i called a local plumber after being told by another place that i needed a whole new sewer line, with a quote between $8,000 and $10,000. the plumber, melvin, checked everything out and let me know that my pipe was actually in good shape and didn’t need to be replaced. he also explained that if i ever did need to have the line jetted, it would cost nowhere near what i was charged before—just around $300, not the $1,500 i had paid at the other spot. melvin was super honest and really took the time to explain everything, so i didn’t feel pressured or worried. it’s hard to find a plumber who isn’t just trying to make a quick buck, and i’m really glad i found this company. if you want to save money and get straightforward help with your plumbing or sewer lines, definitely give them a call!

i called a local plumbing company early in the morning because a fallen tree had cracked my well cover. melvin showed up quickly, checked everything out, and gave me an estimate right away. he said he could return later that day or the next morning after finishing another job. he ended up coming back that same afternoon, replaced the well cover, and even added an extension to the well bore to help keep ground water from leaking in. their service was super professional and friendly, and they even took $50 off the original estimate, which was already fair—especially for same day work. overall, i'm really happy with how fast and reliable they were.

we want to thank jones brothers plumbing & hvac for their hard work and dedication! when we started noticing water coming up from the floor drain in our 1940s boulder basement, ezra and the crew came out right away to inspect. after using their camera and rod, ezra found a bigger plumbing issue than we expected. he gave us a clear recommendation, and the next day terrence stopped by to take a closer look and came up with a plan to fix everything. the job included putting in new pipes both inside and outside, closing off an old catch basin, correcting the previous owner’s plumbing mistakes, moving our clean-out outside, shutting off an unused basement bathroom, repairing downspouts, and re-cementing the floors and sidewalks that were affected. the following week, brian came back and installed a new vanity in our other bathroom. we really appreciate how everyone involved made the whole process smooth and affordable. every person we spoke to, whether on the phone or at our house, was helpful and friendly. we’re so grateful for the team’s professionalism and the care they put into solving our plumbing issues, especially during a stressful time.

after moving into our rental, we had a sewer backup in the basement, which was really stressful. i contacted my rental company and got a quick response from melvin. even though it was the weekend, we worked out a time that fit our schedule for him to come by. he showed up right on time and was very friendly and professional. melvin took care of the sewer backup fast, drained out the basement, and even made sure everything smelled fresh again. he also cleared the basement sink, so we don’t have to worry about it overflowing when we do laundry anymore. i really hope future plumbing issues get handled by this team, because they did a great job and made the whole process easy.

Before reaching out for help with our sewer line repairs, I wasn’t familiar with this plumbing company. Since then, I’ve heard from several folks that their plumbing service is known for being top-notch and professional, which I definitely experienced myself. Throughout the process, I interacted with quite a few of their team members, both over the phone and in person, and it became clear they have a great crew supporting their skilled plumbing work. Terrence was the first person I talked to, and he immediately understood the urgency of our sewer issue. He kept his word and quickly arranged for Brian to come by and provide an estimate. Brian was very thorough in figuring out exactly what repairs were needed. He was also really understanding of how stressful and unexpected plumbing problems can be. He took extra time to answer all my questions and clearly explained the estimate, then made sure his crew had detailed instructions for the job. When Melvin and his team arrived to handle the repairs, they were friendly, courteous, and kept me in the loop about what they were doing at every step. They made sure to respect our property and cleaned up the work site nicely after finishing. The whole crew worked efficiently, and I appreciated how quickly everything was completed, even when an extra repair was needed. Overall, I had a really positive experience with this plumbing company. Their team made a stressful situation much easier, and I’m glad I chose them for my plumbing repairs.

the plumbing team here in Boulder is always quick and dependable. we’ve called them for all sorts of plumbing problems, from a toy stuck in the toilet (thanks to my toddler!) to a big shower leak. every time, we get a fast reply and usually melvin shows up the same day. even when the job is tricky and he needs to grab extra parts or figure out the best way to fix it, he makes sure it’s done right. one time, he even came out early in the morning on a holiday when we had a big leak and no water in the house. he got the water running again and then returned the next day to install new parts. definitely recommend them if you need a plumber in boulder!

