Dante and his team did a fantastic job. The water heater not only works great but the finished job looks amazing. They made sure that my sprinkler system and humidifier were reconnected properly and that everything was cleaned up nicely.

We have just received a services from Bell Plumbing and electric. First, their senior advisor, Mr. Joe DeFelice came to diagnose the problem and also answer that question for installing a Water purification system. Then Mr. Jordan King came to fix the problem with our kitchen sink. They were both extremely professional and competent. The service needed was provided with a smiling face. There was an estimate before the job and after the job was completed it was exactly the same amount. From their answering service to their dispatcher, everything worked in synchrony. I’m very impressed with the professionalism and the service that this company provides and recommend them to everyone wholeheartedly.

Bell Heating’s Michael Stahl was brilliant. He knew every detail of our furnace and how everything worked and should work and seemed to care about it working well on a personal level. He knows these systems inside and out and solved our issues easily. Highly recommended!!

I needed furnace replacement after mine failed completely. Bell quoted ~$11,000 for the job, which they said would require 4-5 installers working a full day.

Primary Issues:

Missed Appointment: On the scheduled installation day, no one showed up. When I called, I learned the furnace hadn't arrived and no one had been dispatched. No one bothered to inform me and I lost a day of work I had taken off to be here for the install.

Installation Day: When the rescheduled appointment finally happened, only 2 installers arrived and completed the work in half a day (not 4-5 people for a full day as originally described to me). While the installation itself worked properly, they left behind a bit of a mess and zip tie ends that needed cleanup which was disappointing.

Electrician Delays: The electrician arrived around 4pm but discovered he was missing a necessary part and had to leave to get it, pushing completion to later in the evening.

Bottom Line: The installation functions correctly, but the service fell far short of professional standards. Poor communication, missed appointments, inaccurate time estimates, and lack of attention to detail left me feeling the $11,000 price tag didn't match the service quality. If you use Bell, I strongly recommend proactively managing your appointment rather than trusting their scheduling and communication.

I woke up on a Saturday to no hot water and Bell was able to get a plumber out that day which I didn’t expect and was such a great surprise. They notified me when he was on his way with his name and picture and how long he would be. He was great and explained everything so I understood. He also found another issue and showed me what was wrong but no pressure to fix it if I didn’t want to right then. I did have him go ahead and fix it and he showed me all that he had done when he finished. They made the entire process easy and I will definitely use them again!!

Furnace stopped working on New Years and Mike from Bell was out to us within the hour. The woman at Bell who took my initial call was incredibly kind and worked quickly to find a tech to help.

Mike took time to explain the issue and was able to fix the problem in a short amount of time. He was extremely knowledgeable, kind and went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied with the service. He also followed up timely with some questions I had. I would highly recommend Bell and Mike specifically.

Nate replaced 4 toilets in our home. He was prompt, very knowledgeable, personable, efficient and friendly. He accomplished all the work with no problems. He gave good advice on other plumbing projects and we now have scheduled additional work. Will definitely ask for him to do any future work.

Dylan Secrest in truck 209 did a terrific job repairing our leaking sprinkler valve. He was on time, professional knowledgeable and friendly. The price seemed high for the repair, but that is not in the technician's control. He honored my coupon.discount.

Our drainage system backed up so we called Bell. Technician Jordan King was here in about 40 minutes. We have no cleanout so he moved the toilet and cleaned the drain out 100 ft. The drainage system is working perfectly. Jordan was quick, efficient and friendly. Great service!

What a great experience having Nick and team replace my hot water heater yesterday. The process was wonderful, starting with the estimate. Another company that came out wanted me to pay an extra $3000 for a humidifier I did not need or want and another $1,700 to replace pipes that Nick said maintenance in the shower area above would fix the problem. So not only did I save a lot of money using Bell, but the work looks great. The old equipment was hauled away, everything was cleaning spotlessly, and new hot water heater works perfect. Thanks again Nick for making this experience as painless as possible.

We started to have issues with our furnace and had Michael to come over and do the diagnostic. Luckily it was an easy fix. Michael was very knowledgeable and also gave me some tips and suggestions on how to improve the performance of our furnace and prolong its life. We will continue using Bell services and recommend them to everyone who needs HVAC services.

Whole package, water heater, furnace,air conditioner, electric panel all new, to replace existing units. Kwincii was our plumber, Emilio and Omar installed the furnace and air conditioner,Trey installed the electric panel, Steve did the electrical for the furnace and air conditioner and Kathy took care of the money issues, everyone was great, professional, kind, answered all my questions and concerns, all service was done with minimal interruptions to my day or to my condo, everyone cleaned up after the work including vacuuming the floor, and Kathy got all the paperwork and monies figured out for me. Very happy with everyone and how everyone did the work. Give everyone a day off with pay, all deserve it, thank you for making my life better

We had an electrician come out to check out a ceiling fan and an outlet we were having problems with. Steve, the electrician, was very knowledgeable and very polite. He checked out the situation and told us what needed to be done. He told us how much this would cost and got our approval before starting the work. The company was very good about texting and letting us know where the technician was and when he would be here. Steve called us when he got into our driveway to let us know he was here. They honored a coupon we had. I feel the service and policies of this company are excellent and honest. We will definitely use them in the future.

Replacement of anodes in our water heaters seems important in extending the service life of that part of our plumbing. The existing ones were three years old. Dylan completed this efficiently in our ten year old water heaters and also found that one of the relief valves required replacement. It would not reseat. I appreciate Bell's prompt scheduling to complete this work.
