Overall, just extremely disappointed. I had MW out last fall to test my system and repair anything they found. After all of the work was complete, my bill came to over $400. My sprinklers ran for a few more weeks and then I had them blown out for the winter. After turning them on a few days ago, one of the sprinkler heads they replaced is not popping up and one zone does not appear to have enough pressure. I reached out to Marc and he only seemed to care about convincing me that there is no way they made a mistake. He must of repeated that a dozen times. While I certainly understand that it is possible that the issue is unrelated, it seems to me that Marc is unwilling to resolve it to my satisfaction. From my
perspective, I paid to have my system inspected and functioning properly. Does MW not guarantee their work? Marc offered to come and inspect the head but if that was not the problem, I would incur additional charges to fix the pressure issue, which I already paid for once. Also, it would be a month before I could get on his schedule. After looking at earlier reviews, my situation appears to be similar to the other gentleman that paid almost $1000 and still did not have a property functioning system.

I had an amazing experience with MW Sprinkler ! I called them to have my sprinkler system winterized , and Mark the owner , came out the same day . Marc was an absolute delight to work with . Not only did he take care of winterizing the system , but he also helped me create a plan to redo my backyard sprinklers for better coverage when the weather warms up . Marc is extremely knowledgeable , and I truly appreciate all of his help . I can't thank him enough for his excellent service today ! Highly recommend MW Sprinkler for all your irrigation needs ! I recently had a leaking irrigation valve issue that resulted from a night freeze. I’ve used MW Sprinkler to service the irrigation system for many years and called Mark (the owner) to repair the leak. Mark flipped an O-ring that appeared to stop the leak. He charged a basic service call rate of $125. Unfortunately, the leak reoccurred. Mark returned and inverted all O-rings which corrected the problem. His creative solution avoided the need for a $700+ repair kit for my commercial grade valve system. As a indication of Mark’s integrity and focus on quality work, he refused to accept my offer of a second payment. If you’re looking for a professional of high integrity who is committed to quality work for his customers, Mark IS YOUR GUY!

I called MW Sprinkler & Lawn Care Inc. after suspecting a sprinkler system leak in my yard. Mark asked thoughtful questions, explained what it sounded like, and gave a totally transparent sprinkler visit + repair quote before coming out. After realizing I was technically just outside their service area, I told him not to worry — but a few minutes later, he called back letting me know he’d be nearby later in the week and would happily go out of his way to help.

He showed up exactly in the appointment window with two other incredibly professional crew members. They immediately got to work diagnosing the irrigation zones, talking me through everything they were seeing at each sprinkler head, and even made time to walk the entire yard when I asked. These guys were literally running around the lawn to ensure every sprinkler, valve, and rotor was performing properly.

They came out the very next day after I called, quickly diagnosed the issue with our sprinkler solenoid, and had it repaired in under 15 minutes. The garden center is just starting to have planting ideas in the store.

Garden staff not helpful - both visits he didn't even look up from his phone. Not acceptable

They already have Christmas out. And Thanksgiving items. Great time of year and this store is getting better it's looking much cleaner than last year. I love the trees on display in this garden center.
