Brett and his guys always do a great job aerating my lawn every year. They are careful and pull extra plugs than the companies I’ve hired in the past. I’ve also hired them to re-stain my fence years ago. It still looks great going on 12 years now.

Brett and his team are awesome! They are always communicating and making sure everything is completed on time with the highest quality. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for Landscaping working done in the Douglas County area.

Brett and team did a great job in updating my backyard and doing it for a good price. We had a terrible weed patch and 1776 removing the top layer and gave me fresh sod and a new sprinkler system. I was impressed when I changed my mind and wanted to rock the outside edge, texted Brett about it, and in 4 hours he had already gotten the rock on site and started laying it.... A few years later, I reached out to his team about helping finish rocking the rest of the back yard and was very pleased how that went as well. I always recommend him to my friends.

Brett and his crew really step up to the plate and get things done when it comes to landscaping and maintaining a yard. He has taken care of both my rental property and personal residence for me. Brett has always been solid! What started out as a customer to customer relationship has grown to a friendship over the years. I wouldn’t use anyone else. From sod install with ground prep, to tree/shrub planting, pathway creation, sprinkler maintenance, to the big jobs with full design. He’s never failed and has always shot us straight even if it meant making less money. He’s honest, ethical, and most of all talented and knows how to hire and train a good team to duplicate his craft.

Brett and his crew did a fabulous job giving our dead front yard a facelift. My husband loves green grass and ours was looking pretty bad. He kept it lush and beautiful for years, but this year, he just couldn't revive it. We were going out of town for a week and I plotted with Brett to surprise him with a new lawn while we were gone. The old grass was removed and hauled away. A beautiful 15 foot maple was planted and gorgeous green drought resistant sod was laid. He also changed out our sprinkler heads and made sure it was watering more efficiently. It looks beautifu and we couldn't be any happier with a job well done! I highly recommend 1776 Landscape & Maintenance!

This might have been the best contractor experience I have had in 10+ years. Danny was attentive and communicative from the very beginning. My first message was answered within 20 minutes. He was at my house the next day, and we talked through the project. He made some thoughtful suggestions, some of which I took, others I didn’t. I never felt pressure or was given the hard sell.

Once the job started (within a week), the crew was on point. I have truly never seen a group work so hard. They were clearly experienced and knew what they were doing. Of course, we got snow on the second day, but they came back after the storm, shoveled the backyard, and went right back to work. Everything came out just like we talked about, and it looks amazing!

You get what you pay for, and this company knows what they are doing!

Danny was very professional and incredibly quick. My sump pump drain was flooding my yard. I saw a great review on Nextdoor and decided to reach out. He responded within minutes and performed the job in the same week. He also provided a year long warranty. I highly recommend him.
