Tim and his crew fit me into their schedule to fix my repair. Friendly, fair pricing and quick service. They also replaced a sprinkler which was not part of my original request. Definitely calling them again!! Five Stars!!

Charged us $225 for a sprinkler blow out and a part that took five minutes to replace. He was at our house a total of 10 minutes. In all fairness, it was late in the year for a blow out, but he took total advantage of the situation. I only paid it because we needed it done and my husband wasn't home to object. Husband looked up the part and it was only $20 on Amazon and 1 screw, took about 1 minute to replace. Must ben nice to take advantage of people like that and make $225 in 10 minutes. We work hard for our money and felt totally taken advantage of.

Our sprinkler system was leaking water into the basement and we had an “out of the ordinary” situation where would could not shut the water off. Tim made extra time to come out the next morning and help us! He saved us hundred in damage that was being done to our basement. Another repairman told us last year when the water came into the basement that nothing could be done. Tim came out exactly on time, was so polite, found the problem within minutes and went and got the part he needed and fixed everything! He was so understanding, and truly wanted to do whatever he could to help! We our so grateful!! Highly recommend!

Tim and his crew did an excellent job. Prompt, professional and first class work. Tim gave us a cost competitive quote and was available sooner than his competitors. The crew was nice and cleaned up after themselves very well. I really couldn't say enough nice things, very impressed.

Been without sprinkler service company for 3 years after previous sold his company. Tried two other companies before finding Tim's Sprinkler Service. One charged a ridiculous high price for a earlier repair. Never go back to them. Another which was father & son sprinkler service company and plumber....most unreliable and charged $155 to fix any hose leak...and never showed up or called after we made specific appointment. Bothe were awful experiences!!
Had two serious leaks in hoses and after the first two bad experiences...so I called Tim's Sprinkler Service company in Littleton...who responded immediately...and was able to identify source of two major Sprinkler hose leaks. Tim sent out Johnny and Jose Saturday morning..who fixed both hose leaks in quick time. Both Johnny and Jose were personable, professional and experienced. Tim's price to fix both problems was wonderfully affordable. My wife and I will use Tim's service from now on!! Finally found a most reliable resource who we'll always recommend to our Littleton and Denver friends!!.
I am a retired academic, married for 60 years and always are amazed when I find such dedicated professional, experienced service companies like Tim's! First class service always appreciated!!

Tim performed a re-grading and sprinkler system installation for my back yard. His bid for the project came in the middle of the 5 I'd gotten, but his professionalism and reccomendations beyond my plan won him the project. His crew was excellent, one-time, and courteous toward my family. He also came in on budget and 2 days early with completion. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for any yard project.

My first experience with them was great! I waited too long to schedule winterization of my sprinkler system and the five other companies I called first were booked solid for weeks. Tims' was also booked solid but were nice enough to fit me in between appointments. They were professional, prompt and very nice to work with. I would recommend them highly and will be calling them in the spring to get my system up and running again.

Scheduling was good. Alexandra got the job scheduled after providing an estimate (I'd provided pictures of the damaged valve). The workers, Christian and associate, were out here around 8:15 of the day the work was scheduled, went right to work, and replaced three valve zones in about two hours. I also discussed some other sprinkler work I needed done and they weighed in on the cost and some strategies to save money.
I was impressed, first of all, with the scheduling. They are about two weeks out, which is more responsive than all of the other sprinkler repair services I worked with. Alexandra, the office manager, has great communication skills. I recommend posting your work request to their web site and texting with her, as that seems to be how they prefer to schedule.
The work was done very well. When the workers were finished, apart from having a perfectly functioning sprinkler system, I didn't see any scars to the lawn. They were very professional and polite.
I would highly recommend Tim's Sprinklers to any of my friends or neighbors seeking sprinkler work.

I would HIGHLY recommend! A good sprinkler company is difficult to find, but I found a GREAT one in Tim's Sprinkler. Johnny arrived earlier than expected, and it was fantastic what he completed in just three hours. He replaced broken pipe at the pressure valve, upgraded/replaced the main bell pressure valve for us, fixed a dead zone by replacing a solenoid, trenched/moved and replaced a sprinkler head, adjusted all other heads front and back, replaced over a half-dozen drip system spray heads...I'm still blown away with how good everything looks, and works! He was very professional, polite, and wasn't interested in "selling" me on a bunch of services and equipment we didn't need, AND reasonably priced! I have absolutely nothing but good things to say about Tim's sprinkler, and Johnny!

This is an amazing sprinkler company. The response time was 2 days, at the beginning of August. Christian, who was outstanding, came to my house, went to the store, got the part, and fixed the cylanoid, all in about 30 minutes.
Previously, 2 different companies failed to do the job. One guy (at Advantage Sprinkler) made us wait 3 weeks, then came to the house, said he didn't have time to fix the problem, then sent a bill for $215. It was $160 to fix the problem in 30 minutes with Tim's Sprinkler.
I won't ever use anyone else. I'm extremely impressed with Tim and Christian

Tim and his team were indispensable in the process of refurbishing our old sprinkler system. They helped figure out what work I could do to keep prices manageable and Johnny and Julian went above and beyond to get us an end product we were happy with. They even came back for a repair later on free of charge. Definitely a team worth bringing into your landscaping project, big or small.

I was really impressed with Tim's sprinklers. Responsive, great work, fair price. Called them to find and fix an underground leak and to add a new sprinkler to a zone. They set me for about 5 days out. Christian and team showed up on time, was easy to coordinate with, and got job done well and fast. I was so pleased I had him fix some smaller issues I was planning to do myself. I wish I'd called these guys years ago.

