The entire experience with the Electricians was excellent. They responded to an urgent situation on a weekend and provided an immediate fix. Several issues were identified and thoroughly explained resulting in a full panel replacement. The work was scheduled and performed several days later. Tony, Sean and Caleb were professional, courteous and a pleasure to work with. They have earned our trust for any future work. Highly recommend.

Mani came to address what I believed was an electrical issue, but he showed me that it was just a garbage disposal jam that I was able to resolve on my own. I really appreciated the information he gave, and his honesty in showing me that no electrical work was needed. Because of the duration of his visit (<5 minutes, he did not charge me a service fee. With people like Mani working at this company, I can confidently say they have the highest level of integrity and quality, and I would absolutely be willing to hire them for future electrical work.

Edit: The customer service folks have been attentive to getting the problem resolved. I was put in contact with the electricians who came out to better understand what was going on with the wiring in the house and why my problem is reoccurring. I spoke with one of them and haven't heard back from the other. Perhaps I just had a poor experience with the initial visit as I do think the company as a whole strives to do right by their work.

I don't think I can recommend this company. I started out with one guy coming to "diagnose" my issue. He charged me $400 for just a diagnosis where he then walked me through how to replace the light switch that would have cost me an additional $500 for him to do...? I don't know, if I'm paying $400 or more I expect the problem to be diagnosed and fixed, especially for what I was taught to do by the technician. This did not fix the problem however. So I had them come out a second time and do something, I'm not sure what they tinkered with this time but now I'm experiencing issues in a room that originally had no problems. I've reached out for a third resolution but I think I'll ultimately be looking elsewhere for help as I'm worried about the cost for them to actually fix something.

Red came out to help with an electrical issue at my place, and he was great to work with. Super friendly, on time, and knew exactly what he was doing. He explained things in a way that made sense and got everything fixed up quickly. Really appreciated how easy he made the whole process. Definitely recommend him if you need an electrician!

I was extremely pleased with the communication of timing of arrival on the day of service. I needed an old and broken GF outlet replaced, a new ceiling light fixture and exterior light replaced. Roman was professional and quick to repair and replace all 3 needs. Very reasonably priced. I will use them again!

Two weeks ago I had The Electricians install an electric charger for our car. The team of Rae, Ernest, and Manny did a great job! I would definitely recommend The Electricians for anyone's project in the future!

Outstanding Service from The Electricians!

We recently purchased a fully electric car and hired The Electricians to install a home charger in our garage. From start to finish, the entire experience was exceptional.

The quote we received was very reasonable, especially considering the quality of work provided. Plus, they back their installation with a 5-year guarantee—as long as no one else tampers with it—which gave us even more peace of mind.

Scheduling was a breeze. The day the charger arrived, they showed up right on time (actually, a few minutes early!). Nathan had already prepped the setup the week before, running wiring from the panel into the garage, which made the final install smooth and efficient. Red and Evan completed the job in about 2.5 hours and even vacuumed the garage floor afterward. Talk about attention to detail!

Red and Evan sent the day at my house chaining out lights and trouble shooting all our electrical issues (too many to list). They were both on time, respectful (I work from home) and very professional. Cleaned up after the job, even brought their own vacuum cleaner for the carpets.

We had a Generac whole home generator installed. Shawn, Red, Caleb, and Evan showed up promptly at 08:00 am. They answered all questions we had and were very friendly. The crew also made the Transfer switch look 100 times better than the original design. These guys did amazing work! Tony also stopped by to drop off parts and ensure all of my questions were answered. Thank you guys so much! I am very pleased and will 100% refer this company!

Scott was absoultly amazing he installed a back up generator as well as a whole house surge protector He showed up on time and was very proficient getting the job done. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Our technicians redeviced our home and rewired my living room and sun room in two days. They ran into several structural issues related to our building but found a solution for our every problem. We had a big problem come up at the end of the day and someone was there to diagnose almost immediately. What we thought would be a small problem turned into discovering our house was not up to code and was very unsafe. Joshua spent over two hours with us trying to formulate a plan of attack. We were able to get scheduled for repair right away. Caleb and Shawn had our house safe and running two days later.They did a fantastic job, we're friendly and very professional. Our family will be calling The Electricians for any of our future problems.

I had a power problem for 3 days. I called The Electricians and Meredith answered the phone. She was so nice and heartwarming. She listened to my problem and made me aware of what to expect. I will never use this company ever again. The guy that came out and looked at my house pressured me and told me things that I had to do to be up to code where I live. They said that they would be done in 2 days. 5 days later not done. I called the city where I live and they told me I was upsold and that things didn’t need to be done to be in code. The city came out and checked the work and told me it wouldn’t pass the inspection.poor quality of work. I could go on and on !!!!

Mani was awesome. He took a look at a problem we were having that was causing us some confusion. He pointed out something we just weren’t seeing and the issue was quickly resolved. He was knowledgeable and friendly and was great about communicating arrival time. Great work!

I lost power to half of my basement after a Core power outage and called the Electricians. Tony Evans came out and was able to quickly diagnose and repair the issue outside at the panel, and he explained everything in great detail.
