The store is pretty typical for a home Depot. The staff are nice and I found what I needed.

Pretty busy but there is a good amount of staff and can check you out quickly. This homedepot has a great Garden Center.

TJ helped me find my special root fertilizer which was covered up by other products. She went the extra mile for me!!

I've been to many home depot...unfortunately this one NEEDS a review. To start off the lady at pro desk not only gets there late, is offended when we ask her for help... and tells us she just got here and needs to get situated...
The day before we called and asked for specific posts for a pergola, and were told that they don't carry that size...the next day we arrived and asked lumber if they knew about the posts, and they directed us to Garden, where we found them. So clearly someone didnt care to look or ask the day before... The guy that was working in garden saw us load the heavy 6x6x8 posts, and didn't ask us if we needed any help.. it's also pretty obvious that I'm a small girl and my wrist is wrapped!
So we go to customer service after we've finished paying for the materials. We were going to rent a home depot truck but didn't realize there was a $50 deposit. We ask the lady (Jess) if we can leave our paid for stuff here while we go to deposit money in the bank. She rudely tells us that's not possible and LITERALLY GRABS our receipt out of my boyfriend's hand and starts explaining why this is not possible in a very unprofessional and rude manner. Like we were annoying her by asking a question. She also assumed that the card we had was a prepaid card.. which I thought was a rude assumption.
At the end. MARIA at customer service helped us out and did an awesome job.
She had correct answers, no attitude and got the job done.Definitely not coming back here. Would rather waste gas and drive further than deal with the customer service here.

Almost all of the succulents I purchase from this Home Depot succumb very quickly to root rot from over watering. They do not understand how to take care of the plants they sell, and therefore sell you plants that have already died. If you do decide to purchase a succulent, you should immediately take a healthy cutting or snap off a few leaves to propagate the plant, since the plant you purchased will almost certainly die from their horrible care.

Walmart doesn’t take orders from Walmart.com as per the managers and a silly goofy looking employee
Sold me a fake product online and want to hide the scam. No remediation or resolution was offered. -

Great place to get low prices on all your garden needs.

Good selection, but it's hit or miss with each plant's health and appearance.

Very, very clean. Don't mean to bash, but for a Walmart it was very clean. Cuz most of them I've been to are extremely busy, have terrible customer service, is unorganized, and just a complete pain in the butt all around. But as I said this Walmart is very clean, customer service is very helpful. And they're extremely nice here at this walmart. Everything is clearly organized. It's easy to find anything you need or want. And as I said if you can't find it customer service will help you because they are amazing.

If I could give zero stars, I would.
BrightView Landscaping manages the Mid Town property, and the condition of the grounds has been unacceptable for months. There is little to no pride in the work being done. Sprinkler heads are left broken, trees are dying, trash bags overflow, dog waste stations are empty, and debris is scattered everywhere.
What’s most frustrating is that the crews don’t even clean before they mow—they literally run over trash, spreading it across the property. The work feels rushed, careless, and purely “check-the-box.”
For a company that’s supposed to maintain a professional property, the lack of quality control and supervision is shocking. It’s hard to believe anyone is actually overseeing this work, given how obvious the issues are.
Residents are paying for a service that is simply not being delivered. At this point, it feels like neglect, not landscaping.
I would not recommend BrightView to any property expecting quality or accountability.
I left a review for BrightView Landscaping a few weeks ago, hoping things would improve—but nothing has changed.
They came by again today for their “weekly service,” and the results are just as disappointing. Broken sprinkler systems are spraying water everywhere except where it’s needed, newly planted trees are already dead, trash is still left around the property, and small black gravel is blown all over the place instead of being maintained properly.
This is not professional landscaping—it’s careless, rushed, and poorly executed work. For what residents are paying in HOA fees, this level of service is completely unacceptable.
At this point, it feels like there is no accountability and no pride in the work being done. Very disappointing.

Brightview is doing a fine job at a community I manage, the account manager is very quick to respond and willing to explain things in detail when needed. Would recommend!
