Rustin is a stand up professional. Have had him do many jobs - small to large scale.

He many times has "talked himself" out of a "job" by being honest and upfront with his knowledge. Meaning he has given solutions that cost far less than a full job that any other contractor would try to default to.

11/10 recommend his services. Professional. Clean work. Open communication. And dedication to his craft.

Our water looked like orange juice and now it is crystal clear. Rustin worked for 8 hours at our home to engineer and troubleshoot a filtration sysytem that worked for our well. He was very diligent, unhurried, and thorough. He answered all of our many questions. He went above and beyond to help our family. We couldn't be happier.

I called Imperial Plumbing to assist with troubleshooting my sink faucet that had a pulsating water flow. My fears that there was a leak somewhere in the line were quickly calmed, as Rustin explained there were simply air bubbles coming through the lines. He recommended a replacement faucet, and even threw out a few good recommendations for brands. After replacing the faucet, the problem went away, just as he said! Highly recommend!

Rustin and Mikey were incredible! They've obviously been doing this for a long time and it's reflected in their high quality work. They're easy to work and communicate with and were able to meet our specific needs. Our young kids, who were very excited to have a new bathroom, bugged them everyday and both Rustin and Mikey were patient with them and kind and answered their eager questions. They were really a joy to work with and we're so happy with the results.

Imperial has been great to work with. Proactive, thorough, and professional throughout a repair we had done. Even helped us remotely troubleshoot an issue we caused ourselves (oops) that was time-sensitive. Would absolutely recommend these guys.

There are so many positive things to say about Imperial Plumbing and Rustin and his team that we could write a novel. From the very beginning back in September with our kitchen water pipe issues Rustin was 100% laid back, open, honest and fair. They were able to come in and repair everything despite constant issues that came up they were so nice and determined to get our kitchen back to where it needed to be. Along with being more then willing to keep open communication with us and our insurance they go above and beyond. We are forever grateful for the hard work that they completed and getting us up and running. Hands down one of the best plumbing companies we have worked with and hopefully nothing too soon (we know you guys are sick of coming to our "monster house") Imperial Plumbing will always be our first and only call. Fantastic service. Rustin was knowledgeable, careful and explained what he was doing during the repair. I have had a water heater installed, and a leaking front faucet repair, which were both done very quickly and correctly. I would highly recommend Imperial Plumbing for any of your plumbing jobs or emergencies. Rustin was also very friendly and accommodating of my schedule. Great work!

Rustin was quick to answer the phone and was at my house within 1.5 hours. Gave a quote and said they could have our new water heater installed by 2pm. They did just that! Very happy with their service as well as Rustin's great costumer service and communication.

Rustin and Mikey at imperial plumbing came out quickly when we needed a service for our hot water heater. They were extremely kind, courteous, and knowledgeable. They were able to get the work done in a short time, we will continue to recommend imperial plumbing.

Imperial Plumbing designed and installed an entire water system including two replaceable cartridge filters, a Halo whole home filtration filter, a water heater, a pressure tank, and all connecting copper plumbing at our home in Crystal Park. Design and installation were done on short notice at nearly 9,000' elevation, in the midst of snow and ice closing the road to our home. Despite this, the Imperial owner worked late on design and installation two different days and then nearly 9 hours on a Saturday. His system changed our strong odor, unsafe, undrinkable, water to safe drinking, oder free, clear water. We also went from not having enough pressure to take a shower, to plenty of pressure throughout our home. The Imperial Plumbing Company could not have made us any happier with our water. We so appreciate the owner's professionalism, his knowledge, his sense of urgency, and his desire and ability to provide us with great drinking water in a home of our dreams.

Feb 17 2026 - Second time I had Rustin and Imperial Plumbing over to my house and just as good or better then first time because I knew getting super service . I had leaking shut valve replaced on toilet and new faucet on bathroom sink with sink hoses and shut off valves that were old like 1980s. Everything replace and working great. Like first did the little things make everything look good and cleaning up aftwards all at very reasonable price. Definitely will continue to call in future for any work I need on the house.
