Very pushy and aggressive sales person who was dishonest about what he was trying to sell me. These guys are a scam! Tried to swindle me into an obvious insurance scam! Avoid these guys at all cost or you are sure to get ripped off! Report to the Better Business Bureau is being filled right now!

Tony recently completed an exterior siding/trim project on my house in Parker. He and his crew were excellent. Price was fair, responses were quick, and the work was done to my satisfaction. Couldn't recommend Tony enough. Give him a call.

Ryall Struyk is a responsive and knowledgeable professional with vast experience in dealing with insurance claims. Artisan uses a durable roofing product that can withstand future hail storms with an excellent warranty.

Would not recommend if you’re outside their home service area. Roof installation not to code, months to fix and resolve. The only positive experience was with Doug and the painter Will.

Caulin made sure we got a new roof. The insurance company's first inspection didn't make sense, so Caulin sent photos and got them to reinspect and agree the hail damage warranted a new roof. Without Caulin that would not have happened. Also, the new roof looks great.

I recommend this company 100%, Caulin was the one who help me from the start, he explain to me in a why that I would be comfortable and to understand how everything worked. We chose Artisan Construction after meeting with Caulin Struyk to help us with a hail claim on our roof. Caulin was GREAT to work with. He was professional, responsive, and really took his time to make sure we understood things, got the most out of our claim, and were happy with our decisions. He was very informative and always available if we had questions. When we had a question about one of the repairs, Tony and Caulin were quick to remedy the situation and we were left with a very positive experience. Artisan Construction team members provided me with conscientious customer service for a new roof, fascia and gutters. They made great efforts working around Colorado weather to complete my project with quality results. I highly recommend their business with its people centered focus.

Absolutely amazing company. Kristy, Tony, and Vega did what my original adjuster (who was sent by my homeowner’s insurance) couldn’t do. When I was told that my roof/gutters/garage “didn’t have enough damage” to start a claim, I immediately called Artisan Construction. Their adjuster, Vega, came out, and took about 300 pictures (maybe a slight exaggeration)…anywho, whaddaya know, shortly afterwards… the insurance company suddenly approved ALL of the work! I know Vega had to go to bat for me, as the original adjuster had sent his own assessment, so it was an uphill battle. Kristy and Tony were in constant contact with me, scheduling various parts of the process. Any questions I had were answered promptly. Their crew was polite, punctual, and did a wonderful job. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company to ANYONE!! Five stars all day, wish I could give them 10!

The whole team at Aritsan was great. They were vigorous advocates for us with our insurance carrier. They found damage that the original adjuster did not, including damaged windows, gutters and roofing sections. It was a good outcome. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

We had a great experience with Artisan. Ryall relentlessly fought with our insurance and multiple adjusters for over a month, and found city codes that they were overlooking. With his help, he got insurance to issue a full replacement instead of a minor repair. I highly recommend using Artisan and a big thanks to Ryall!

Artisan is one stand up company! We just finished a project with them and, alas in construction, things can happen. In our case, we had issue caused by one of their subs, BUT it was immediately remedied, they took care of it, made it right and made sure we were made whole! Even though they were busy, they made our needs a priority and were on it immediately, like just over an hour!!! They do excellent work, excellent followup and we were thrilled with the exceptional dedication to taking care of us, which you just don’t find much of these days. I can’t say enough good things about Artisan. You will be in great hands, Highly recommend!

I would highly recommend Ryall/Artisan construction because he was able to come out for a free inspection the same day I first contacted him and we installed the roof in a timely manner. He pointed out all signs of hail damage, sun blistering, and answered all questions I had about the process. Artisan also installed all new roof vents along with top grade shingles. From start to finish I am very happy with Ryall's professionalism and the roof looks great. 5 out of 5 stars top of the line.

We worked with Caulin and Tony! They were awesome. We had major roof, siding and gutter damage in the Hail storm in May. We had worked with a different roofing company 7 years ago that were terrible and did not do the work we paid for, so going into the entire process again we were very skeptical. They were so direct and honest with us throughout the whole process. They did great work quickly and very efficiently. It is clear they take care of their employees as well as their customers. We had them do a new roof, paint two sides of our house and replace all gutters. It looks great! I cannot say enough about them. They are also very easy to get a hold of with any questions. Very responsive and helpful.

Ryall, the senior project manager, was knowledgeable and professional. He answered messages promptly. Roof replacement was completed on time, and the job- site was cleaned up well.

Artisan construction? I don’t know how they have the rating they have. They did my sister roof over a year ago. The permit is still taped to front door. Hasn’t passed inspection thru pikes peak regional. And customer service? It doesn’t exist. You can do better than this company.
