This team does not have big marketing push, because they don't need too. Their work speaks for itself. They are very fair and reasonable in price without sacrificing the quality of the work and reasnable expectation. I also feel they're very trustworthy, which is important for house cleaning. Luis is very straightforward, he develops a cost estimate based on the actual facts of the service, and based on the level of effort that's required, which is dependent upon the household. You can anticipate if you have pets, kids, in an unkept home that it will cost you more as it should. Why I feel this is important and is an example of their unique approach, because I don't believe as a single professional who travels, I should be paying the same rates as somebody that has 5 dogs and 3 kids a house that is a little more busy, and therefore, bigger job even if the square footage is all the same, which is how most do it most charge based on number of rooms, number of bathrooms and overall size of home. So I feel like Luis is more honest, accurate and professional. If I need a deeper cleaning now and then I can pay for that. I know that if, for some reason, my home gets a little more busy than typical.I'll let them know and make it right, and I feel that's a two way straight with him.

Lastly, super nice people. I like the fact that I have the same person who I get to know and trust, it's not a crew of two that changes. I feel like if anything ever got missed I could easily approach it and it would get corrected but that has not been an issue with his service, whereas before it seemed to be more frequent.
