Constraction reviews in Centennial, Colorado

Ryan the one who came and talked to me was very helpful. He actually did a few extra things for me that had nothing to do with the roof. The roof was put on correctly and looks good. They cleaned up all of there mess and left with the yard looking great. The people that I dealt with were very nice and professional. I would recommend anyone to this company. Very good job.

I met Ryall at a Colorado1000 event and I am so glad that I did, because shortly after meeting him, we had a significant wind and hail storm that damaged the roof of our house.

Ryall promptly inspected the roof and assessed the damage. After after understanding the damage I made a claim to my insurance company and Ryall met with the adjuster to jointly review the damage, based on which my insurance company covered the claim, and paid for a replacement of the roof.

The work that Artisan Construction did was prompt, well done, and thorough. I found working with them to be very smooth, they made the whole process, much easier for me than I anticipated. I highly recommend them, and would refer them to my friends and family without hesitation.

We worked with Ryall and Kristy. They were so professional, kept us informed every step of the way and handled all of the paperwork with our insurance company. Ruben and the crew that did our roof were all very polite and professional as well. I highly recommend Artisan and would definitely use them again!

We would not recommend this contractor based on our experience. Communication was poor from the start, with frequent delays and a lack of clear updates. The project was disorganized, and expectations were not properly set or followed through on. Even worse, when speaking with them directly, they had no idea what work they had actually agreed to repair per our signed contract. It was clear they hadn’t kept proper records of the project or scope of work.

After some hail damage to my one and a 1/2 year old roof I made a great decision to hire Artisen Constriction. They exceeded my expectations! My new roof looks so good and their customer service is by far the best I’ve had in a long time! Very responsive and receptive to allow me to make choices and set up construction dates. They helped with communication with my home owners insurance so the transition was seamless. One of the things I was concerned about was keeping my my yard in shape and the after construction clean-up. They were fabulous at both of these!! I would highly recommend them and I would definitely use Artisan again!! 5 stars and beyond for their rating!

Randy Hastings is top shelf his professionalism and mannerism are 5 star he did everything he promised and worked on all the things that were performed by the fantastic crews that did the work we are 100% satisfied with the results we definitely will use your company if needed in the future

We were part of the unlucky Denverites to get hit by the baseball sized hail storm at the end of May. Our insurance adjuster came out today to check the damage. Thankfully, we are working with our neighbor and friend, Erick, from Artisan Construction on the repairs. Erick identified several areas that the adjuster missed in his damage estimate including a cracked window frame, paint chips and damaged gutters that were in areas of the home that the adjuster viewed from a distance and didn't inspect closely. Highly recommend Artisan Construction and Erick Vega for any repairs. He's thorough, takes his time to explain the proces and will look out for your best interests.

We had a fantastic experience with Artisan Construction after a big hail storm damaged most of the roofs in my neighborhood. Greg Perry was great. He was always available and promptly answered any questions we had about the process. As well he helped with all the paperwork and made it very easy for us. It did take a little extra time to get the roof replaced, but we’ve had some bad weather so I wouldn’t blame Artisan for that.

The roofers themselves did an excellent job. When we arrived back to the house, they had completely cleaned the yard up (our neighbors used a different company and they left it a mess). Greg followed up to make sure we were satisfied right away. Overall a very positive experience.

Madina Pickrel at Artisan Construction is the definition of professionalism and attention to detail. She brings a sharp eye, clear communication, and a true passion for quality work to every project. Whether it’s a renovation, new build, or something in between, Madina ensures the process is smooth, efficient, and beautifully done. She’s responsive, organized, and genuinely cares. Working with Madina means peace of mind. You're in expert hands from start to finish.

I had Artisan Construction replace our roof and rain gutters after a bad hail storm last spring. Ryan came out to my house and met the adjuster to make sure the insurance was aware of all the damage, including the rain gutters. The adjuster was 2 hours late but Ryan stayed until he arrived so I really appreciate that. We had some small delays due to some shingle supply issues but once the materials were on hand the roofing job was completed in a day. The rain gutters were installed about a week later. There was a communication problem and the gutter contractor did not install on the scheduled day but rather on the day after. Overall I am satisfied with the project. Thanks!

I worked with Artisan to get my roof replaced after a hail storm. Everyone I worked with was very professional and communicative about the process. They worked with my insurance company the entire time and they ended up replacing my roof and gutters and also had my house painted. The crews that came out to do the work were polite and cleaned up my property extremely well when they were finished. Tony and Kristy in the office were great to work with and I would 100% recommend them to anyone!

I highly recommend. We were helped by Ryall S, and Crystal in the office. Both were extremely professional, great communication and went above and beyond to work with us. Customer service A+
We had the roof and windows damaged in a storm. Artisan Construction did an amazing job installing a high quality roof, left no mess and the installers were careful with our yard and property. The window installers were professional, careful and did a fantastic job. Again A+

I contracted with Artisan in December 2024. As of July 1st 2025, no work has been done on their end to even begin the work. Randy will not be proactive with communication, and really only cares about the money, not the people. I would rather deal with nationwide storm chasers than this company.

Update: added 1 star, because they let me out of my contract.

Update: back to one star, because Colin gave my number to 3rd party companies to contact me about services. Total harassing behavior.

Randy Hastings is unable to read or acknowledge no soliciting signs. If basic reading is a challenge, I wouldn't trust them with something as regulated as home repair.

Artisan Construction replaced my roof and gutters on my home. Randy was very professional and knowledgeable. He made a good suggestion on increasing the gutter size to 6 inch to remove the splashover on the front of the house. This resolved the winter ice buildup in front. The company from front office to Randy were polite and professional. I'm happy with the completed timely project.

This is an outstanding company that has a highly qualified staff help you through the process of replacing a roof and gutters. Ryall did an excellent job of helping us understand every part of this process. Their staff came out and worked hard and efficiently to complete the work while keeping us informed as to each step they were doing. We have had roofing done several times throughout our years of home ownership and Artisan Construction is by far the best company we have ever worked with. We are telling all of our neighbors, family, and friends that this is the company to have if you need a roof and gutters.

Artisan Construction is outstanding. They can do it all, Roofing, Siding Gutters. After storms they have helped my clients evaluate damage when needed helped with insurance to make repairs easy and stress free. I would also recommend them if you are thinking of upgrades to your home, like siding or new gutter systems to refresh or upgrade before selling too. Great Contractors!

Very good company very polite and professional work

The owner has a vast experience and knowledge on the field of construction. The quality of his team is top notch.
I would definitely recommend their services, in residential as well as commercial.

I’ve contracted Gustavo for over 4 years now and can’t say enough about his professionalism, expertise and quick response to our needs. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a reliable contractor.

Top Notch! Gustavo and his crew are experienced, very good at what they do, and work with integrity. I would recommend them to friends and family without hesitation.
