TCF performed an annual service on our very old boiler. They were able to come out in a reasonable amount of time (it wasn't urgent), were on time for the appointment, professional, explained everything and communicated well before and after the service. We will use them again!

Thomas came out late at night to help me get my hot water back on when my water heater went down. He has been super professional and has gone out of his way to help my family.
After finding out that my water heater was corroding inside, he handled all of the warranty claims and did a great job replacing my tank.

We had suspected a leak between our house and the street so I reached out to TCF asking about estimates. They sent someone out right away on a Saturday for a free-of-charge estimate. Quickly identified where the leak was and stuck around all day while we waited for the water company to come to shut off the main water. Raymond, Cesar, and Miguel were professional and maintained great communication throughout the process. They also put back all of the landscaping exactly how it was before the repairs began. Despite Thomas not being able to be here, he was readily available via phone and kept me up to date as the service progressed. TCF will definitely be our go-to from now on!

We had a very honest, knowledgeable and friendly technician named Michael Stahl arrive exactly at the time promised and completely took care of all our needed furnace issues. I would not hesitate to use this company or this technician for my future needs.

Just had the sewer mainline cleared by Levi! He did a fantastic job and was very thorough in explaining possible causes and things to keep an eye on to avoid future problems.
Called Bell and left info, Macy called me back shortly after. She took all the details of the problem, contacted Levi and he was there in about 30 minutes! He took care of my drain and after a chat he was gone. Whole process from first call to final handshake was about 90 minutes! Could not have asked for a better experience! Thank you!!

Beware of Applewood Plumbing. Check the reviews on other sites. Never join their Gold Club it is a scam. They are very below standard at customer service and scheduling. They do not show up when scheduled. They take pride in recording your conversation so they can defend their unethical business practices. As a gold club member they never showed up. They also require their service techs many who are talented but controlled by Josh Ward the owner, to find something wrong in an inspection and charge very high prices. They are known to take advantage of older people. Stay away! And they removed my last review so they control the google review. I would highly recommend Bell Plumbing, Heating and Cooling. They are customer focused and do a professional job! Applewood gets one star. Bell gets 5 stars.

Nate from Bell Plumbing quickly traced the leak to an original hose bib installed with improper slope and inadequate insulation. The diagnosis was precise and grounded in clear cause-and-effect.

He accessed the bib in a tight basement area, removed the failed unit, and installed a new one with the correct slope to prevent future issues. The work was careful and controlled, with attention to the surrounding structure.

He answered every question in detail, leaving me with a far stronger understanding of how the system operates and how to handle insulation during the upcoming restoration.

I had an excellent experience with Tomas Magallan from Bell Plumbing & Heating Co. Tomas was extremely punctual, arriving right on time and ready to get to work. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the heat regulator on our shower, which had been giving us trouble for weeks. He also took care of a vent issue with our kitchen sink.
