Exceptional Cleaning and Professionalism! 5 Stars!

We recently hired LW Cleaning Services for a house moving cleaning in Castle Rock, Colorado, and we couldn't be happier with their fantastic job. From their punctual arrival to the detailed cleanup, Luis, the owner, and his team displayed a level of professionalism that exceeded our expectations. Luis personally provided ongoing updates on the cleaning progress and meticulously cleaned the house, treating it as if it were his own. The team members, Carolina and Flor, exhibited meticulous attention to detail while cleaning. Despite a slightly higher price point, the quality of their work is truly top-notch. We are thoroughly impressed and will undoubtedly hire them again, this time for ongoing maintenance cleaning services.

Luis & his associate did a GREAT job cleaning our house. They did a deep clean on three floors in preparation for our special guests coming to visit us. That included the window interiors too. They were well prepared & brought all their own cleaning supplies & equipment like a small ladder so that they could make sure & reach everything they needed to. They were energetic & happy while they worked & we are going to schedule them to come in from now on on a regular basis. We feel lucky to have found them. :-)

I can't say enough good about Luis and his team. I used them to do a move out clean. They did a fantastic job, were very thorough, timely, and professional.

Luis clearly takes great pride in his business. House cleaning seems to be one of those things that goes extremely well or absolutely horrible. LW cleaning is undoubtedly in the extremely well category.

Luis came to the house for an estimate. He was very willing to work around my schedule and came by our house well into the evening, much later than I expect anyone to work. His estimate was very fair and his demeanor was of utmost professionalism.

When Luis and team arrived to clean, they found the work needed was far more than it appeared initially (that is hands down my fault from neglecting cleaning some areas because I suck). When I spoke to Luis after his team was done, he indicated it took much longer than expected but did NOT increase the price. He actually refused to increase the price even though I recommend it. Since he would not increase the base rate, I elected to provide a handsome tip for an extremely well done job.

Luis was my lifesaver. He cleaned our home, that was in closing, with very little notice. He even removed the dog hair from the baseboards. Words like detail-oriented, honest, and outstanding work ethic are not often found in today’s world , but you can find it in Luis. I can’t say enough good words about the man’s integrity and professionalism. The home looked better from Luis’ work than when the builder turned over the keys. Thank you 😊

In February we hired Luis and his company for a move out/deep clean for our home in Castle Rock. Luis was very easy to work with and was very professional from the first call through completion. He scheduled a walk through prior to the cleaning to get an idea of the scope of the project and explained exactly what services were included in the deep clean as well. We had some renovations which caused some dust to settle and Luis and Beatriz did a meticulous job the day of with everything. Luis and his team work very hard. They pay great attention to detail and are careful, very thorough and take their time to ensure the best outcome possible. He will stay in communication the day of and takes great pride in his work and that of the team and it shows. The house was spotless, all the bathroom toilets, showers and glass doors, tile floors and the hardware were very clean along with all the appliances, blinds, ceiling fans, flooring, baseboards, doors, closets and cabinets, windows and window sills, the storage room and garage were swept and the attention to detail was evident. They cleaned the inside and outside of all the cabinets, closets, cupboards, refrigerator, oven, the windows were spotless and everything was dusted thoroughly and it was hands down, the best cleaning we have ever had. Luis takes great pride in his work and that of his team and it showed. We were very impressed with the results. Our home was 24 years old and they really made it shine like new. We highly recommend Luis and his company for any cleaning services you may be considering. Luis is very personable and it was a pleasure to work with him and LW Cleaning. Look no further!

First time client and had a great experience. LW came to my home and assessed services and costs, which was at a fair price. The cleaning service was a few days later and they did an amazing job. Our bathrooms have never looked better.

We’ve had regular cleanings for almost a year and it has been great! Yuleima is great with our dog being out while working and leaves the house in great shape. Luis is communicative and flexible with scheduling. I would recommend to anyone interested in regular cleanings.

I went through a lot of reviews trying to find a cleaner to help lighten the load around our house. After settling on LW, I reached out for a quote. Luis reached out, said it'd be easier to stop by and see the house and he was there that week. We setup the first deep clean to get things started, and they did an amazing job. We went into bi-weekly cleans from there and it's one of the best things we've done. Alejandra is super sweet, my kids love seeing her, and she did an amazing job, and even put up with our puppy stealing her stuff and peeing on the carpet in front of her while she was cleaning. Luis reaches out to see how things are, he's super responsive to any texts/calls, and I am so happy I went with them for our cleaning needs.

We contacted Luis from LW Cleaning after another cleaning company didn’t show up on a Friday. Luis came over, gave us a quote, and agreed to come on Sunday for a deep clean.
Luis and Carolina showed up promptly on Sunday morning and did a fantastic job of deep cleaning our house!
We have several dogs and LW Cleaning did an amazing job of getting all of their hair cleaned up from around the house.
Luis and Carolina were professional, friendly, and did a great job.

I have been using LW Cleaning for a little over a year now and holy COW! This is an amazing company. Luis is extremely responsive and the crew is INCREDIBLE. I get at least two comments a week from clients about how clean our facility is and it’s all thanks to LW Cleaning. If there’s ever something I notice that needs more attention it is immediately fixed the next day and Luis personally follows up with me to ensure everything is okay. I cannot recommend them enough!
