I highly recommend using this company for appliance repairs. I had a dishwasher problem and couldn't fix it on my own.
Darrell came the next morning and fixed it in less than 15 minutes. He was on-time and charged a very reasonable rate. Much less expensive than buying a new dishwasher, which I was considering since mine is 11 years old.

Had a problem with my refrigerator. Emailed Darrell (via website) of the symptoms, and he responded quickly (on a Saturday no less). I responded with photos I took and some additional explanation. He called me on Sunday to tell me what he thought it was, told me where to order the needed part, and said I could do the repair myself since I already took apart the fridge to take the photos. I did exactly what he said, and now my fridge is back to normal. I couldn't ask for better service! He went above and beyond helping me and was very honest. I'll definitely be keeping his number handy for any future appliance repair needs.

Just had Darrell over to fix our fridge. He is professional and has experience! He diagnosed our problem and had the part in his inventory. He knows his stuff!!! Highly recommend his service! We are lucky to have him in Castle Rock!

Absolutely wonderful experience. I called and had them over within the hour. Got our dryer fixed up in no time, and was very reasonably priced. This was truly excellent service, and will use them again if I have any other repair needs. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

We had a nightmare experience with EBROS LLC in Colorado Springs who ordered incorrect parts, left our oven worse than they found it, then wouldn't return our calls. I called Appliance Medic and spoke to Darryl who stated that the varying symptoms (wrong burners coming on, hot surface light permanently on, and burners coming on that cannot be turned off without unplugging the entire unit) indicated the oven had a short. A short is serious and pretty much indicates the end of the oven's life.

Darryl spent a while talking with me on the phone to understand and diagnose this issue and did not charge me for his time. His diagnosis enabled me to submit a reimbursement for a new unit with my warranty company. I will definitely call this company again if I need an appliance repaired! ❤️

I sent him a couple pics a broken piece and the model Darrel not only gave me a quote lower than others to come and fix it but even better told me over the phone how to fix my washer. So awesome to find someone that helped and did so knowing he would be losing a job. Saved me over $200.00! Thanks again and will refer to anyone as well as call for any job over my head.

I contacted him mid-day, and he was at my house the next day. He gave me a 3 hour service window when we set the appointment and called 30 minutes before the window to let me know he was on his way and gave me an ETA. He was in and out in under an hour, and my dryer was fixed. I also like that the website lists the zip codes he services. I'm between Denver and CO Springs, and not all companies service my area.

Had Darrell come to my home in Sedalia today for my GE washing machine. Had a quote from another repair service for $250 to $350 to fix the mother board. Darrell came and said my machine was in "panic mode". Charged me $58.95 to fix the problem. Am so excited to find someone I can call and know I am not getting gouged. Will sing his praise to anyone who needs a competent and honest serviceman. Thanks again Darrell.

When I first contacted Darril over the phone, he was able to give me a fair idea of what to expect in regard to what needed to be repaired and the estimate. He called in advanced before arrival, arrived on time and was cordial and professional at all times. I have used our dryer once and it seems to be working perfectly like before.

My 11-year old GE refrigerator was freezing all my food. I have used other appliance repair services in the past and have found their personnel to be hit and miss.

Darrell was an absolute HIT!

He responded the day that I called to diagnose the fridge. His diagnostic and trip fee was reasonable and was waived since I elected to have him repair the fridge.

He responded to my home in the Castle Rock area. He was prompt, professionally dressed and polite. He quickly diagnosed the malfunction, explained it to me. Checked his supplier for the part, was told it was on sale and without me asking passed the savings along to me. We scheduled his return visit the next day.

Darrell appeared at the time we scheduled and quickly repaired the fridge. He showed me the broken part (not that I needed to see it, but it was assuring to actually see the broken damper).

The cost of the repair was within the range that I expected it to be.

I fridge has worked flawlessly for the past 3-weeks since the repair. I highly recommend Darrell and his company, Appliance Medic.

