into my 1400 sq. ft. home. The work was done promptly and efficiently. The technicians were courteous professionals who answered all questions and set up the system to run properly. In the first winter they correctly identified a problem, corrected it, checked my system and changed the filter. I have both summer and winter comfort and am very happy with my improved, efficient and economical HVAC system and heat pump water heater. I'm also happy to give MGI Mechanical Services an excellent recommendation!

I had a new furnace and a heat pump installed by Jorge and Gustavo at MGI mechanical. They were great. Very professional and knowledgeable. MGI did the work as promised and on time.
