I had a fantastic experience with Tyler & Charles today. I called Genesis to have an electrician in to replace an outdoor light fixture & have an outlet added inside.
Before they even got there, I got a text with a photo of Tyler and some info about him, so I knew exactly who to expect at my door. He & Charles were on time, friendly, prepared & got the work done quickly. I booked with Genesis because they had such great reviews online - I will definitely be a repeat customer because of the service I received today.

Cullen was amazing! Knowledgeable and friendly and thorough!

Adam arrived on time and did an incredible job. He was very thorough and professional. He explained everything before completing each step and did not pressure me to have extra work completed. I appreciated his honesty!

Rhiley gave us different options and suggestions on services required. They completed all of the work same day rather quickly. All of the work was done for a pretty reasonable price too. Maybe a little more than others but the professionalism was worth it!

Taylor and the staff at Genesis Electric were amazing to work with. They were timely and efficient in their communication. Taylor completed a needs analysis for my space and developed a course of action which he outlined in great detail. The upfront/guaranteed pricing made the "quote" process quick and easy. The work was completed faster than expected and with
high quality. I appreciated Taylor's pleasant demeanor and attention to detail (like keeping his workspace clean and organized). I would highly recommend Genesis Electric for any electrical job- big or small!!

Adam and Sean did a great job with the electric vehicle charger installation. They were on time for the appointment, called to let me know they were on their way. Showed up looking professionally dress and introduced themselves with a smile. They wore shoes covering to protect the floors of my home. They explained multiple options on how the work could be completed and shared the pricing before starting the work in the garage. The installation was completed in a timely manner and they cleaned up the drywall dust after completion. Awesome job and I’ll call them again on my next electrical needs.

4/11/25, Today was a bit of a difficult day, due an electrical issue that has come up. It's not easy when you hear news of something like this anytime, thankfully Adam from Genesis 1:3 Electrical was the amazing electrician dispatched to help me out! He was professional, friendly, and very compassionate. He spent lots of time explaining each step he was performing and took the time to layout several options. He was honest with his information and completely understood the magnitude of the decision I have to make.

Adam is a shining example of someone Genesis can be very proud representing their company. He is an example of a "Good Human" which is what we all should strive to be.

Val in their office is also a shining example of professionalism, kindness and caring! Thank you, Val, I appreciate your assistance today very much!

I have a big decision to make, but working with Adam helped to make the decision to work with him and Genesis seem like what would be the best decision. Thank you again Genesis for your quick response and for Val and your amazing electrician, Adam!

5/225. Adam and Cullen ust finished the 3 days of work today. WOW, they'worked so hard and kept busy all day. What a big job!

Adam and Cullen kept me informed as to which part of the house they were going to be working in so I could take care of my dog in a different area if the house. They also made Ryder feel very comfortable, and I appreciated that!

They cleaned up the work areas at the end of the day and carted everything out. They were so easy to speak with and answered my questions.

Adam and Cullen were great and they're wonderful examples of what a customer facing a major household repair needs. Someone who truly cares about us and they want to do the best job possible.

Fantastic service! Taylor Manley went above and beyond to make sure my electrical issues were taken care of. He was extremely knowledgeable and explained the process in great detail. I would highly recommend his service to anyone and everyone! Five stars 10/10

Two special shout outs are more than well deserved for the people I had the pleasure of interacting with from Genesis 1:3. First, Jill who works to schedule customers. She patiently listened to my story - which I will say was irrelevant and unnecessary to tell her but I was emotional about why I even needed to schedule service. As I navigated the ordering and shipping of an EV charger balanced with work and other commitments, I changed my appointment three times. She never got annoyed, gave me helpful advice, and most importantly displayed authentic empathy and compassion.

Tyler Yurack came to do the work at my house yesterday. He too was incredibly kind and professional, took the time to explain everything to me and gave me options for the work. He was here for a little over 9 hours! He checked in with me periodically to update me on the work while also respecting that I was working from home. Part of the job required shutting down all of the power to the house, and he accommodated my meeting schedule. While here, he also fixed a bad switch and inspected the whole house. As a woman, I am proud to say that I am pretty handy and can fix lots of stuff in my house, but electric is the one thing that I am terrified of. I will be requesting Tyler for all of my electricity involved projects!

This company is pricey but my house was spotless, charger placement was perfect, and I was completely comfortable being alone in the house while this work was being done. Thank you Jill, Tyler and Genesis 1:3 ownership.

Taylor was very knowledgeable and thorough in explaining what the situation with my perceived issue. There was no issue and nothing really to be done! I’m sure he could have found something but he didn’t and integrity is everything. It was first time using Genesis Electrical and I will for sure then in the future and recommend them!

Genesis electric was great! They sent Adam and Cullen out within a day of calling. They did a thorough walk through of the house, got us a quote within that visit and made all of our repairs and updates within that same day. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend!

Cullen did an excellent work for me here at 2403 S Corona St.,Denver CO 80210 he had to rewire a main outlet in the garage and was exceptionally good at explaining how and why he needed to fix certain parts. The whole reason was to figure out why my electrical car would not accept the charge - he was extremely proficient and professional - we would recommend him every time
