Cant say enough good things about these guys...
They replaced our Gas Stove top, that had been badly chipped. Repairs or replacement, Darrel and his company provided prompt, polite, and fast work that they wholeheartedly stand behind! I would absolutely use and recommend them again.

So impressed with Darrell. He picked up on the first call and promptly scheduled an appointment for the next day. Was in and out in 15 minutes and was fairly priced for his service. Highly recommend for any appliance repair.

Despite the 4.9-star rating, my experience with Darrell was dismissive and unprofessional. His initial email simply stated he doesn't work on microwaves—ignoring the refrigerator and washing machine I also asked about. I followed up to see if he could at least look at the washer. His curt reply made it clear he had no interest in helping. Based on this lack of basic customer service, I’m leaving a 1-star review. Proceed accordingly.

I called Appliance Medic on a Saturday morning with a washer issue and Darrell got back to me right away. He gave me clear, helpful advice on how to source the part through the warranty. Really appreciated the quick response and honesty, I’ll definitely use them again!

Darrell is the epitome of professional! Calls before showing up - shows up on time and even dealt with a dog that I was dog sitting that was rather loud! Was able to fix my dishwasher in no time for a minimal fee saving me thousands compared to what whirlpool wanted to charge me. Definitely would recommend him. Personable and trustworthy to have in your home.
