Tim and his wife (who works in the office) are awesome! I am selling my home and needed an emergency repair done. They responded immediately, communicated throughout, did what they said when they said they would do it, for a fair price. I would highly recommend McAdam's plumbing. Called McAdams because of a toilet “tugboat” noise after flushing. Tim came out within the time window given, he diagnosed the issue, gave me the price I was quoted and did the work efficiently. Plus, he kindly answered additional questions I had about water pressure valve and future replacement of water heater. He even took a few mins to test the water pressure valve. At the end, not only did my issue get fixed but I have peace of mind of what my plumbing status is at this time but if and when things change - I know who to call.

I have a rental property in Broomfield and this was my first time using McAdams. They were fantastic from the initial phone call, scheduling with the tenants, and keeping me informed along the way. Their prices are reasonable and the communication was great. I authorized a bigger repair ( replace toilet) if necessary, but they didn't feel it was necessary and went with the cheaper rebuild. I will definitely be calling them again if I need a plumber.

Tim (owner) is great. Very professional, thorough, and provides great value. He ticks all of my very stringent boxes of someone who cares about doing a great job. He will tackle the toughest jobs and makes sure he job is done right and done well.

He is very pleasant and relaxed and a good presence to have working on a problem that had been driving me up the wall with frustration!

I just wanted to comment on our experience with McAdams Plumbing, Inc. Tim came to our house. He was on time, even a little bit early, and greeted my wife and I very professionally. Tim got to work right away and diagnosed our problem immediately. He explained to us exactly what he would need to do in order to fix the problem and he gave us the cost before doing any work. Tim wore shoe covers the whole time he was in our house and took them off any time he went outside. He was extremely respectful of our house as well! When Tim finished, he came right in and let us know that all the issues we had been having were resolved!

The cost to fix and diagnose the problem was very reasonable for the work and labor performed. We have finally found a trustworthy and reliable plumber that we will definitely use in the future!

I have had nothing but the best experience with both Tim and Danielle. They were extremely helpful both in rearranging an appointment while we waited for parts, and when Tim arrived he was a very pleasant person to deal with. He didn't try to sell me things I didn't need - and was in fact very helpful in giving me tips to avoid having the same plumbing problem again. I plan on using this company for all our plumbing needs, and would highly recommend them.

Professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and reasonably priced local plumber! My husband and I had a leak in our main sanitary line which we discovered the day after Christmas. Knowing that it was during the holidays, I did a quick Nextdoor search, found McAdams Plumbing and contacted the Office Manager, Danielle, who quickly put us on the schedule to get repaired. I described the leak (and sent a photo via email), and Tim, the Master Plumber, immediately gave me a quote over the phone. Tim not only took time to answer our questions regarding the leak, but he had the repair complete within half an hour! Tim made sure that we had no additional leaks once the repair was complete and even took the opportunity to chat about customer service experiences. Our experience has been that it is difficult to find good plumbers, contractors and other tradesmen. You never know when an unexpected home issue will arise. If and when the need arises again, we will not hesitate to call McAdams Plumbing, and highly recommend this company to anyone who needs a skilled plumber for planned projects or emergencies. From start to finish my hot water heater installation was perfect. Tim was punctual, hardworking and honest. I truly feel like I have found a pluming company that I trust and value enough to recommend to friends and family. They met all of my expectations and then some I didn’t expect. They even put booties on the dolly wheels to protect my hardwoods. It was a top-notch experience.

Great company that offers amazing services at affordable prices. I'm very happy with everything they did for my AC. It's been getting unbearable! They were quick too and I'm relieved they gave me time to look over the estimate, answering what I figure was ton of questions. I've been burned by companies that do those hourly charges so I'm super happy that what I saw is what I paid for once the tech was done. It really helped me budget.

Needed to replace my sump pump. Tim was incredible! He was so helpful and finished the job quickly and professionally. Danielle was also incredibly helpful in getting everything organized. They were also the only company that gave me a price for my replacement ahead of time and didn't charge extra for coming out early for a consult when I knew exactly what was wrong. I had McAdams Plumbing come out to replace a leaky shutoff valve. Tim arrived on time and completed the work quickly. He also explained to me how the old valve may have been damaged and how these issues can be avoided by doing it the right way. Overall, Tim was very knowledgable and did great work. Prompt, professional, and all around great experience. Had Tim (owner) out from McAdams to fo a variety of plumbing services. Tim installed a new gas water heater and removed the old one. All properly permitted and passing county inspection. Looks and works great. Also had a new toilet and new kitchen faucet installed by Tim. Both are looking and working great. Wife is happy. He also cleaned out a slow draining kitchen sink. We have definitely found our plumbing company with McAdams. All prices were upfront and no surprises. You won’t be disappointed. The folks at McAdams Plumbing are so great and accommodating. I have used them several times in my own home for garbage disposal installation, replacing leaky sprayer hoses, and installing a new shower head. And today Tim helped me do a walk-through on my mother's home after she passed away. We reviewed what he thought needed to be fixed and items he saw that might not pass inspection when we sold the house. SO helpful! I really appreciate this honest and caring business. Nice people!

I have used Tim (Owner) at McAdams plumbing several times and each time he has done a great job. He installed two new sinks and faucets in a bathroom for me. He also replaced a valve for a shower. Danielle and Tim were great to work with getting a new water heater installed. They made my initial estimate easy by working through pictures of my current water heater and set up, got me scheduled and were spot on with everything. Tim showed up right on time, got my water heater replaced efficiently, and was informative through the process. He even talked me through fixing a quick faucet leak and pointed out an issue with our furnace humidifier.

Customer service and actual service completed were both great!

Tim installed a new water heater for us today. He was courteous and professional, not only today but also when he came out to do an estimate for us. He took care to protect our new flooring while he was working and made sure we knew how the system worked before he left. His pricing was also much better than the other places that we got estimates from. I would absolutely recommend him for any plumbing service.

I've used McAdams a couple of times now (dripping faucet in a bathtub and a hot water heater replacement with bonus clogged drain). Both times were fast and professional. Tim answered all my questions and was honest about our options and next steps. I'll use them in the future for all my plumbing needs.
