Nick did a phenomenal job on our home inspection. He was very thorough and well priced for the service. He sat down with us and explained each item on the list throughly and answered every single question we had. We really appreciated the serial number checks on the appliances as well, he has given us a lot of peace of mind before buying our first home.

I would use Nick and his team for all of my future home inspections. We needed a last minute inspection and he took it on very short notice. Nick prioritizes educating his clients, and he was thorough, clear, and kind throughout the entire process. Most inspectors just send you a report, but he took the time to explain the summary and answer all questions we had. One of the easiest 10/10’s I’ve ever given out!

The price point for services was competitive. The inspector did not try to upsell services which I appreciated but he did explain the reasons other services are offered, he had outstanding communication and kept the scheduling and such very easy.

So here is the big difference from any competitor’s. I have never seen such a thorough and informative inspection. His tracking through photos and the ease of use for understanding his findings were amazing. He took so much time explaining and not rushing our questions. I feel so comfortable with our home purchase because he checked so many aspects and did not just say oh that’s good, he had pictures, he had evidence, his knowledge was impressive.

So I would never consider using another inspector. I have been using his reports for so much other stuff. It’s just really comforting knowing I have such a professional baseline to reference for my new home

Nick Horton did my home inspection. It seemed to be a very thorough inspection and he gave a good explanation and description of what he found, both good and bad. For the problems, he gave a good explanation of what needed to be done to fix the problem.

Nick was awesome. Very knowledgeable and thorough. They didnt miss a thing!!! Will come back to them always in the future!

The inspection was very thorough. Everything was noted, big and small...
The only thing that I can really fault is that we didn't feel very welcomed by Nick, maybe he is just not a people person, but when we walked in, we introduced ourselves and just got a grunt and felt uncomfortable.
But the job got done and have no complaints about that, nothing was missed!

Used them on one property that I did not end up buying. That was fine. Went to use them again. They gave me a date and time. The location was over 2 hours away. Did not tell my real estate agent that they weren't coming did not tell me they weren't coming. I end up driving 2 hours down and 2 hours back for no reason at all. Unreliable undependable
