Constraction reviews in Centennial, Colorado

100% recommend. DCH Construction exceeded our expectations on our basement finish. The quality is fantastic and they completed our project in the time frame projected. They were wonderful to work with. Any concerns or questions we may have had they were quick and friendly to reply. We are very satisfied with the outcome of our basement!

We are very pleased with the finished basement DCH did for us. With the exception of the single poor review listed herein, we agree with all the positive reviews posted (read through them). Great attention to detail, high quality workmanship, very good sub contractors, gave us what we wanted, were very pleasant about a few changes/corrections we wanted, nice family business, and nice family. We have and would recommend them (our neighbors on each side of us are going to have DCH do their basements). We feel very good about out basement and our experience with DCH.

DCH did a great job working to understand our vision and budget. We were very impressed with the quality and results of the the basement build out project. They kept us informed on each step of the project. I can sum up our experience by saying they said what they would do and they keep all of their commitments. Our new basement is beautiful and functional.

Thank you Susan & Trei !

DCH did an excellent job of designing and finishing our basement on time and on budget. We are very pleased with the outcome. Their subcontractors were all very professional and very pleasant. Each of them took time to explain what they were doing and how it all fit together. They also all work frequently for DCH and seem to know each other quite well. They all complimented DCH as a quality contractor who can be trusted to do an excellent job. We are very pleased with the outcome and can highly recommend DCH to anyone contemplating basement work.

My husband and I used DCH to finish our basement, and we could not be happier and could not speak more highly of this company. DCH Construction had wonderful design ideas and were great to work with, through every step of the remodel process. Every time we had a question or needed something they would hop on our request and respond immediately. Additionally, they finished on time!!!! The crew would show up early and stay the entire day and would complete each task with precision and care. Also the project manager wanted to make sure that every little detail was addressed and everything was finished with the highest quality. Lastly, when I would call the front office they knew who I was and we developed a wonderful working relationship. They made the remodel process stress-free and I truly felt like I had a partner through the entire journey.

DCH just finished our basement and they did a fabulous job! We can't say enough good things about the final quality of the workmanship provided by their contractors. The finished product exceeded our expectations! Only advice is to make sure you keep up your end of the deal! the homeowner has to make a lot of choices (all a lot of fun!) and needs to make sure those are in hand to support the construction process. We absolutely recommend DCH for your basement remodeling job.

It was absolutely lovely working with DCH Construction. Sue and Trey and their entire team are more than just basement specialists - its an art form with them. They produced a practical design and continued improving on it while framing and were really approachable and open to ideas. Their team was amazing to work with. Great people, very personable. They were thorough and always addressed our concerns with care. Felt like family!
Ultimately we got what we wanted. The project was completed within the given timeframe. And now we have an amazing space to entertain. I can definitely say it with confidence, that you won’t regret if you decide to have them finish your basement. Thanks guys, you did amazing!

DCH Construction is an outstanding company to work with for your basement remodel. Their bids are very detailed and itemized which helped us make decisions so that we could stay on budget. They are extremely responsive and timely. Their trades and project management professionals are top notch. We especially liked having the option to make selections from their design center for vanity, stone, carpet, paint, and fixtures. We are so very happy with the end result and this is why they receive a 5-star rating from us! You won't be disappointed. They are top notch construction professionals!!!!!

DCH Construction did an AMAZING job designing and finishing our basement on time, on budget and with professionalism every step of the way! We could not have chosen a better company to partner with. We contracted our project during some of the most difficult supply/demand times of the pandemic, but DCH never missed a beat! They patiently helped us find quality alternatives for any finishes we chose that were not available and we could not be happier with the finished product! Thank you for taking such good care of us!

DCH Construction just finished our basement. From start to finish Trei, Sue & Dianna were outstanding to work with every step of the way. We are very satisfied with the overall project. The workmanship was of high quality and we were kept well informed of developments along the way. We are looking forward to many years of utilizing our new and amazing basement living space. We couldn't have asked for a better experience with our basement project. Thank you DCH Construction!

Before I met the DCH Construction team, I was very anxious when I first started planning on finishing my basement. The first day I had DCH Construction at my house I noticed that Trei and his team were very flexible and helped me give shape to my plans. The entire DCH team was very professional, great at their inter team communication and were very good at meeting their commitments. DCH did a fantastic job at keeping me updated on the next steps and things I needed to take care of. I was always able to call/talk to someone if I had any questions. Thanks to DCH, my basement was completed on the planned budget and on time. Keep up the good work DCH Construction Team!

