The cleaners were polite and worked steadily. They did a fantastic job. They did the work with smiling faces and didn't seem to mind me being there. I very much appreciate the work they did and will definitely use them again.

Jaileen and Bella were really good and professional. As new parents about to go back to work full time my husband and I were looking for a good quality and reliable cleaning service and it seems we have found it! They left our house spotless.

I was very impressed with the outstanding work by Cottage Care. Anyssa removed years of soap scum from my shower door, and cleaned so well she even got down to scrubbing down my wooden kitchen chairs. Kristen did a great job with the kitchen and half bathroom and Frieda stopped by and helped out with getting years of grease off my kitchen ceiling fan. Anyssa is a rare find that I hope to have back soon. Thank you so much!

We had our first deep clean with Anyssa & Jaileen, and they were wonderful! They were kind, thoughtful, thorough, and made sure we were happy with everything before they left. They also did a great job working around and loving our dogs! We are really looking forward to working with them for ongoing cleanings.

Jaileen is outstanding! She's attentive and detailed. She listens to what we would like to have done and then she does it and the quality of her work is tremendous.

Because of the cold and ice, I've been unable to take out some trash in recent days. Jaileen volunteered to take it all out, including a bag of cat litter.

Working with Cottage Care has been great! I had some unique requests for our home due to disability and Frieda at the Aurora office has been wonderful about ensuring I have help cleaning the specific things that are hard for me so I can stretch the value of their services while avoiding the areas I can do independently. I really appreciate that. The cleaning professionals that have come into my home have been polite and make it easy to work from home while they are around. They are communicative, thorough, flexible and my house feels amazing when they leave. Highly recommended ☺️

We are so thankful that we contacted Cottage Care! We are busy working parents who have found it reduces our household stress if we get a little extra help every couple of weeks. Recently we’ve worked with Olivia more regularly and she is so sweet and helpful. She even takes the time to stack books in my kiddos room. Thalia and Claudia have also been wonderful and we are just so appreciative of their help! They have even helped us clean before a party and it has been a weight off of our shoulders. I’ve used Cottage Care for monthly cleanings for about a year now and have had a great experience every single cleaning. The staff is professional and friendly, and super dog friendly. My mini husky loves when they visit. Every cleaner we’ve had has been wonderful, recently we had Justin who did an awesome job!

Between both Fredia and Brittany at the home office, both of these women deserve extreme recognition for thr amount of effort and the way they interacted with their clientele.
They worked around my schedule with moving into a vacant home and even cleaning the old apartment im leaving. If something wasn't rite they came back which they did and redid not only what they missed but the entire section. Great customer service and great way to retain clients as well. I am glad to say this has meet of exceeding my expectations. Thank you for all the hardworking and dedication I know cleaning behind people is not easy work and they did an amazing job with attention to detail and customer perspective.

I have not had anyone clean my house but due to circumstances I needed to find a company quickly. Today Jaileen came to do the first cleaning. She was amazing, she did more than I expected, the final product was great. She is great at her job, polite, and detail oriented. I scheduled more cleanings and requested her to come back. If you call you will not be disappointed if Jaileen arrives.

Our windows are sparkling after Jake and Doug from Jack’s Window and Cleaning meticulously cleaned them including the 3 story plus picture windows. We felt the price was fair, and we will definitely be calling them again.