Our septic system backed up and caused flooding in our basement. Even though it was the weekend, we called for a plumber in Boulder and they showed up quickly. Terrence came out, took a look at everything, and found that our old septic tank and pipes really needed to be replaced. The crew handled the whole job—they replaced the pipes, dug out and removed the old tank, and put in a new septic tank. Terrence was friendly and understanding, which really helped make a stressful plumbing situation easier. I highly recommend their plumbing services to anyone in Boulder!

i've called on this plumbing company twice now for different issues at my house—one major and one minor. the first time, i needed the sewer line from my house to the street replaced, which was a pretty big project. their quote was much lower than the others i got, and they finished everything on time with real professionalism. the second visit was for a clogged kitchen line. brian came out quickly, explained what was going on, and got it cleared up for a fair price. it's tough to find service this reliable and professional. highly recommend for any plumbing needs!

Jones Brothers Plumbing & HVAC did an excellent job with my plumbing needs. Terrence showed up right on time, ready to get to work, and replaced my toilet quickly and efficiently. He even made sure to haul away the old toilet and all the packaging from the new one, leaving everything clean. While he was here, Terrence also took a look at my outdoor faucet’s shut-off valve, which had started to drip when we turned the water back on after winter. He explained how to tighten the bolt if it ever happens again, which was really helpful. The service was friendly and professional, and the price was very fair. I’m really happy with the experience and would definitely recommend them for any plumbing job.

We had a problem with our main septic line backing up at our home in Boulder. The first time it happened, we called a well-known plumbing company to come out on a Sunday. They got things flowing again, but turns out it was just a temporary fix. Not long after, the line backed up again. This time, I reached out to Melvin early on a Monday morning, and he showed up at our place within the hour. By 9:30am, he had not only cleared the clog, but also took the time to explain exactly what had caused the problem in the first place. Melvin did a thorough job for a fair price, way better than the bigger company we used before. He was straightforward, knowledgeable, and you could tell he really knew his way around plumbing issues. If I ever need a plumber again, I'll definitely call Melvin. I just wish I had called him the first time!

jones brothers plumbing & hvac really helped us out when our kitchen sink in Boulder stopped draining soon after we moved in. we had just bought our house, and found out the pipe under the sink was badly corroded, probably from the last owners using harsh chemicals to clear clogs. melvin explained everything step by step in simple terms, so we knew what was going on. he even came out on a sunday evening to make sure the job got finished right. now our sink drains perfectly and we can finally wash dishes again without any worries. super grateful for the quick and friendly service!

the crew did a fantastic job replacing my 80-foot sewer line. they managed to reroute the pipe from the side of my office all the way down the hill to the main sewer line behind the building, and they did everything underground without having to dig up the whole yard. melvin explained the process clearly and made sure everything drained by gravity, so the flow works great. their approach was a lot more cost-effective than other plumbers who told me i'd need a full trench dug the entire 80 feet or even install a sewage pump and dig another 40-foot trench out to the street. overall, i’m really happy with how smooth and efficient the whole job was. highly recommend these plumbers if you need any sewer line work done.

I've called on these plumbers in Boulder a few times now, and each experience has been great. Most recently, I had an emergency with my on-demand water heater—suddenly, there was no hot water at all. I called, and Brian arrived within the hour to check things out. He quickly figured out what was wrong and let me know that the parts we needed were a bit tricky to get. The next morning, I got a call saying the parts had arrived thanks to overnight shipping, and Brian would be back around noon. The repair was a bit complex, with lots of wiring and circuit boards to work around, but Brian explained every step and made sure I understood what was going on. He also told me why the parts took some extra effort to find. The whole process was efficient, timely, and handled in a truly professional way. I’m very happy with the service and will definitely call again for any plumbing needs.

We have used this plumbing company twice now for different plumbing needs, and both times we were very satisfied with the results. The first time, we had an emergency with our shower valve—it stopped working and we couldn't use the shower at all. Ezra, the plumber, responded quickly, scheduled us right away, and replaced the shower valve and hardware efficiently. Even though it was a tricky job because there wasn't easy access and he had to work through the tile, everything turned out great. The second time, Ezra helped us by replacing our old, leaking water heater. He handled the installation smoothly and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. We are extremely pleased with the quality of the work and would definitely recommend these plumbing services to anyone looking for a reliable plumber in the area.

