Marc returned my call and was at my house within 30 minutes. He found the problem immediately and the sprinklers are running great again. We will definitely call him again.

Marc was on the early side of the 30 min window I was given. He gave me options and walked me through everything he was doing. He was very polite and nice. He seemed very genuine. I live in Parker, CO and I was looking for a company to power rake, aerate and fertilize my lawn. I found MW Sprinkler & Lawn Care, Inc. after doing an internet search. Marc called me back shortly after I left a voice message and we scheduled a time for today. Marc and his crew showed up early and completed the work for myself and one of my neighbors. Amazing job! I called about in April about getting my system fixed. He was upfront about the longer wait (end of May) because everyone is getting booked, which was totally fine for me. The main control system needed to be replaced and the values coming off house, kept breaking, year after year. I had other companies come out and have 'fixed' the system over the years but every spring, we found it broken. I was able to get a quick response, send pictures and come up with a plan that I felt comfortable with. Marc was very upfront about cost and expectations, which made me more comfortable with the upcoming work. He got here early and was very understanding of letting my dogs out since they were in the house since earlier in the day. He and his coworker, were very friendly, good vibes and a joy to talk to. He went over the changes he made and omg, it was quick. It took 1.5 hours to replace all the equipment and fix my value issue in the basement. I thought the work usually took longer, but they were quick and efficient and had a very open dialogue about all the work being done.
I'll be honest, his honesty, pricing and personality is what sold me the most today. I will definitely reach out to him for any yard concerns and sprinkler concerns in the future. I love businesses where there's a local touch and a genuine personality. I will recommend his business to anyone.

I cannot begin to say enough good things about Marc. Marc was referred to me by a close friend and he was wonderful. Marc got me right into his busy schedule to come help with a broken sprinkler system and possible blowout. Marc went above and beyond by contacting my rental leasing company for me to discuss with them the issues he found and was able to get the company to ultimately send out their own vendor to repair the issue. Marc did not have to go this extra mile in service. He was a blessing to me and rescued my sanity as well as my pocket book. I was super late in the season getting my sprinkler system winterized, and had some minor repairs due to the cold weather, but MW Sprinkler was a lifesaver! They came out quickly, assessed the situation, and even repaired a broken pipe for far less than I was expecting. Their team was professional, efficient, and really helped me avoid any major damage during the winter. We had MW sprinkler out to add irrigation to our back yard. We had a blank slate back there with a plan for sod. Marc actually called us back the same day. He came out very quickly to look at the space, and he designed a system to fit our needs. His price was very reasonable and his communication is excellent. I researched the products that he was using and they are all top notch. He doesn't cut corners or do things on the cheap. The weather was iffy on the date that we scheduled, so Marc moved things around and went out of his way to accommodate us and make sure we had our irrigation installed prior to our sod delivery. I really can't say enough good things about Marc, Eli and MW as a whole. They are genuinely great people and were awesome to work with. I highly recommend them!!!

Marc is the man. Great human being, super responsive, and extremely fair pricing. He's been honing his craft since the mid-90s and the quality of his work shows. I would unhesitatingly recommend Marc and his business for any sprinkler and lawn work you might need done.

Marc is an amazing human being. He came to my house on very short notice and within minutes figured out the problem with my sprinkler system. Thirty minutes later the problem was fixed. It's refreshing to find honest, knowledgeable, hard working people in today's world and Marc is clearly one of them. Don't call anyone else other than MW for a repair. Amazing. Thank you!

I called 2 years ago and hired Marc to help with spots my sprinklers were missing. He immediately came and was very friendly. He noticed I was using a couple of hoses and sprinklers around the yard to work on the spots. His pledge” going to make sure you never have to use the hoses again”. Marc recommended changing out about 7 sprinkler heads and some pop ups were also changed for greater heights. The visit ran @ $450. Several weeks later I began to notice that the heads were not getting the job done and actually MORE spots than originally had begun to show. Marc suggested I extend my watering times and add a day. I did. Well they never really went away. We turned off the system for winter ( another $145). And decided we would get an earlier start next year to finally fix it. Well, Marc returned again this summer . He recommended 8 more new heads and also some additional Pop ups. We added more time to the sprinklers. 1 hour a zone 4 days a weeks. Anothe $409+ dollars. We had a streak of very heavy rain so not much to notice. However, as the hot dry season came I …..so did even more spots. This time even larger and more in number than when we STARTED. I sent several pictures to him. He explained to me that he doesn’t come out to PARKER much so getting over would be difficult. I asked if he could come and ADJUST the heads. This was recommended by several neighbors. Marc responded with he was booked up and winter shut offs were booking fast. Long story short. $1000 later and I know I was Basil’s a bag of goods. The heads he replaced were just a way of running up the bill. A new person came over and explained that sumple using a tool to change the direction and distance was all that was needy. Also pointed out that my original low flow heads were superior and just needed adjustments. I want everyone to know that I gave Marc several chances to come and make this right. I have before and after pictures from this. YES, he is very nice, talking smiles.as HE RUNS UP THE BILL. I read reviews. All sounds good until their is a problem with his work. Then the real Marc shows. See he has grown to big to handle his clients and also been doing this too long. You can tell. Lost the hunger and drive to make customers happy. I am sure 25 years ago when he was building his business, he was great. Now, he is not.

Marc was very professional and attentive to my sprinkler needs. He provided excellent customer service. I had a new set of sprinklers installed by him and his team. He did prep work ahead of time to make sure he understood just what my husband and I wanted for our new home. He was on time, and provided excellent customer service and the sprinklers were installed quickly and they look great! He made my landscaping so much easier!
