We had a great experience with 1st Choice. Both our furnaces went out on the same day and they responded right away. Phil and Megan worked all day on our install and Josh was very helpful for both visits .

David was professional and courteous, and got the repair done with a quickness. Would strongly recommend, and will be using their services again! I feel a little awkward clicking all of the "what did I like about this business" buttons, but... Frankly, it's just the truth. Made what would've been a rubbish day into a pretty good one.

The techs were ahead of schedule, professional and did a great job at installing a new whole house humidifier and condensation pump. Everything looks great, works great, and they cleaned up everything once they completed. Will use this company again in the future.

I have a 5 year service agreement with 1st Choice and I haven't regretted purchasing it! This time, during my HVAC system inspection, Megan found that my humidifier hasn't been working since it was installed. During installation (done by another company), a plug was never removed from the humidifier supply line.
Every inspection over the last year has been like this - there are little things wrong that wouldn't justify a service call, but they are found during the inspection and I'm so happy when they are fixed!
All of the technicians that have been out to my house have been so competent and helpful. I'm so glad to have found 1st Choice.

This business was recommended to us by our favorite appliance repairman (John Wright, H.A.S.). I'm glad we followed his recommendation. The business is very good about communication with the customer, and also one of the few businesses who will install a new gas cooktop. Our service technician, David A., was a pleasure to work with. He was able to complete the job, with the final cost being well under what was quoted by other businesses. (We also enjoyed his lighthearted and happy demeanor!) We will definitely be calling 1st Choice Pro Services for any future plumbing/HVAC needs. Hopefully, they will branch out and include electrical work in the not-too-distant future, as we will be needing to hire an electrician for various projects. We highly recommend this business as well as David A., in particular.

Had a leak in my basement. Called numerous companies without even a call back. A friend recommended 1st Choice Plumbing. They returned my call before even opening, Dave came to the house within several hours, explained what needed to be done, gave me a fair estimate and got the work done in several hours. I hate to give them such a good review as I don’t want them to be to busy to come back when I need them, but they were great, highly recommended

We discovered a leak in our basement which had soaked the carpet. Called several places wanting someone rather quickly and 1st Choice Pro was the first place to answer. The dispatcher on the phone was friendly, David the plumber came out within a couple of hours, gave a quick diagnosis of the leak, and had it fixed before he left. He was nice, informative, and efficient. A very quick and painless process. Would use them again in the future.

I had a leak in my shower pipes that caused water damage to the floor in front of the shower. Got my water shut off and drained my pipes to decrease the water leak. I called and they sent Frank out in about 30 minutes and he found the broken pipe very quickly. Frank was very professional and explained everything in terms I could understand. I would recommend them to anyone who needs plumbing services.

I'm very pleased to have my six day old pipe break repaired. 1st Choice Pro Services was quick to respond to my call, (they were the only company that answered my call, and I phoned numerous companiea for help). The service tech diagnosed the problem quickly, explained everything to me, had the parts required to repair this particular issue and was very efficient. He even phoned early to see if he could get the job started before scheduled.
I can't say enough positive words about my experience and I will be keep this number for my plumbing and hvac needs.
I am so happy not to be hearing water dripping from my second story as I write this.

Not only did Frank diagnosis the problem with my water heater and install a new one, but also he assessed what other repairs would be needed. He called Restorative Service to correct the water damage (I had mushrooms growing out of my carpet!) and because they had worked together before, restorative came right away and began detoxing my basement. The people at 1st Choice Pro Services are my new best friends. I couldn't be happier with their work and will call them again for general maintenance and if disaster strikes again. (They answer their phones and even return phone calls promptly!)

Maegan came out to perform our annual furnace safety inspection. She finished with a previous job a little earlier than expected so she was early for our appointment. She was very professional and courteous and took care to make sure everything is working properly. She was kind and patient as I asked questions and explained fully and clearly all that she did. She also made some helpful suggestions for upkeep that will help our furnace last longer. I highly recommend 1st Choice for any HVAC needs as well as their excellent plumbing services.

We had a leak from our main level toilet that went into the basement. When I called 1st Choice they sent Scott and he was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He educated us on the issue, his suggested fix, and even checked the other toilets in our house to make sure we didn’t run into the same issue elsewhere. My husband and I were very impressed with his thoroughness. Highly recommend Scott and the 1st Choice Plumbing team. We’ve been using them for 6+ years!

Can't recommend these guys enough, specifically Dereck!! He's been really upfront, friendly, and always communicated promptly and well to make sure everything went smoothly! We found a gas leak so the utilities company turned it off in the middle of winter. Dereck found the leak, replaced the water heater at a good price, and a great time! He made sure we were being helped in the middle of a storm this week! Can't saythe same for the utilities company. Anyways, really recommend them and look no further. Contact these guys first!

We had an issue with our furnace not heating in our home. As first time homeowners we did not know what to do and so our realtor recommended 1st Choice Pro Services. The technician they sent out Kolvey was excellent. He was prompt and professional and explained everything about our issue which was a dirty flame sensor as well as told us about signing up for a club care plan and its benefits. We will definitely be using 1st Choice Pro services in the future and will recommend to friends and family

1st Choice Pro Services spent hours trying to salvage a boiler which had been installed by another company [which had incorrectly soldered threads on copper piping making the repair
impossible]. Derek was awesome, and later two of his associates tried as well. First thing the next morning , Brendan [the owner] provided a quote and within a couple of hours 1st Choice started the install on a new system. Within about 24 hours the new boiler was up and running. Please note that Derek, another associate, and Brendan did the install.
All were extremely polite, knowledgeable and professional.
I'll definitely stay with 1st Choice in the present and future.
Being retired military I can definitely recommend this company to
all, including military, both active and retired.

Technician arrived on time and diagnosed issue quickly. When she informed me of the cost of the bad part...I had to pause. She was not willing to negotiate on her very large markup and I was not comfortable being taken to the cleaners. I paid the diagnostic charge, thanked her for her time and ordered the part myself online for a fraction of her price.

After calling several companies for service on a Saturday night 1st Choice was the only one that actually got back to us with availability that wasn’t several days out for an urgent problem. Kolvey came and was very knowledgeable and professional. He was very thorough in testing the unit and ruling out other issues. I will definitely use them again!
