Just had a faucet issue and Daniel and Justin solved the issue in record time at a very reasonable price. They were extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend this plumbing company and will definitely use them for all future pumbing issues as they arise.

Daniel was great! Leaky bathtub ended up being a much bigger project than expected but he stayed late so we could get it fixed and get our water back on. He was super communicative and honest along the way.

Daniel and Donna Plumbing Services was recommended to me because I had a leaking water heater. Nick showed up promptly to assess the situation and determined it needed to be replaced. He was professional, polite, and communicative on every aspect of the project and he got the replacement done in one afternoon. I would absolutely use them again for any plumbing needs.

Daniel came by to inspect my sump pump. Great guy. Called morning of to let me know when he would be coming by. Pointed out what I should be looking for when keeping an eye on the sump pump. Definitely a good experience and someone I would turn to again in the future.

I had an issue with the pressure regulator in my home making a knocking noise and vibrating constantly. I called Daniel and he and is son came out and fixed the issue the next day. Their pricing was reasonable, and they went above and beyond checking my pressure, asking me if I needed any adjustments to it after the work was done, etc. I was completely taken care of, and their work was quick, clean, and professional.

Daniel was great. He took my call on a Friday night and was at my house at 10 am on Saturday to look at my kitchen faucet. He then fixed it in less than 30 minutes! I am so happy!! What a relief. Responsive, great communicator, and efficient. 10/10 would use his services again.

This is the second time I used Daniel and his son Nick. They communicated when they would be arriving and were professional and friendly. Daniel was upfront with the charges and thorough with his execution of the repair, making sure he did his best to explain the details to me, which I greatly appreciated. These are my go to guys moving forward.

Daniel did a great job getting our washer installed. The old hose was corroded on the valve and the appliance store people couldn’t get our new washer hooked up. Daniel came out quickly, gave us a couple options on how we could fix our problem, and then was able to complete the job quickly and got the cheaper option to work. We will definitely call Daniel again with any future issues.

My experience was not as good as the other reviewers. Daniel is super friendly, but that doesn't make up for the other issues. They rescheduled three times before finally making it to my house. They fixed a leaking sink drain by using lots of silicone caulk and tightening the hell out of it. It seemed to work, but...

They added a spigot on the outside of my house, but the quality was bad enough that I re-did everything except the tee off my water main. They drilled two oversized overlapping holes for the spigot, and filled the gap with fiberglass insulation (I filled it with Bondo and drilled one properly sized hole). They routed the PEX sloppily. And the tee they added caused a non-stop water hammering from my pressure regulator (a few inches away) whenever water was running. They said the regulator must have randomly failed at the same time as their work and suggested a new regulator for which they wanted to charge double the Home Depot price. I replaced the regulator cartridge myself, which didn't help, so I got another plumber to add a hammer arrestor, which completely solved the problem. The new plumber (MTech) was skeptical about the use of SharkBite connectors, but I decided to leave them.

Will absolutely use them again! Very responsive, came out on a Saturday to fix many issues I had with my downstairs toilet. Fixed the issues quickly, explained everything to me in terms I could understand, and most importantly they were very clean! Super happy with the result, thank you guys!

This was my second time using their services, this time for replacing a water heater. I discovered it not working and then saw leaking on a Friday morning (today). They were great to work around projects to fit me in and get it fixed (replaced) today without my having to deal with it over a weekend or having to wait until Monday. They did a great job and are extremely friendly….both father and son. That’s why I went back to them after getting their service years ago for something else.