Melvin and Terrence did a fantastic job fixing my plumbing issue. I had a stubborn clogged kitchen drain in my Boulder home that I couldn't clear myself, no matter how hard I tried. A friend recommended this plumbing company, so I gave them a call. They showed up quickly, took a close look at the situation, and explained what was causing the problem—a serious grease buildup in the pipes. Instead of just doing a simple snaking, they used the right tools and know-how to get everything flowing again. They even took the time to explain to my wife and me how to avoid grease clogs in the future, which was really helpful. Melvin and Terrence made sure we understood everything and didn’t try to upsell us on anything we didn’t need. I really appreciate their honest work and friendly attitude. If you’re in Boulder and need a plumber you can trust, I definitely recommend giving them a call. I’ll be using them for any future plumbing needs!

Our old garbage disposal was leaking from the main gaskets, so I needed a plumber to help fix the problem. A friend recommended this plumbing service, and Ezra showed up the very next day in uniform with all the right tools. He carefully checked everything and explained I could either install a new disposal or have the pipes replumbed. Since we didn’t use the disposal much, I appreciated Ezra giving me another option I hadn’t thought of. After explaining the costs and giving me a written estimate, Ezra got straight to work and finished the job quickly and professionally. The whole process was smooth, fairly priced, and handled with real care. I’d definitely call on them again for any plumbing needs.

Ezra and his crew were knowledgeable, friendly, and honest when they came out to help with my plumbing issue. Their prices were very fair and competitive compared to the other plumbers I contacted. I received four different bids, with some larger companies quoting me more than double what Ezra charged. One competitor even added extra charges for the sewer lateral, making their price more than triple Ezra’s. Another company wanted to charge $900 just for a sewer camera inspection, but Ezra provided the camera inspection at no extra cost and finished it quickly. After digging to complete the repair, they made sure to restore my landscaping so it looked untouched. Ezra also handled all the necessary permits and paperwork with the county, which really took the stress off my shoulders. I would definitely call them again for any plumbing needs and recommend them to friends and neighbors.

I needed my water heater replaced and was worried about how expensive it might be. After getting a high quote from another place, I reached out and Jones Brothers Plumbing & HVAC got in touch with me quickly to set up the installation. Melvin arrived the same day, right on time, and was very professional throughout the whole process. He even let me know that I could use a shorter tank, which helped save me money. After installing the new water heater, he tested everything to make sure it was working perfectly and took the time to show me how to relight the pilot light if I ever needed to. What started as a stressful situation turned out to be easy and affordable thanks to their great service. I’ll definitely call them again for any plumbing or heating needs.

We recently experienced a big plumbing issue when a pipe leading to our boiler burst and started leaking through the ceiling into our garage. This left us with no heat or hot water, which is a real problem in Colorado when the weather gets cold. On Saturday morning, I contacted several plumbing companies but couldn't get through to anyone or get a call back. Then I found a local plumbing service online and decided to give them a try. I was really impressed with how quickly they responded. Ezra answered my call and set up a same-day appointment for us, even though we were already the third emergency of the day. I also got an email letting me know that Melvin would be our plumber, and what time we could expect him. Melvin even called ahead to say he was on his way, and he arrived exactly when he said he would. Melvin came prepared with all the tools and parts he needed, including a new pump for our boiler. He quickly fixed the broken pipe and also figured out that our pump was the reason the pipe burst in the first place, because the hot water wasn't circulating. Since he had a replacement pump right in his truck, we didn't have to wait for any parts. Melvin was professional, friendly, and clearly knew what he was doing. The whole team made a stressful situation much easier and got our heat and hot water working again in no time. From now on, this is the only plumbing company I’ll call.

We had a problem with our bathtub clogging up, which caused water to leak through our kitchen ceiling late at night right before a holiday. The plumber, Ezra, was really helpful and asked good questions over the phone to figure out what was wrong. Ezra gave us step-by-step advice so we could stop the leak ourselves and avoid any more water damage. Thanks to that, we were able to wait and set up a regular appointment instead of having to pay extra for emergency service during the holiday. When Ezra came out to our place in Boulder, he showed up on time, fixed the clog quickly, and made sure everything was running smoothly again in less than an hour. The price was reasonable, and he even cleaned up after cutting out the damaged drywall in the kitchen ceiling. I’m happy with how everything turned out and would definitely call them again for any plumbing issues.
