We got the pleasure of working with Chris - He is incredibly knowledgeable and very honest. The tree we were interested in trimming because we were worried about the position of it next to our house - actually didn't need any trimming. Rather than charge us he was honest and explained that it was safe and didn't want to charge us for something not needed. We learned a lot about the trees health and how to care for it going forward. Definitely saving his number in case we need it in the future. Great dude!

We had a large part of a tree fall down in a storm and discovered the tree was rotted at the base. There was still a very large portion of the tree standing, and we were eager to get it removed before it caused any other damage.

We had never worked with Chris before, but he came highly recommended by one of our local community centers. Chris removed the tree very methodically, piece by piece, causing no damage to our small yard. He cut the tree so that the remainder of the trunk perfectly fell through an opening in our fence. Chris coordinated for one of his partners to come out several days later to complete the stump grinding. Jerry did a really excellent job with the stump grinding as well.

We recommend Chris and plan on working with him again to help care for our remaining trees. Thank you Chris!

Chris and his team make customer service a priority. They are very nice and honest as the day is long! TLC has been working on my trees since 2013. The level of knowledge and love of trees that Chris has is nothing short of amazing. What I have found out with Chris is that he is Always true to his word. Unlike other companies, TLC returns phone calls. Chris even called me back on a weekend after exiting the movie theatre with his family! Who does that? TLC does! My trees are precious, and I would not ever think of trusting their care to any else but TLC Tree Experts!

Chris was responsive, professional and very efficient. I called him about a big Spruce tree removal on a Sunday, not expecting a response until Monday, but he picked right up. He had a quote for me the next day. A week later the tree was out! He was also careful to ensure there would be no damage to surrounding house and vegetation. I highly recommend TLC Tree Expert!

We have hired TLC Tree Expert 3 times over the past few years to remove a number of dead trees and every time we are more than pleased with the work they do. This month we had a huge dead spruce that needed to come down immediately due to it's condition, size and proximity to our home. Chris, as always, responded immediately to my email, inspected the situation and gave a quote the same day, and was able to get it down right away. He and his team are always punctual if not early, very communicative, and safe and responsible onsite to ensure we never had damage to our property. I definitely recommend this company. Chris did a great job trimming my trees! He was quick to communicate, the trees look amazing, and everything was cleaned up nicely when the job was completed. He took time to discuss everything before the work was done and walked through it after the job was completed. Highly recommend!

Chris was extremely helpful and literally diagnosed our trees within minutes. Thanks to his years of experience in the business. The most notable thing to share about him is that he didn’t charge me anything for the diagnosis which definitely saved us hundreds of dollars if we went on with treatments. He shared his honest diagnosis without any attempt to make money out of it. I’d definitely recommend hiring him if you have any project with your trees.

Chris and his team removed a large dying Red Maple from our yard back in June. I couldn't have been more pleased and impressed with the service. After inquiring on the website, Chris called me that same day and was able to stop by on his way home to give an estimate. He explained what had gone wrong with the tree and I got an estimate that day that was very fair. The day of removal, his team arrived on time and worked very efficiently. The 60'+ tree was down, chipped and they were out of there in maybe 75 minutes. Yard was raked and left in clean condition when finished. Couldn't recommend more highly.
