They installed a defective part. The oven worked three times after the repair when I called them I was 3 days late in my 60-day warranty. No help nothing. Would strongly recommend to use a different company.

Between them and GE they are completely inept and never sent anyone to fix a one month old stove after 8 calls. Ended up with Mr appliance out of fort Collins and they scheduled after 1 call.

Terrible service!! They assign you a two hour window and cannot even wait five minutes for you. Left work two times to meet technician only to find out he has to return a third time. This is a wash machine repair under warranty. I have dealt with them two times with two appliances both under warranty and each time is worse than time before.
They came today after third visit to repair a wash machine drum only to create a new problem which flooded my laundry room, leaked down through the air vents ruining a rug downstairs and my wedding dress in storage.
When I called about the flooding they originally refused to return that day.
In addition over the course of all the issues I reached out to speak to a manager and was told one would return my call within 24 hours. Needless to say I called three separate times and have yet to receive a managers call.
They are HORRIBLE!!!!!!!

The repair person was great. Friendly and efficient. I cannot say the same for the office people who do not return calls and rarely answer the phone.

The repairman came 20 minutes early to install the new part, and I had not yet returned home from another appointment, so they left a phone message telling me to call the office. I arrived 10 minutes later and called the number but no one ever called me that day ( I called and left a second message later) and it was not until I CALLED THEM the following morning that I talked to someone and they made me a new appointment (4 days later). The second time they were set to come, they called me 40 minutes prior and had to cancel as the part they were to install was broken.

Their customer service is despicable. To arrive 20 minutes early, to leave and never return, and never return the phone call is not a way to make repeat customers. I was treated as unimportant and felt as though they blew me off entirely.
I would not have this business do repairs, but they did the warranty work.
I did not receive ANY apology.

Oven repair. Part shipped to home, making repair tome shorter and cheaper. Friendly repairman.

Jacob was on time and professional. I explained the issue and he was able to get it fixed immediately, and also gave me recommendations on how to avoid the same issue in the future, which was greatly appreciated.

Definitely not a cheap service but Jacob explained the cost breakdown and it seemed fair enough.

Overall a solid experience, no complaints. I'd recommend them if you're looking for quick and easy appliance repair.

Jordan was wonderful. ON his first visit he identified the problem and ordered the necessary parts, which arrived the next day and we were able to schedule the repair. When he had the microwave off the wall and taken apart, he discovered another part that was needed and drove 30 miles to pick it up, got the company to discount the cost and added no additional labor fees. He even polished up the appliance when he was finished re-installing it. I was very impressed from the original response to my inquiry through the end of the work. Highly recommend!

At my workplace, we needed an unusual repair (European stove) and after hitting several dead ends, were eventually directed to Mr. Appliance.
They were friendly and responsive, getting us scheduled the next day. They sent a confirmation email with the time frame later that day; the next morning, they sent an email with the technician's name and photo, with appointment window.
The technician was on time, professional, knowledgeable and efficient. He was able to disassemble, clean and reassemble the burner so we did not have to replace it, which would have required a lengthy wait for the parts.
Totally recommend! They are now listed in our vendor list for appliance repair.

Anthony repaired our washer with knowledge and experience. He added a little bit of humor and did the repair in a timely manner.

All contact with Mr Appliance was courteous and friendly. Phillip arrived on time with a smile, a mat at my door, and booties on his shoes. He worked efficiently and left nothing out of place when he left. Though a part had to be ordered and took longer than anticipated to arrive, the office called as soon as it did and scheduled the repair. I am happy to have identified the company I trust to repair my appliances. Thank you!
