Constraction reviews in Centennial, Colorado

I've had Doug Dodd and team do several projects around our house. Always easy to work with and they do a great job. They are reliable and prices are very reasonable. They are my go-to!

This company was suggested to me for a remodel in my home. Doug presented as not only professional, but also knowledgeable and reputable. Although there were a few hiccups, as there are with every construction project, he and his team were amazing. (The hiccups pertained to obtaining necessary supplies, not the crew) I'm thrilled with the level of expertise and efficiency. I will use them again and again as the need presents.
Thank you Doug and crew!

My project scope and timeline fully changed so I wasn’t able to work with Doug after getting his estimate, but I can attest to his professionalism with reviewing the project. He went above and beyond with his time and energy to help me visualize what needed to happen. Returned every call and text promptly. Exceptionally conscientious. Without question I’d have liked to have worked with him. I’ve had at least 20 contractors in my house over the past 15+ years. I think only one or two were as professional and knowledgeable during the estimate phase as Doug was. He seems outstanding. Also a nice, cordial individual.

We've had Doug do 3 projects for us in the last month, a remodeled basement, master bath and new railing in the dining room. Every encounter with him or his crew is professional and friendly. We are thrilled with the people and the workmanship and we've sign on for a 4th project already. Thanks Doug its been a really positive experience!!

Doug and his crew came in and renovated a bathroom and built a beautiful railing for our home. Doug kept us informed on their progress each day so there were no surprises. The crew showed up when they said they would and were very professional with their work. We are very pleased with how everything turned out. Thank you Doug!

Best decision for a massive repair/renovation. Had a major repair issue that Doug was able to identify almost instantly, whereas 3 other professionals were unable. Not only did he identify the problem, he confirmed it before providing a very reasonable estimate. Additionally, Doug was able to come up with an innovative, affordable, and BEAUTIFUL way to renovate the interior of my home. He is professional, courteous, INTELLIGENT, and has amazing, quick, friendly, QUALITY professionals on all of his teams. He made my home look beautiful again at a price better than I could find elsewhere and with a difinitive fix to a major issue, where other professionals were providing inflated quotes on 'guesses'. Use him, you won't be disappointed!!

I stumbled upon Doug and his team via Nextdoor as others in my area had used his services in the past for a similar project. Doug and his team were very professional, trustworthy and extremely knowledgeable. They worked long hours and weekends to finish the project. They made me feel like a part of the team and worked together. Doug will be the only person that I will use moving forward for any additional projects. I would highly recommend utilizing Doug and his team for any of your projects.

Dodd Construction just finished their 3rd project for me since April of this year (2018): reconstruction of my deck. All the work they have completed on my house has been beyond my expectations, while reasonably priced. Doug and his crew have also completed items outside of their scope of work for me, i.e. while I was on vacation a couple of weeks ago they took it upon themselves to clean my driveway of fallen leaves and fix my back yard gate ;-)

Ive done paint work with Dodd Construction, and had nothing but good experiences with their whole crew. Its nice to work with craftsmen like Dodd, the demand for great detail equals good work and an amazing finished product. I recomend Dodd Construction to anyone looking for an easy to work with contractor. Thanks Dodd, looking forward to doing more projects in the future!!

I can’t say enough about Doug and his team of professionals. Their attention to detail and work ethic was tremendous. Doug communicated extremely well to make sure that we understood the schedule and if something came up, he was quick to make sure we were in the loop. He took an eyesore of an outdoor sunroom and turned it into a beautiful covered patio that has all the neighbors complimenting. This won’t be our last project with Dodd!

Doug Dodd is great to work with! He was able to get my project (new tub and tile work) done on time. The quality of the work was great and the whole team was very professional. Would highly recommend Dodd Construction LLC!

I have had the pleasure of working with Doug Dodd for several years back in Florida. He mentored me and then later on my brother. He is an amazing carpenter and takes pride in his work. When he builds something he builds it right. I still call him for advice when I have a question on the best way to build a structure. He is a great carpenter, a great mentor and even a better friend. I've seen a lot of things built over the years and there are few people left that build things with the quality that Doug does.

Dodd Construction and his crew are very skilled and versatile. They hold themselves to high standards of workmanship and attention to detail. Responsive to every phone call, text and email. Very happy with our full kitchen/first floor remodel. We highly recommend Doug and his team for any job!

The crew that did our bathroom remodel did a fantastic job. They were very professional, efficient, hard workers and friendly. Doug communicated with us daily to complete the job on time. We highly recommend Doug Dodd and his crew.

I could not recommend Doug and his team more. We had gotten burned by two separate contractors (and lost money with zero work being done) the year before, and were wary of moving forward with our renovation needs, but then my sister introduced us to Doug. He came out to write up a quote within a day of us contacting him (new patio, new pergola, new french door exit to patio, old door bricked up, new widow added), his quote was right in line with what we wanted to spend, and the work commenced almost immediately. Doug was in constant contact, and was extremely easy to get ahold of if questions came up. His team is extremely friendly, and very easy to talk to, ask questions, etc. We enjoyed the experience so much we're now going to use him to do our kitchen remodel this summer. Not only is the work good, and on time, but when consulting on the work, he actively looks for ways to save you money, be flexible with your schedule, and get the work done right. I can't tell you what a relief it is to have found a contractor we can trust. Highly recommend.

I just had my basement finished by Dodd Construction and I am very happy to report he and his team did a fantastic job!!! Doug was on time every day and worked the 2 Saturday’s and this last Sunday. Doug and his team worked their butt off and got it completed in 2 weeks. I am very happy with his workmanship and attention to detail. Use his company, you will not be disappointed!!!

Don’t hesitate. Go Dodd! I have never worked with contractors that were so helpful and informative throughout my project. Doug’s team is attention detailed, honest & kind and the price was upfront and right. They are family run and operated, to boot. I even ran into Doug at Home Depot, and he took time out of his busy day to show me some design ideas in the store. I finally have a contractor! I will defiantly use them in future projects.

I have used Dodd Construction many times. Doug has the highest quality in mind when doing a project. The people he works with are great at what they do. I have always had outcomes to my pay objects that exceed my expectations. Doug works very hard for his customers, you can’t go wrong using this company they take excellent care of their customers

Doug and his team did a 5-star job building an access ramp inside my 94-year-old friend’s garage. Excellent communication, precise and careful construction. I do not hesitate to recommend Dodd Construction!

Doug and his crew were outstanding. We had a small flood ruining the finished basement and main level flooring. We turned it into so much more. Ended up doing master, master bath, all the main level and basement. The work is outstanding. The communication, professionalism and care for our home were beyond expectations.

I have and will continue to recommend Dodd Construction and will definitely work with him on ALL future projects.

Final note: everyone on the crews are honest, trustworthy and and delight to have in your home.

Doug and everyone at Dodd Construction are the best contractors we have ever worked with! They did an amazing job with multiple projects in our home. They were great with our budget and also were amazing at communicating timing and cost. I highly recommend them and will use them again.
