We were so pleased with the expertise that Clayton Garza demonstrated when he serviced the 40+ year old boiler in our home last week in February 2024. We had been chasing a dripping noise in the house for weeks that seemed to be emanating from the roof and following down the flue piping to the boiler. We had ruled out a roof leak, and the latest theory was that there was problem with condensation in the boiler flue. We've had a hard time finding a service technician that is knowledgeable about boilers. Clayton did a thorough check of the issues we were having and the history of prior repairs done. Clayton talked to us about boiler systems while he worked. He and the other technician Juan made thorough investigation of the entire system. They ruled out condensation, made an adjustment to the flue piping to improve the ability to properly vent, and fixed the problem! We highly recommend D.N.I and Clayton Garza, hydronic heating system specialist, for the prompt, courteous service and most of all for the the successful outcome of the repairs. We know who to call in the future for our A/C and heating system solutions!

Steele came out to work on my furnace. He got right to work, but also took time to explain, the steps of what he was doing to troubleshoot the problem. Steele was kind, courteous, and respectful. Very professional. I hope I never have issues with my furnace again,but if so I would call and ask for him . Definitely recommend him to others.

They will install your system wrong, not sign you up for the warranty, then charge you if something they did is wrong or broke. Total rip off.

A scam of a company. I would not recommend it to anyone. Charged me an insane amount and didn't even fix the issue, due to insufficient diagnostics being performed and "assuming it would fix it," leading to additional "trip charges" to properly diagnose it, and then trying to charge over $4k on top of that to fix it. No care that the tech didn't previously diagnose the problem correctly, leading to incorrect charges that were not a part of the actual fixing of it.

Really a great service. On time, great communication- Augie called before arrival to make sure he had what he needed for the job. He coordinated with property management throughout so inconveniences were minimized for my building and he gave me great pointers for future projects. Augie was professional and efficient.

Have had our boiler serviced by numerous companies and with little success. Clay from DNI knows his business! He was able to quickly diagnose and fix the boiler issue. Additionally, he has provided recommendations for how to extend the life of our boiler.

We had Mark service our AC unit today and he was amazing! Extremely professional and didn’t rush to make sure our ac was running properly. They were able to come within 2 hrs of our HOA maintenance guy calling them and got the drain cleared in under an hour.

when our ac stopped working after a power outage, we called right away for help. even though the weather was bad and no one could come out, chris took time to talk us through what to do over the phone. he helped us step by step with troubleshooting, and didn't give up until our ac was running again! chris checked in with us the next morning too, making sure everything worked. we really appreciate how helpful and patient he was, even from a distance. we highly recommend this service for any ac repair needs!

That very night, they arrived and found a solution, procuring the necessary pressurizer and an extra part. The technicians, Jonathan and Eddie, were nothing short of pleasant and professional. In the past, I've been disappointed with the heater repair service I used.
