Gory carpets cleaned and stretched all in the same day. Stuart was an artist at getting out the bumps in our carpet. Kody was excellent at cleaning and got the whole house done in just a couple hours

Elite was able to send a technician out to do a few repairs for me and tack down my carpet in some areas. I am very pleased with the work done. They were also quick to schedule!

Stuart arrived, pleasant, kind and helpful. He and I discussed what needed to be done. He set about the task and completed it within the 2 hr time frame. He was careful and thorough. I remembered a bit later that I needed him to check a spot in an adjacent doorway where my husband and I needed to fish a cable under the carpet to another room, where there was some concern that perhaps the carpet there might have distorted a bit over time, but after careful inspection, he determined there was no none to be seen. Once he completed the stretching and trimming process, he vacuumed all around the room and perimeter against the walls where it is very difficult to reach for me without moving large pieces of furniture. When he was finished he sent me the bill to which I added a nice tip for his efforts. We will definitely be calling Stuart and Elite Carpet Repair for a future task we will need at that time. I recommend this business completely and am delighted with their service and Stuart as well.

I requested a quote online and they got in contact with me right away, scheduled me within 24 hours, showed up on time with great communication, and left my couch and rugs in amazing shape. I will be using them again. Kody is great!!!

Booked an appointment through Google Joe came out to clean two rooms and remove a few dog stains and did an awesome job went above and beyond service cost was $150 plus I gave him a big tip to show my appreciation. Highly recommend this company you won't be disappointed for the price!! Before and after photos too.

I used Elite to repair some carpet threads at a seam, and again the following week to clean some paint and mystery spots out of our carpet. Both Stu (repair guy) and Joe (cleaning guy) were friendly and efficient, arrived on time (in fact, right at the beginning of the 2-hour time window), and each took about an hour. I really appreciated that Joe used corner protectors, a floor cover, and a draft stopper to protect my house from the cleaning hoses and to keep my house warm when it was sub-freezing outside. Highly recommend and will use again!

We’ve had Kathy Clean for several years with great, consistent results. Our current cleaner, Carolina is great! Very happy with this service.

They damaged our hardwood floors, leaving permanent stains that required me to refinish them. When I raised this issue, they claimed the damage already existed and attempted to “prove” it by sending a photo. However, the photo they provided was taken after the damage occurred, not before. Misrepresenting an after-the-fact photo as evidence is dishonest and deeply concerning.
