Alma has been wonderful, I’ve been trying different house cleaning services and I was just not satisfied at all. Until I came across Alma. She did not just did a wonderful job but she was very professional, she make sure that I had what I needed to be clean and not just that she was there on time. I have big windows and my last house cleaners couldn’t get them to look as good as Alma left them. Thank you so much Alma this is a keeper.

We had a great experience working with Dave-Rite Landscaping on a fairly involved front yard project that included grading, drainage improvements, a driveway extension, and new landscaping. From the beginning, Dave stood out because he approached the project with a lot of thoughtful problem-solving rather than just focusing on the surface work.

Our property has had drainage challenges for years, and Dave proposed a solution that addressed the underlying water management and grading, not just the cosmetic landscaping. He explained how the drainage would work, where the water would daylight, and how the grading and rock installation would support the long-term performance of the system. That level of planning gave us a lot of confidence in the approach.

Dave and his small but mighty crew showed up consistently and worked hard every day (weather permitting). They kept the site organized, made steady progress, and were always willing to answer questions or talk through details as the project moved along. Communication throughout the process was excellent.

The finished result looks great, but more importantly we feel like the underlying issues that have affected this yard for years were actually addressed properly. It’s clear Dave takes pride in doing the work the right way rather than just the fastest way.

We’re really happy with how everything turned out and look forward to working with Dave-Rite again on future projects.

5 stars doesn’t do this review justice! Dave made my wife and I’s vision a reality. He was patient and kind throughout the entire process. He installed a concrete patio in our backyard, stained our fence and xeriscaped parts of our yard. You can tell he takes great pride in his work and genuinely enjoys what he does. I plan to have him out again soon for more projects!

My backyard was covered in rocks and pond landscape that was outdated and not working. They came in and leveled my yard so I could start new!! Very professional and informative!

David completed a project for us in Brighton in December 2024. He extended the concrete on either side of the driveway and rocked/zeroscaped the area between the street and sidewalk. He was easy to communicate with, understood what we were asking him to create, responsive, patient when we had to wait for HOA approval, he followed up if we were delayed in getting back to him, took the initiative to move a sprinkler line that he saw needed it, moved some existing rock to an area that needed it without us asking him to which showed his great attention to detail (and saved us a little cost). I hope to have another project for him in the next year or two! Thanks David!

David did amazing work for us! He was extremely professional, honest, straight forward and approachable. He listened to all our needs, was always very accommodating to our ideas, but also made great landscaping suggestions for us to consider, which we did and they turned out beautifully. His attention to detail was top notch. And, he is extremely knowledgeable of his trade craft. He also returned a couple weeks after the job was completed, to check on how the grass and all the plants and flowers were progressing, and addressed any and all additional needs. We absolutely LOVE our backyard, and spend as much time out there as we can. We would HIGHLY recommend David and his landscaping skills and company to anyone! Thanks again David!

Dave-Rite Landscaping has done a number of projects for me from as large as a complete backyard landscape, to staining our fence, and as small as doing our sprinkler turn-ons in the spring to blowing them out in the fall. David was all this and more!

He did a redo of a large stretch of our backyard, pulling out grass and putting in trees and wood chips for a kids play area. The trees he found for us the exact species we wanted and the trees were healthy and giant! The work he did leveling the ground and putting down a boarder and chips was stellar. Everything flat and exactly where we wanted it. He also perfectly ran sprinkler hose for watering the trees and making it possible for us to eventually turn the play area into a garden. All of this as top notch. There were zero issues with the quality and looked stellar! Also, from start to finish, he communicated regularly and was very trustworthy. Everything he said he would do happened and on the schedule he planned for. I know that if you choose Dave-Rite for your landscaping needs, you are going to be as happy as we were.
