Anyssa was incredible, she was extremely kind to our pets and was very detailed in her work. Thank you to the cottage care team, Brittany was also incredible in making sure we were happy with the work completed the following day. Will definitely use them again!

I've utilized household cleaning services in the past, so I thought I had an idea of what to expect...I did not.

EIGHT of the most considerate and professional people descended onto our new house, and I can't believe the job they did.

This place was older, and somewhat neglected. IT WAS DIRTY! And now, this is not the same house!

I can't thank them enough for their hard work, our new house is spotless and ready to be made a home .

We are a busy family of 4 with a lot of pets, a large house, and not a lot of extra time for cleaning. Who likes to do chores on their day off? I chose CottageCare based on user reviews and (to be honest) their pricing. Bry, Jordyn, and Latisha were exceptional. It was a first time clean, and they arrived promptly and were very professional. I asked them not to wear shoes on the carpeted areas, and they immediately took out booties. They were careful about our pets (one of the cats is an escape artist) and listened carefully while I explained about their quirks. The entire house was sparkling and impeccably clean when I got home, and there were no funny smells from questionable cleaning supplies like I've had in the past with other services. I will definitely be using CottageCare on a regular basis to keep my home clean and comfortable.

Amazing people!!!! Very pleasant to work with and did a fantastic job!! You will love Justin’s work! He takes his time to make sure to get everything and it looks beautiful even vacuumed the back of the couch that shows. My 5 dogs love when he comes and hangs out with them. Bry, Jasmine and Justin did a whole house clean for us and did an amazing job!! Jasmine and Summer just did our initial clean yesterday! My husband said they were both so nice as he showed them around our house. They did an amazing job with the clean! All high touch surfaces and knobs were cleaned which was so nice during these germ filled months. I love that they dusted all our plantain shutters, our last cleaner didn’t do that. We also love how the company has worked with us with scheduling that fit our budget. We are very happy new customers!

Latisha & Claudia cleaned our house today and they did a phenomenal job! Very detailed and thorough with their work. We look forward to an ongoing relationship, and certainly recommend them to anyone else needing cleaning services!

We used this cleaning service a few times and it was never great but it was good enough. After this last time never again. There were two cleaners in my house for four hours I left to to run some errands and when I came home they told me they were done. I was very confused by this because my house was not cleaner than it was when I left no dusting was done except in my bedroom. I had specifically said to focus on the guest bed and bathroom because my in-laws are coming this weekend. Other than cleaning the toilet, not a single thing was touched in our guest bathroom. I walked through the house and they asked me if I had a chance to look at everything. I kept asking them what was supposed to be done as my spouse had booked the cleaning and I wasn't sure what agreed to. It was also a bit alarming that when I asked what is supposed to be done in every room they couldn't answer that question. After looking up the cleaning checklist online and speaking to a Booker about what supposed to be done in every room I don't think we should've been charged for any of this other than the Kitchen, which I do feel was actually clean . I was also told that if I was unhappy with my service, they could send somebody out, but that's apparently not happening at least not in time. so my in-laws will be here tomorrow I'm out money and my house isn't clean. we paid people to be in my way for four hours when I could've just gotten the house cleaned much better and much faster than the two people that were here.

Signed up to have my apartment cleaned before I move out with only a few days notice and they were quick, friendly and did great work, would definitely recommend!

CottageCare is my cleaning dream team!

I’ve been using CottageCare (Aurora – Parker Rd) for years now, and they never miss a beat. Every visit, my house ends up looking amazing — and considering the rate at which my dogs redecorate the floors with paw prints, that’s saying something.

The team is not just thorough — they’re also incredibly flexible. Sick kid? Last-minute chaos? They’ve always worked their scheduling magic and made it stress-free for me.

This week, Olivia & Alex crushed it (again — no surprise there). Honestly, I’m starting to think they carry around a secret bottle of “reset-the-house spray.”

Highly recommend, unless you're trying to book them at the same time as me… then maybe wait your turn.
