Rosa with Kathy Clean showed up on time with all the cleaning supplies and a clean vacuum (did not have dirt from previous cleaning jobs in the canister). She did a fabulous job and communicated well. I ask for her by name when scheduling.

For a list of reasons that isn’t necessary here, our home had not gotten a deep clean in quite a long time. We called Kathy Clean because the amount of work to do was so overwhelming. Our cleaner came in and worked MAGIC!!!!! My home is spotless, every possible detail has been thoroughly scrubbed, dusted, and looks incredible. I’m so grateful for this service. Great communication. They were easy to work with, provided an accurate quote, and easy scheduling! Anabel was timely and so sweet.

Our second visit was a disaster. The cleaner arrived over an hour past the scheduled time window. I had to text and call for updates, they never let me know that she was running late. She glared at my sweet, friendly black lab. She didn't speak enough English for me to explain that my dog is super friendly and wouldn't hurt a fly. I asked her to leave and will not rebook.

"Joselin" has been cleaning our home, actually, "Homes" now for many years. We moved once while having her-so she has been cleaning our two homes, plus our daughter's condo and townhome off-and-on, as well. Joselin also cleaned one of the homes we had, before we put it on the market. I remember that as being a lot of work for her. Joselin is AMAZING. She is incredibly dependable and an incredibly hard working house cleaner. Honestly? I don't know what my husband and I will do if she ever stops working for Kathy Clean!
