Genesis 1:3 Electric

I had four outlets that quit working and said it was a classic GFI shutdown. The two techs found it in 10 mins with their circuit buzzer. They did a good quick professional job. They charged $79 for a service call plus $671 for diagnostics. I feel that the service call fee should have been waved when I opted for the diagnostic, like they do at auto dealerships, but the charges were reasonable. Then they quoted an additional $760 to replace 3 outdoor outlet covers, which involved less than $60 in parts plus 15 minutes labor for removing and replacing six little screws. I felt that was absurdly overpriced and opted to do it myself.

Did a great job and was able to come out on the same day I called.

Tyler the technician at Genesis Electric did a terrific job at my house. Replaced a Transformer and two outside Outlets that were not water proofed for the outside elements. He tightened up a few things during his inspection that were really important including a main ground wire for the electrical panel that was very important. He did a great job. Jill with customer service did a great job also. She kept me informed with everything that was going on. She got me an earlier schedule, because someone canceled. Great job to the whole team.
