Excellent experience! The owner made the humbling comment that the apartment I hired the company to clean was probably the worst the company had ever cleaned. Two outstanding women took a disaster situation to a very clean outcome. Even windows and screens were cleaned, the kitchen floor looked great and horrible bathrooms were ready to be used. Thank you to Jessica and Caitlin- you worked wonders!

I've had 2 Buckets Cleaning as a regular service once a month now for about four months and they do a great job every time. The two young women who have been here to clean have been communicative and with the owner for a long time, which is what I look for with a cleaning service.

I was hesitant to use this service again after a previous experience where our home wasn’t fully cleaned, but I am so glad I gave them another chance. This time, Brihana and Jess came, and they completely turned things around.

Both were extremely friendly and professional, and they managed to clean our entire home in under three hours. Unlike last time, they didn’t skip a thing—every room, including the bathroom and master bedroom, was spotless. They even mopped (which was missed before) and were incredibly thorough with all areas.

As someone who works from home with two pups, I really appreciate how well they handled the challenge of pet hair on floors, carpets, and couches. Our house genuinely looked brand new by the time they finished, which is no small feat considering I live with two men and things can get cluttered quickly!

I’m so impressed with the quality of their work this time around. Huge thanks to Jess and Brihana for the amazing clean—I will definitely continue using their services!

We contracted with Castle Fresh when we moved to CO. 1st they did a deep clean in our new home. That was great. Now they come every other week. They do a great job. During COVID we were a little concerned about having them come. The staff is always very conscientious about masking and social distancing. When I was working from home they were always professional and thorough. We are very satisfied.

We had Castle Fresh do a move-out cleaning on 8/8/2023. The person they sent did a great job. There were some specific areas needing clear documentation to be in compliance with our lease and keep our deposit despite known ventilation issues in bathrooms. Castle Fresh was great about taking the detailed before and after pictures we needed in order to get our deposit back in full.

Truly shocking! I am not a perfectionist, but what I came home to yesterday really made my eyes pop! Smears, streaks, untouched surfaces throughout our small house. And this after forward a detailed list I provided after the first clean, which was less than satisfactory.
Disappointing, unprofessional, and not at all a time saver. Everything they did needs to be re-done and re-cleaned, and I have already spent WAY too much time attempting to communicate with them.
How does a sorry service like this stay in business?

We always use The Cleaning Fairies for our rental property move-out cleans. They're easy to schedule with, responsive, pleasant, and they do great work.

I've never spoke to someone as unprofessional as Molly. How she charged 13 hours to clean a tiny house makes me feel this is a scam. There is still dog hair on the floor, cabinets were not wiped out, trash left behind and they didn't even mop the floors. When we called to talk to Molly she was condescending and would not come out to see how bad the house was cleaned. I would NOT use this. Call Handy instead!!!

I have been a residential and commercial contractor since 1995. In that time I have used many cleaning companies. I can tell you for sure there is a big difference between cleaners in the construction cleaner field. Some are house cleaners that think cleaning is cleaning, then there are real cleaners who know their business. The Cleaning Fairies are a step above those guys, no shitting. They are rocket fast and extremely thorough. If you are lucky enough to get on their schedule, don't blink, reserve them.

Another top job from the Cleaning Fairies! They're dependable and continue to provide great house cleaning. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new house cleaning company.

My Fairies always do great job. In addition the office is very responsive if I need to contact them about changes and they are very organized about letting me know if there is a change in the schedule.

I have been using the cleaning fairies on and off for years and they are wonderful! The lady who cleaned my place last week I am sorry I forget her name did such a great job it makes me feel good all over!
