The Clesning Fairies have great customer service, prompt replies to requests and excellent service! They worked with me when I needed to reschedule my appointment and the cleaner was professional, thorough and friendly. We would recommend them and use them again!

If you are ever in a pinch before hosting a party or of you just never feel like you have the energy to clean everything in your house, then call the fairies! These cleaning fairies are always on time and always clean deeper than i expect; MUCH deeper than i clean even during my most inspired cleaning sessions! These fairies are very worth the price, i would recommend them to anyone! 5 stars all day, keep up the good work!

Kelly cleaned my house and did an amazing job! Every time I have had my house cleaned with other companies there is always some cleaning I do after or little things that could have been better, but not this time! The place was so clean and wonderful, and I didn't have to do a single thing after she was here!

I have been using the Cleaning Fairies for several years. I have always been pleased with their service. The last Fairies, Jennifer and Lorena, did an outstanding job. They more than exceeded my expectations.
I could not be happier with their service.

First I wanted to say that communication with Alexandra was great. Their customer service did not disappoint and if I could rate that service separately I would give her 5/5.

The Cleaning Fairies fell short in every other aspect though. We did cap the amount of time they could be there to three hours since this is what other cleaning companies quoted us. What a mistake not going with our first cleaning company choice.

We asked them to do a move out clean in our 500 sq. ft. home and to focus on the bathroom and kitchen. They quoted us $45 per hour for two people to clean in that three hour period. However, when we inspected the house (focusing on the kitchen/bathroom) we noticed they didn't even bother to clean on top of selves or other surfaces in those two rooms. Total these two rooms add up to maybe 100 square feet of the house. Two people, three hours, in 100 square feet does not add up to the quality of a clean we got.

My husband and I could've spent three hours and cleaned the entire house to a better standard than what we got paying $135 to the Cleaning Fairies to do two rooms. We were required to hire a cleaning company by our landlord, but because of the sub-par cleaning we were not given our full deposit AND ate the cost of the cleaning. The Cleaning Fairies were willing to re-clean the two rooms they had guaranteed, and the rest of the house at a reduced rate, but this solution did not work for us because we had already moved out. The Cleaning Fairies were unwilling to offer an alternate solution.

If you decide to hire the cleaning fairies be prepared to pay a substantial money for something you could probably do better yourself.

The Cleaning Fairies were wonderful! They always answer the phone so didn't have to leave a message like other services I called and were able to fit my move out/move in cleaning during a very busy time in this college town when there was a cancellation. There was a walk through so I could have an estimate and everything was great with a courteous team showing up on time and doing a great job! Thanks and I'll be using the Cleaning Fairies again!

The office staff is great — totally reaponsive to our needs and wants. They are communicative and make the experience is smooth and simple. The fairies are also fabulous! It felt great to bookend the sale of our house and the purchase of a new home with a deep clean throughout. Thank you!

I have been using the Cleaning Fairies on and off for quite a while, but we started using them regularly during the pandemic. We were home SO MUCH and the mess was just too much for me. We have been thrilled with the work ethic, friendliness, and ability of Tina, our regular cleaner. I highly recommend this company, everyone is kind and responsive!

The Cleaning Fairies did an excellent job helping clean my house prior to listing for sale. They responded to my initial inquiry quickly, scheduled an on-site meeting to ensure they understood what I needed done, and scheduled the cleaning service around my own schedule. Their prices were very reasonable and they did an excellent job.

I have worked with this great company/people for years in numerous ways. They provide weekly cleaning of our primary residence and also clean our investment property. Their communication is outstanding. Our Fairy is wonderful and all of us look forward to seeing her each week and catching up. The quality is great and if anything needs to be changed or improved, all we need to do is ask. Huge fans.

The cleaning fairies were extremely responsive and prompt. I arranged to have a home my daughter was moving into cleaned after the previous roommates moved out and left a pigstye. Heather and Lindsey kept me apprised of everything and were so I incredible to work with. I will definitely use their services again, and I highly recommend them.

Wonderful Experience. I own my own cleaning company and we, sadly, had a death in the family and needed some coverage so my partner and I could be with family and help make arrangements. The Fairies are very organized and able to help in a pinch, covering a client that needed service that we could now not provide. We love Stephanie! Her cleaning is superb, she's friendly and is consistent. We have bi-weekly cleanings set up. Due to staffing, we've had to be flexible in getting cleanings scheduled, but this seems to be the case with so many businesses after Covid. The Cleaning Fairies are prompt in communication and I appreciate their collaboration in working with our schedule too. I would recommend them to anyone looking for house cleaning!

I have been using the Cleaning Fairies for the past 9 years, on twice-per-month basis, so I'd like to provide a review as a long-time customer. I have been very happy with their service; we have two dogs, two cats, and a young child, so our house usually looks like a tornado has come through by the time we are due for our next. When I come home from work after a cleaning day, the whole house is spotless! I am sensitive to strongly-scented cleaning supplies, so I am grateful for their use of eco-friendly, fragrance-free cleaners.

I also appreciate their commitment to customer service: after every cleaning, the office sends an email to ask me if I was happy with the clean or not. I almost always am 100% happy with the cleaning, but on the rare occasion that I notice that the Fairies missed something, the office sends someone out the next day, at no additional charge, to address the issue. They also update the "spec sheet" for our house accordingly, so that our preferences are noted.

Another factor I appreciate: They send the same team to my house each time. This approach has allowed the Fairies to get to know the idiosyncrasies of our house (which surely helps them be more time-efficient), plus I take comfort in knowing who is in my house while I'm away at work. We have a dog who is uncomfortable with strangers, but now he knows these particular Fairies and they can let themselves in when I'm not there.

Finally, I think it's worth noting that the Cleaning Fairies offer paid time off to their workers and bonuses for good work. Cleaning houses for a living is a seriously hard job, and it feels good to know that I'm supporting a locally-owned (and woman-owned!) company that is doing right by its employees.

We've been using the Cleaning Fairies since late 2023, and it's been a fabulous experience! They're a small company, so it did take a little while to get off the waitlist. However, since then, we couldn't be more pleased! Joseline is great and does such an amazing job in our house every month! The team in the office is great at communicating and makes billing extremely simple. I'm so glad we decided to go with a local company - I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a regular cleaner!

I don't do reviews -- for anything -- out of general principle. But when the Cleaning Fairies asked me to do this I decided to make an exception. I moved to Boulder 11 years ago and was worried I wouldn't be able to find a good cleaner. I was so wrong! The CF have always been professional and reliable. When I've needed to make last minute schedule changes they've always been nice about it. I was glad they made it through the pandemic, and the year I spent cleaning my own home reminded me how much I love them. Keep up the good work, CF.
