Grayson & Sons Plumbers LLC took care of all the plumbing for our new log guest cottage. As someone not well-versed in plumbing, I usually don't find pipes and fixtures very exciting... they either function properly or they don't. However, what really stood out to us was how several contractors, who were knowledgeable about plumbing, praised the quality of the work while working around Miguel's tasks. Additionally, a few plumbing issues popped up after they finished, but Grayson & Sons handled everything quickly and without any fuss. We were truly impressed by their service. They deserve high marks and a strong recommendation.

My partner reached out to Grayson & Sons Plumbers LLC for a drainage issue we were experiencing at home. Miguel was sent out to address the problem. He did a great job fixing it, but also advised us that our sewer lateral needed some attention due to the age of our plumbing. Unfortunately, the situation worsened sooner than we expected, necessitating immediate action. Miguel returned to complete the job, along with another worker. Both were incredibly detail-oriented, and their professionalism was outstanding. They went above and beyond in ensuring our plumbing issues were resolved. We truly appreciate their efforts. If anyone ever needs similar plumbing services, don't hesitate to request these guys. They are truly exemplary!

i was referred to grayson & sons plumbers llc and i'm really happy with the service. miguel arrived right on time, was super friendly, and clearly knew what he was doing. our dishwasher was making a lot of noise, but he quickly figured out it was the pressure reducing valve and adjusted it perfectly. the last plumber didn't bother to check the psi, so it was still way too high, but miguel got it just right. he also took care of a leak in our basement fast. under our kitchen sink, we have a pretty complicated setup and were having some problems, but miguel found the best solution for now. overall, really great plumbing service and i feel confident calling them again if we need help.
