Absolutely stunned by the service I had from Anna and Rikki! They did such a fanatic job! The apartment feels brand new! They took the time and care and the apartment is spotless! They were professional and so sweet! So grateful for Anna and Rikki! I can’t express how happy I am with their service! Tamara and Courtney are rock stars! They worked so hard on our house and were very accommodating when we asked for more to be done even when they had already been here cleaning for 4 hours! Would definitely recommend and will be using them again.

I am deeply disappointed with the cleaning service I received. Despite repeatedly asking the cleaners to thoroughly vacuum and dust the entire house, they failed to do so properly. Three hours should have been more than enough time to clean, but it felt like they were more focused on anything but cleaning.

One of the cleaners completely disregarded my instructions. I had to repeat simple tasks several times, such as cleaning the kitchen, moving baby items to clean underneath, and cleaning the baby racks, but they chose to ignore these requests.

While cleaning the bathrooms, they placed one of my clean towels on the dirty floor. I assumed they would put it in the washing machine, but to my surprise, they hung it back up as if nothing had happened. This forced me to wash all my towels since I didn’t know if they used others without informing me. Had I not seen this, I could have unknowingly reused a towel, thinking it was clean.

To make matters worse, they used the same cloth to clean both the vent and the mirror! This makes me seriously question the level of training their staff receive. Initially, they said they couldn’t clean all the bathrooms, then changed their mind and claimed they could. However, they forgot to adjust the toilet flush, which could have caused a major overflow and resulted in additional costs for me.

For $350, this service was far below my expectations. I am completely dissatisfied and request a full refund. The quality of the work was unacceptable – I could have vacuumed my house myself with the same results. They didn’t even mop the floors properly.

To add to the poor experience, when I requested a refund, they reached out during my work hours. I told them I was unavailable to speak, and instead of being understanding, they were incredibly rude. I do not recommend this company. Save your money and look elsewhere.

I booked the move-out service and was very pleased with the cleaning service. Baiul & Emeral did an excellent job, leaving the place spotless. The scheduling staff were also most helpful, as I was able to leave a lock box and instructions for entry.

Just had my first clean with Two Maids and they did an incredible job! The team was punctual and professional (shout out to Ari & Rikky!) and the clean was very thorough. Their alternating recurring clean is a great value for the level of service. They also have an online tipping option if you’re like me and never have cash. Highly recommend!

Michell and Brandy have been absolute angels to work with. They were professional, flexible, and easy to communicate with this past year. They answer the phone by greeting us by our first name as if we are family! It’s a shame we are moving and we will miss them dearly, we highly recommend them to everyone in the area!
