The most expensive service call I've ever had in my 40 years of home ownership. Over $700 to change a cartridge on a bathtub handle and replace a leaky faucet. Nearly $500 to change a few GFI outlets. $1400 to replace an HVAC fan when my neighbor paid $900 with another company. Other neighbors in our building reported similar charges such as $600 to clear a drain. Their pricing is so exorbitant that our HOA advised owners to use caution before calling them. Buyer beware!
