We have an older carpet that needed cleaning. We are very happy with the outcome of our latest carpet cleaning with this company. I will use them again on a more regular schedule.

We purchased and updated an office suite. The movers we selected got black grease in numerous places on our new carpet. I called Elite Carpet Cleaning and Repair and spoke with Mary, who was very knowledgeable and professional. She said she would have Joe call me who is very experienced at removing carpet stains. This was on a Saturday and I expected a call on Monday. Joe called me within an hour and offered to come out on Sunday since he was going to be in our area. He was meticulous and did an awesome job removing the grease stains. He even found a few spots I hadn't noticed. Our carpet looks new again. I would highly recommend Elite carpet cleaning. Great repair service. Replaced a patch of carpet that was damaged initially. Issue with initial repair. Company honored warranty repair 8-months after original repair was done.

Let me be VERY clear:

Gory carpets cleaned and stretched all in the same day. Stuart was an artist at getting out the bumps in our carpet. Kody was excellent at cleaning and got the whole house done in just a couple hours

Elite was able to send a technician out to do a few repairs for me and tack down my carpet in some areas. I am very pleased with the work done. They were also quick to schedule!

Stuart arrived, pleasant, kind and helpful. He and I discussed what needed to be done. He set about the task and completed it within the 2 hr time frame. He was careful and thorough. I remembered a bit later that I needed him to check a spot in an adjacent doorway where my husband and I needed to fish a cable under the carpet to another room, where there was some concern that perhaps the carpet there might have distorted a bit over time, but after careful inspection, he determined there was no none to be seen. Once he completed the stretching and trimming process, he vacuumed all around the room and perimeter against the walls where it is very difficult to reach for me without moving large pieces of furniture. When he was finished he sent me the bill to which I added a nice tip for his efforts. We will definitely be calling Stuart and Elite Carpet Repair for a future task we will need at that time. I recommend this business completely and am delighted with their service and Stuart as well.

I requested a quote online and they got in contact with me right away, scheduled me within 24 hours, showed up on time with great communication, and left my couch and rugs in amazing shape. I will be using them again. Kody is great!!!