Unfortunately we had a terrible experience. Last year I hired Tim’s sprinkler to shut my system off, everything was great. This year I called them back to turn on my system. When he was done, he mentioned there was a problem with the drip system and to let him know if I wanted it fixed. About a month later, we realized that a whole section of the front lawn was dying. We called them out to fix that spot, asking them to please adjust or fix the heads in the area that was dying.nothing to do with the drip. We weren’t going to be there so we made sure the workman had the code to get into the garage. We actually followed up twice to make sure they had the code and it would be passed onto the workman. On that day, the guy showed up after the window they gave us, told me it would cost $1,100 and that he didn’t have the code to do anything. I asked how he was quoting that amount, he told me because when he turned on the system he knew all the problems. I said I just needed the area that was dying adjusted. He tells me he had a long day already and to not give him any grief. I was also stunned no one gave him the code, but he didn’t seem to care. I also asked why he didn’t adjust the sprinkler heads when he turned on the system, I have always had people make sure the area is covered as it should be. It’s part of turning on the system. He said he doesn’t do that?!? He just kept saying it will cost $1,100 to fix?!? It made no sense, I specifically wanted that area fixed , which even if he had to replace one or two heads shouldn’t have cost more than a couple hundred. He was surly and rude. There was no talking to him. We then asked the dispatch lady why they didn’t give him the code, she wouldn’t answer us. So now, after waiting a week for him to go over and fix it and waiting another week to get someone else out there, the grass is looking really bad in that one spot. Do yourself a favor, find someone else.

We have been searching for a sprinkler repair company for a long time and couldn't be happier to find Tim's Sprinklers! Their communication, excellent service and quality work exceeded our expectations! All of this in addition to a very fair price! They were able to fit us in during their busy blow-out season for an urgent repair and were so friendly and hardworking! We will be contacting them again in Spring to come out and do a diagnostic review of our entire system. We couldn't recommend Tim's Sprinklers more as an honest and quality company!

Unfortunately, my experience with Tim’s sprinklers was terrible.

I needed a leak fixed in my manifold, and was quoted $350.00 to fix. The technician showed up 4 hours late to the appointment, proceeded to excavate, then claimed more parts were needed. The technician returned 6 hours later at 7:00 PM and was unable to complete the job. They returned in the morning to finish. Overall a 24 hour experience with an issue that would have taken 2 hours to repair at max.

Not only was the time to repair awful, the quality of work was some of the worst I’ve seen. A coupling was inserted into the manifold to, “fix” the leak which ended up increasing the manifold length by 4”. The manifold no longer fit into the valve box, and Tim’s Sprinkler’s idea was to place the valve box directly on top of the manifold. In this position the manifold would have been crushed if someone were to simply step on the closed valve box.

The cherry on top, the technician wrapped up this lackluster job by filling the entire valve box with the dirt dug from the excavation!

Additionally, the manifold still leaked! I inspected the, “completed” job to find the box entirely filled with dirt and a pool of water/wet mud actively accumulating.

I ended up paying over $300.00 for my manifold to still have a leak and be buried with mud. I recommend anyone with sprinkler issues to stay far far far away from this landscaping company.

(Attached is a photo of my manifold I had to re-excavate, which was burred in mud inside the valve box.)

Unfortunately, we had a very unpleasant experience with Tim’s sprinklers. Last season we paid a hefty amount to have our electrical component buried properly underground. The day after the install, we turned on our sprinkler system and our basement flooded. We had Tim‘s Sprinklers come and look at their work and they said everything looked good on their end and it must have been from the rainfall. We turned the system on again and their work came disconnected and flooded our basement tenfold. The damages were so significant, we had to jackhammer our entire basement floor to release the water that was oozing up from every crevice. Their inability to find their mistake when they revisited cost us $30,000 out of pocket and Tim wouldn’t respond to the insurance company’s phone calls for the $12,000 coverage for cleanup and mold removal. That cost us our deductible and now our homeowner’s insurance premium is increasing tremendously. I am disappointed in his lack of responsibility and refusal to cooperate in order to avoid losing his own insurance. He may say he is insured, but he won’t return calls or respond to the homeowner’s insurance company’s phone calls when the time comes to use it. We highly recommend finding another company for your irrigation needs.

Unfortunately, my experience with Tim’s Sprinklers and Lawns, LLC was extremely disappointing and felt dishonest from start to finish.

When Tim came out to “repair” my sprinkler issue, things got worse instead of better. In my opinion, he damages the sprinkler box on purpose just so he can claim it’s broken and charge more. My box was perfectly fine before he touched it, and suddenly after a few minutes of him working on it, he said it was “cracked,” “corroded,” and needed full replacement all at an extra cost. None of that was mentioned before he started.

It really feels like a setup to justify a bigger bill. He kept adding surprise charges that weren’t part of the original estimate, and every time I questioned it, he had a new excuse. The whole thing felt shady and unprofessional.

He rushed the job, didn’t explain anything clearly, and the system still didn’t work properly when he left. I had to call another company afterward, and they confirmed the damage looked fresh and unnecessary, which only added to my concerns.

If you’re looking for sprinkler repairs, be very careful. In my experience, Tim’s Sprinklers and Lawns, LLC acts more like a money trap than a trustworthy service. I would not recommend him to anyone.

Really bad job plowing slow and it seems like they do unnecessary work just so that they can bill for it.
