Nick with Grizzly Home Inspections was phenomenal! He was courteous, prompt, professional, and informative! He was able to get out to our new property the day after our initial call to get Radon readings and water well samples over for testing so that our overall inspection could be completed by contract deadline. I would highly recommend Grizzly Home Inspections. Nick was very helpful and knowledgeable when I had questions or concerns about my home inspection. He was also easy to get ahold of for additional questions. I paid for the whole package and because it was a new build I wanted to make sure everything was safe for my family. The plan included the detailed home inspection, sewer scope, and radon testing. Nick caught a leak in the crawlspace, an electrical problem with the breaker box, water pressure issue, and a few minor cosmetic issues. I have yet to do the radon testing, so I cannot speak to that yet. But, I was very satisfied with the information and detailed report in regards to the internal house inspection and sewer scope.

As an out of state buyer, Nick not only shared patience and a thorough explanation of the inspection, his calm personality and skills gave us confidence and reassurance for our purchase. In addition, he reiterated how his report is on file for two years and he could be reached for any consultation in the future, if questions arose. . Nick is organized and communicates well- he was a pleasure to meet with.

Nick inspected our new build and was very thorough. We appreciate him taking the time to explain his findings so we are better prepared during our demonstration/blue tape walk-thru with our builder. He found things we never would have expected with new construction.

He is very thorough and inspected our home as if it were his own. It’s easy to tell he loves what he does and is passionate about helping people. We are first time home buyers and Nick made the inspection process very easy for us. He even let us know that we didn’t need 2 of the inspections we had originally planned which helped save us money. He went over his findings with us in person and sent a very detailed report with everything he found. My wife and I would definitely hire him again and recommend him to anyone needing an inspection.

Nick is THE MAN! There is no reason to not use him and his team for your home inspection. He was able to fit us in so quickly, called us shortly after we scheduled the appointment to explain the process, was incredibly thorough in his inspection, and was patient and informative in his breakdown. He does more than most inspectors in his basic package and charges less! He even runs recall/warranty checks on all of your appliances and if anything is flagged he provides you with a way to get it fixed or replaced for free. On top of all of that he even asks that if you ever have any issues once you move in that you contact him first — he will come out and check whatever you are worried about for free before you have to get ahold of a plumber, electrician, etc and pay for them to come out. I was, and still am, genuinely blown away at his comprehensive service. When we purchase another home there is no doubt we will be contacting him again!

Had a great experience with Nick from Grizzly Home Inspections. He not only is very friendly and authentic but he made everything super easy from the jump when scheduling and paying for the inspection. The inspection itself was extremely thorough and he took the time to provide his insights verbally along with recommendations for us as we enter the home of maintenance and service schedules to set up. Nick did a wonderful job and was very thorough. He has great attention to detail paired with nice equipment that makes his inspections great. Probably to his dismay lol I brought some men from my family, a government building inspector and a mechanic, to my inspection. There was nothing they found that he did not point out in his report. He spoke clearly after the inspection giving me a thorough summary and overview of the home. Everything was prompt and reasonably priced.

Nick was out to our house today to do an initial inspection for Orchard (prior to us selling). What an amazing guy. He's one of the nicest people I have ever met, and he loves what he does and that's clear.
