Chris did an excellent job cleaning the carpet at our new-ish (1 year old) home in Erie. He did a very thorough job and I will definitely be calling him again next year to schedule another cleaning.

Altitude Carpet Care is deserving of six stars if there was such a rating! Chris Eisen, the tech who showed up to do the job, was amazing. It was like having an old friend over. He was very conscientious, placing corner guards along the walls to avoid leaving marks with all the hoses and equipment. Also - small bits of plastic sheeting under the wooden legs of my coffee table so they wouldn't get wet (I never would've thought of that).

He took his time in order to do a good job, rather than rushing through to get to the next job. Stains I thought would never come out are gone, and I have a very light gray colored carpet. For extra tough spots, he pulled out some tricks from his toolbox of experience and erased them as if they were never there (I tried all the store brands without success, but he made it look easy!). Easy to work with in scheduling, and he finished in a very reasonable amount of time so we struck up a conversation and he's very easy to relate to as a person. An overall good guy, very fair pricing, and completely non-intrusive. I'd recommend Altitude Carpet Care to anyone and everyone in his service area!

Altitude Carpet Care did an exceptional job cleaning my carpet! I've used other professional companies; this one is the best! I even rented a machine once and tried cleaning my carpet myself. I prefer scheduling Altitude Carpet Care in the future.

My dog had a bad day on our carpet, Chris did an awesome job removing the stains and odors. Cleaned all of our carpets very well. Will for sure call Chris next time I need my carpets cleaned, and would be happy to recommend his work.

We have had our carpets cleaned by other companies before, and they did a decent job. Altitude Carpet Care was amazing. They took extra care to protect the walls and corners throughout the house, and the carpets (inexpensive and old) look brand new! He also cleaned a wool area rug and our upholstered kitchen chairs. They all look perfect. I can not speak highly enough. I don't review companies often, but I jumped online the minute he left to rave. You will not be disappointed in their work.

Chris is awesome, hard-working, friendly and genuinely cares about his work. We had ~1500sqft of carpet cleaned and everything looks immaculate. Even stains we were completely resigned to looking at for the rest of our lives came up with ease under his direction. Not only did he come in under the cost of several competitors in the area, but he helped us with some minor furniture shuffling to make sure we got as much area cleaned as possible. He is also something of an expert when it comes to the chemistry of carpet care, and knows quite a bit about allergens and how to improve indoor air quality for people with sensitivities. Finally, he was super thoughtful of our pets and making the experience stress-free for them, and he provided care tips for the inevitable future accidents they will cause. We will absolutely ask for his help again for any future carpet cleaning projects, and we wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone considering a project!

We have been using Chris for many years now, as have some of our neighbors and friends.

He’s been able to get out some tough stains even some that the prior “big name” cleaners, could not. Most important, they did Not reappear after time as we’d had in the past with others. He was out again today and everything looks great!

Chris is professional, courteous, neat and VERY careful with our home. We trust him so much we now often leave him to work after we let him in and do a quick review.

I have used a large carpet cleaning company for years but they were not able to schedule me in time. I chose to go with Chris based on the reviews I read. He was booked 2 weeks out but came out on a Labor Day to clean my carpets so that I could get my house on the market. He was fantastic. He is professional, thorough, personable, reasonably priced, and my carpets look great. I highly recommend him!! I will definitely use him again.

Our carpet is 11 years old, cream colored, and high pile. It has never been cleaned, but Chris got it back to its original color and shine! And all that without harsh cleaners or chemicals- just citrus and oxi. On top of that, he gave me valuable advice on how to treat and clean my carpet. Chris is a lovely person, too- friendly, open, knowledgeable, very honest, and a hard worker. I know one thing for sure- I won't wait another 11 years to have my carpet cleaned again ;)! I'm happy to have found this independent, local, highly effective company!
