We had a water pipe burst, due to freezing temperatures, in our laundry room. Thomas offered to repair the pipe on the night of the burst, but we scheduled for early the next morning. He was in touch in the morning to keep me updated on his arrival time. He was professional, and offered sound advice on how to fix the problem and some updates to our plumbing lines. We took him up on his suggestions and added 2 shutoff values to isolate our laundry room and kitchen in case this happens again. He was quick with the repairs, cleaned up when done, and did as little drywall removal as possible. Overall, we were very happy and would recommend TCF Emergency Plumbing.

I can not thank Thomas enough. Our boiler was literally exploding New Year’s Day of 2022. He came all the way to evergreen to look at it and it was all replaced a day and a half later. I’m pregnant and the negligence of this homes previous owner could have killed us. Today we woke up with no heat. Thomas answered my call and came out right away. He fixed the issue promptly and was able to restore our heat. I can’t recommend him enough. I will forever use Thomas for all our heating and plumbing needs.

I called TCF this morning at 10 am, and by 12:30 Eric (the technician) was finished solving a kitchen drain issue. He was incredibly friendly, and he was patient with our nosy dog. He explained everything and completely solved the problem. I'll absolutely be using them again and requesting Eric.

I only have good things to say about TCF plumbing. Eric and Thomas came out and we’re professional, responsive, explained everything they were doing in detail, and even were able to fix a couple other things around the house in the same visit for a great price.

They did a full re-piping of my house for a great price, brought the fridge line up to new standard, and replaced the gas valve for my oven.

I would recommend them to anyone looking for any kind of plumbing/heating/gas service!!

Late night emergency with water leaking from shower upstairs to bathroom downstairs. Thomas was responsive and came within an hour or two. Quickly identified the issue and had the repairs done in no time. Price was fair and he was upfront about expenses from the start. Had a clogged kitchen sink drain on Sunday night. Contacted TCF at 5;45 and he was there by 7:30! You can't ask for better than that! Thomas was very knowledgable and friendly. I am so happy to have found a permanent plumber! I am already making a list of projects! :-)

We accidentally dislodged the gas line on our range and had to get somebody out same day to fix it. Eric was sent out and he was great! He fixed our gas line and also answered a lot of other questions we had about future projects. Thanks again!

Working with Thomas was a great experience. He answered all my questions and went above and beyond to help me find the issue. We came to find out that the issue was not plumbing related and did not need his services. However, for future purposes, I have found a great plumber.

Having to call a plumber came with a good deal of anxiety because I haven't found one to become my "go-to" yet. That changed today. Eric did a great job being thorough in his assessment, up front about different options and cost, and completed quick but quality work on our leak.

Add this to the fast and clear communication when I initially reached out, it's safe to say I'll be going through these guys again. I'm sure I could have got it done cheaper somewhere else, but I think the piece of mind is worth any additional cost.