What a great experience! DCH Construction is a family business that you can trust. When DCH worked on our basement, which was a large undertaking, they held and maintained their timelines while giving us an amazing finished product. Having DCH on our project was like pressing the easy button. There was never any question or concern about our project because we knew it was in good hands. We met with the several companies before making the great decision to go with DCH. The process was never hard or painful; from design, material selection, and the actual build process, DCH made the it as easy and painless as possible.

We hired DCH to finish our basement this summer. They did a wonderful job for us. They started on the day they said they would, they said upfront when it would be finished and they met that date. Nearly every day someone was on site to do work. The work was high quality, our basement came out great and is exactly what we wanted. I highly recommend them.

DCH was absolutely incredible. I interviewed 5 contractors when looking to finish our basement this year and from the moment I met this family I knew they would be a good fit. Their price came in at fair amount (they aren't the cheapest, but who wants that!). Now what really impressed me is how responsive they are and the tight timelines they kept throughout the whole project. DCH pushed through our basement finish in just over 2 months, as promised, and it looks phenomenal. Sue was easy to communicate any field changes to and quick to get answers when I asked questions. The comprehensive contract they have you sign gives you peace of mind that you know exactly what you're getting. All of their subcontractors were professional and ultimately I am so glad we made the right choice of a general contractor. I would use DCH again in a heartbeat.

We are extremely pleased to leave a review for DCH Construction LLC. We met the entire team last year, and we had no hesitation to choose their company to assist us with your construction needs. We not only completed our basement, but also converted one of our garages into a living space/office. Trei and his entire team were very professional, on time, and extremely skilled. When we first met with Trei, he patiently explained things to us and answered all of our questions, no matter what they were, to ensure we understood exactly what was going to happen and when.

We understand the work has to be completed correctly, but we also wanted to work with a team of people who were kind. Every email and/or phone call was returned promptly and status updates were provided often. It’s a family organization and every member of the family was professional, kind, and gracious.

We highly recommend DCH Construction for your development needs. They were great and we are extremely pleased with the outcome. We are grateful and we can never thank them enough!

Our daughters 15th birthday was coming up. The DCH Construction family jumped in and had my basement done 2-3 weeks before. My daughter was estatic. The process was a little confusing, but everything was done professionally and on time. We LOVE the outcome! This company sits down with you and goes over your choices to keep you on budget. They don't try to talk you into anything. Just offer their ideas.
Thank you DCH for taking care of us! I would easily recommend your company to anyone!

If you are looking for someone to finish your basement choose DCH. They finished our 900 sq ft basement in under 2 months and did a great job. What I enjoyed the most about DCH was that they were a completely turn key operation. They are a small family run and veteran friendly organization and they make you feel like part of the family. Would definitely recommend them to any of my friends.

DCH finished our basement and we had a great experience with them. Originally we had a hard time with contractors getting back to us and Trei responded right away. We mainly worked with Sue and she was very responsive and was also great to work with. All of the contractors they used were professional and timely. We really have no complaints and are very happy with how our basement turned out! It’s our new favorite part of the house and I’m in love with our barn door and how our bathroom turned out!

DCH Construction brought 40+ years of experience to our basement project. Led by Sue, Don and Trei, the team took the time to understand what we were looking for and had a custom design for us within 48 hours of Trei’s initial visit. Sue and company took great pride in giving us a high-quality basement at a very competitive price. We were especially pleased with their subcontractors who were highly skilled, punctual and exceptionally polite. All this and DCH finished right on the date promised. They earned our highest rating for going above and beyond.

We were extremely satisfied with DCH construction. They worked with us by giving us options that would stay within our budget and make our basement fulfill our wish list. They modified the plans more than once to fit our needs. We were most impressed by their ability to stay on the timeline and budget during material shortages and cost increases during the height of the pandemic. We would highly recommend DCH construction. We worked with Aaron and DHC to renovate two bathrooms, replace a concrete patio, plus a whole kitchen remodel. Our house was built in the 80s and was in need! We love how everything turned out. As one can imagine, when you open the walls in an older home, there are surprises. The team was always able to pivot quickly, get additional trades people on site, and come up with cost saving solutions. They listened to our vision for the spaces and offered valuable insight. We are already working with DHC for the next phase of our home remodel.