I can't say enough good things about Appliance Medic. Darrell is extremely knowledgable about appliance repair. He is honest, he has integrity and morales which are lacking is many business owners. He came to our home 2 days after Christmas on his vacation time to work on an oven that kept over heating. He could have fixed it again and charged us hundreds of dollars but he was honest and told us it would just break again. He could have made money from us but being a good person was more important to him. This is the person I want to do business with and you should too!

I called Darrell to make an appointment (as a first time customer), but he didn't have an available slot for almost a week. Instead he spent 15-20 minutes on the phone with me, patiently guiding me through a diagnosis of my washing machine. I'll need to replace my washer, but when I need appliance repair again, Darrell will be the one that I call.

Darrel was great. I called him about an issue with my GE profile double ovens and he quickly responded and resolved the issue. I was very impressed with his knowledge and his professionalism. Darrel's business is definitely worth a 5 star rating! Greg (Sept 2015)

Darrell was extremely prompt in responding to my online inquiry. He showed up when he said he would, did the repairs efficiently and effectively, and at a very reasonable price. BEST appliance repair firm we've used in 50 years.

Problem:
The power on my large built in 15 year old refrigerator went out, but the breaker had not tripped.

Although I have an industrial electronic and electrical background, I could not find the issue.
It was after business hours, but I called Darrell, since we were having company over tomorrow and were desperate.

After talking things over the phone, he directed me to the wall mounted power outlet, in the refrig. compressor compartment ( which I forgot about) and it tested dead.

From that point on I was able to trace the power issue, to a multi switch transfer box next to my power panel - in the basement.

This transfer switch box has a dozen switches - and the one that operated the refrigerator circuit had been pushed down. The up position is normal with standard main power.

We had just finished storing hardware right next to this transfer box and apparently we accidently pushed this refrigerator circuit down. ( These are soft setting switches).

I reset the transfer switch back up - where it should have been and - wa-la ; the refrig was back on line.

This was a one in a million incident - which is the reason for this lengthy dialogue.
( Hopefully it may be helpful to someone.)

However, Darrell sent me on the right track, due to his quick response and knowledge.

If you have a old or new appliance issue, or your warranty is out or you have to wait a few days or weeks to get a warranty tech to respond. - I would highly recommend giving Darrel a call and eliminate the hassle.
He is extremely knowledgeable and very fair in his pricing on all types of appliances.

I called Darrell and he was at my door in 15 minutes. I appreciated his quick response and hoped his references were right. Yes they were- He fixed my refrigerator quickly in 30 minutes. YEAH! Our Refrigerator works!!!! Darrell is terrific! He really knows his craft. I definitely recommend Darrell and Appliance Medic if you have an emergency with your appliances. He is quick, honest, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. He also cares about his customers by checking back to ensure all is well.

I will definitely be calling him again for any other of my appliances if they aren't working properly. Hiring him definitely saved us from buying a new refrigerator and he was so kind as to diagnose another refrigerator that was not working in our garage. We have had Appliance Medic out 3 times now, and have been completely satisfied with his work each time. 2 out of the 3 times he was able to fix it, the 3rd time the entire appliance was cost prohibitive to repair so we needed to buy a new one. All 3 times the price was reasonable and fair. He was prompt and on time. Communication was clear and brief, but he will fully explain things if you ask questions. Honesty, character, and expertise are what you can expect from this craftsman. Recommended.

Excellent customer service from Darrell! I left him a message with concerns about both my aging dryer and aging dishwasher. He promptly called me back, listened, and then clearly explained his thoughts on what was going on. He answered my dishwasher question and then took the time to describe how I could test the dryer myself to see whether the heating element and computer were working properly. He saved me the cost and time of a house call and wouldn't charge for his phone time in helping me get it sorted out. After such a positive experience, Darrell will be the one I call whenever we need appliance service.
