I couldn't be more pleased. Kert was a pleasure to have in my home and did a fabulous job that pleased even me, a perfectionist! He arrived on time, finished in less time than he had estimated and, outside of the fact that I now have spotless windows, I would hardly know that he had been here. I already have him scheduled to come out again in the fall. A real find!

The exceptional work that this company and the team members performed in cleaning at least one year of Denver dust and grime from our exterior and interior windows allowed the wonderful western light to shine into the magnificent new lobby and storefronts along Broadway of the 11th Avenue Hostel. We loved working with Kert! He was super kind, gave us a lot of info on our windows and made sure that we were happy. I love seeing out of my windows now!!

Before I booked Lighthouse, I specifically asked the owner Kert if the price he quoted for my new windows included cleaning the tracks of the windows. He assured me that it did, so I retained him. I called him after he completed the work to point out that my windows tracks all had dirt, grime and bugs. I reminded him of our previous conversation. Kert told me that when he said he "cleaned" the tracks, all he really meant was he swiped them, and that if I wanted them "cleaned" I would have to pay extra. He did not offer to reduce his bill. Unprofessional. Who needs clean windows and dirty tracks? Who needs a service from a person who does not live up to his promises and makes no effort to provide customer satisfaction?

I got Kert's number from another window cleaning company that does not work in Highlands Ranch.

I could not be happier though! Kert came in on time for our initial appointment, took a look at the house inside and out and gave me a quote. A couple of days later, I scheduled the job. Again he was on time, courteous and started on the inside of the house first, then did the outside (including my garage windows for an additional amount) and finished by checking all the windows again inside. It was faster than I anticipated (although when I asked him how long it would take, he had predicted just right!).

He did a great job: not only the windows look transparent (wow! all this light!), but he was very neat while doing the job, no water dripping everywhere...

There he goes on my list of preferred vendors for my house!
