Trinity and Alejandra cleaned for us for the first time last week. They were quick, efficient and thorough and respected the fact I was working in my office. I am looking forward to seeing them next week.

Gloria and Hayley did an excellent job deep cleaning for us to prepare for a big event at our house. Kitchen, living room, bathrooms. They also did high dusting and interior windows. They worked strategically and professionally. They asked us to look over everything near the end to see if there was anything they missed or anything else we wanted them to do, and there was nothing left undone. To do this ourselves would have required a lot more time and a lot more stress. We are so grateful for their service.

Jeff and his wife are amazing at what they do! Extremely friendly, great service, and if you aren't satisfied with anything at all they will come back and make sure you're happy! I highly recommend them for any and all of your carpet cleaning needs. We purchased a house where the previous owners had lots of pets and they did a great job and getting up the pet hair and getting the odor out! Very satisfied customer!!!

I am on a special program where Elite Carpet cleaning comes and cleans my place regularly. This is a family run business and they are always so nice and considerate! They are by far the best Carpet cleaning business I have had come to my house!! I love the way the house smells after they clean my carpets and they look brand new. We had a great experience all around with elite carpet cleaning! Their customer service was second to none. We had very bad pet stains and they were able to get most of them out and even came back a second time to work on them. If you need carpet cleaners consider calling elite. Next time we need the carpets cleaned we will use them.

I have hired Elite Carpet Cleaning a handful of times to clean up after my puppy's accidents on our carpet. They are, no questions asked, the best option in the Denver metro area. Before finding Elite, I received quotes from several companies, all quoting at least 3 times as much money to do the same thing that Elite would do for us. We had a great experience with Elite Carpet Cleaning when they came out to clean our empty house a few weeks ago. They were able to get in within the week after being contacted. We had them clean all of our carpets (upstairs and downstairs) as well as our wood floors. They called to let me know of some worn spots on the hardwood and explained everything in detail before moving forward with the work. We would definitely use them again!

We called Elite for upholstery cleaning and from the start they had great customer service and pricing. Appointment was easy to make. They gave a 30 minute window of arrival and actually came early. They communicated expectations of the cleaning and were very knowledgeable and professional. This family run business is top notch! Their communication before, during and after the service was nothing short of perfect. My wife and I were moving out of a rental unit and we had Elite clean the carpets and wood floors and they came out excellent! They are also very reasonable on pricing. Several other quotes I got were much higher.
We will certainly be using Elite for all our future carpet & floor cleaning needs, and of course we will recommend them to anyone that asks!

This was a completely professional experience from beginning to end. Their customer service skills, experience, and service were all top notch. My carpet has never looked better, and their attention to detail was astounding. I was comfortable with them in my house, and they got stains out that I thought were truly permanent. I can't say enough good.

I have used Jeff's company for carpet cleaning twice now. Both times were beyond satisfactory. His customer service is a definitive factor in his ability to provide quality results.
He even came back to my house for FREE to do a follow up treatment and deep clean our carpet for a second time after we weren't completely happy with the results from the first.

Jeff was very friendly and professional and did a great job on our carpets! We thought we needed to replace the carpets but after Jeff got done, it looked good as new. He was very responsive and had great follow up. I will definitely use his services again!

The first time we used Elite Carpet cleaning, the results were much better. This time around, after paying for the top tier service, I'm not as pleased. The deodorizer doesn't seem to be as effective, not sure if there was a change in product, or application process.

Not a bad job, but I don't know that I'll be paying for the premium package again.

This company is absolutely fantastic! My wife and I have used them on three separate occasions for carpet repairs, carpet steam cleaning, tile steam cleaning, and cleaning all of our couches and chairs. Jeff and Rhonda are extremely professional and polite. Their communication is phenomenal, notifying you the day before with a reminder, the morning of with a text saying they are on the way, and the billing receipt is in my email before they even pull out of the driveway. I would, and will, recommend this company to absolutely anyone in need of these types of services. We will definitely be using them again!
