Plumbline service folks, both on the phone and in person, were very professional and friendly. They put me at ease immediately. Jake did an beautiful plumbing job and stayed with the problem until he was sure it was completely repaired. Cameron was able to come on short notice to help. They were an amazing team and I was confident in their abilities. I will always look to Plumbline for any plumbing needs. Thank you!

We used Plumbline to install our water softener and reverse osmosis system via Costco. The installation was seamless (minus a broken filter which they quickly came out to replace free of charge). The sales process was a bit misleading though. We were told there is a 10year warranty which was a huge selling point for us. However, the labor charge for them to come out starts at $275 per visit and possibly higher. That would have been nice to budget in prior to agreeing.

Dennis was the technician dispatched to our home to service the kitchen sink drain that had been clogged. Dennis was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. He listened to my concerns. He checked everything and then explained the process. Dennis was able to unclog the drain in no time. He ran water through the line for a while to be sure it was fixed. He took great care to keep the area clean while he was working. There wasn’t a mess to clean up when he was finished. I’m so happy to be able to use my sink again! Thank you Dennis and Plumb Line!

We had a great technician and the cost was very reasonable. I would like to give 4.5 stars, but since I can't it's 4. There were too many questions before any work was done that had very little to do with the problem. Also too much effort spent on trying to get me signed up for their 'membership'. Other than that, great work, good communication and good prices. Thank you

Tate, Noah and Jordan were very professional and friendly! They kept us well informed as the project progressed and put in long hours in order to finish in one day. The final cost was less than estimated. Will call Plumbline the next time without hesitation!

Patrick offered professional service today at my house. It wasn't the news that I wanted to hear, but the situation was way beyond Patrick's control.
He offered a couple of financing options and I'm going to get a loan for a decent down payment for Plumbline. -
Our call was for annual furnace maintenance. The technician who performed the service was Kenyon M. He was on time. He was extremely thorough and professional as well as being very personable. He was very neat and cleaned up thoroughly. He provided helpful information about how aspects of the furnace work and what to do optimize its efficiency. He is an excellent technician. Service was provided in accordance with our maintenance contract with Plumbline. Sincerely, John K.

These guys installed a toilet as contractors through Home Depot when we made the purchase there. During installation, the technician had to replace the emergency shut-off valve and riser after it started leaking (it only started leaking after the technician touched it. It didn't do that before). It was $502. I agreed to have it fixed in the moment because it was leaking. I didn't feel like I had a choice. Later that night when I talked it over with my gf, we felt like we got taken. I never got an itemized receipt breaking down the labor and parts. When I called, they sent it. That work wasn't itemized - it showed one cost. They also didn't tell us the pick up fee for the toilet was going to cost $120. I thought we already payed for it. Excuse my ignorance for not asking, but for that cost at least mention its going to cost $120. If I had known that, I would have never agreed to have them pick it up. I would have picked it up myself. A toilet installation we thought we already payed for turned into an extra cost of over $600. I called over there 3 times to talk to the manager - I left a message for the manager once, the other 2 times the people I talked to said the manager would call me back. Nobody called. Nobody left a message. Clearly customer service is not a priority.

I had a clogged pipe downstairs & called Plumbline. I have been using this service for yrs now. Ethan Bateman was very professional. He attempted to resolve the issue but there seemed to be a bigger issue. Travis Chadwick, a supervisor, was then called to scope the pipe to locate the issue. We were to develop a plan to get the issue resolved. Both men were informative, respectful, discussed my options, & helped me figure out what was best for my situation. I would definitely recommend them. Like I said, I have been using Plumbline for a few yrs now & trust their services.

Typical scam of making their money on estimates and not work.
Called to get a price quote on some replacement filters for our R/O system and to price out standard maintenance on our water refining system. They wanted to charge me $50 to come out just to give me a quote. For what? You already know what the filters cost in your system, and you know the basic price you charge for standard maintenance. They wouldn't give me any of those prices over the phone. This tells me that they were going to try to gouge me on the cost and make their money on callout fees.
I don't go to an oil change shop and have them charge me $50 to tell me how much the oil change will be - why would I do it for my filters and a resin cleaner flush? It'd be one thing if they said this is our base rate, but if there's additional work that needs done, we'll have to spec that out, but charging me $50 just to tell me what they'll charge me for a known material list is ridiculous.
Sadly, this is a business model that thrives because most homeowners are simply ignorant about what the process should look like, and have no idea what something should cost. I'm sure they have tonnes of glowing reviews of people who tout their politeness and professionalism, because when you're completely screwing over the customer on cost, you have to try to make them feel good about it. I suspect many of those thrilled customers would be less than thrilled to find out they overpaid. Avoid, and find a contractor who makes their money on the labour instead of the quotes. -
Plumbline Services was fantastic to work with. They connected my refrigerator to the water line quickly and efficiently, and the whole experience was smooth from start to finish. The team was incredibly kind and professional, and I was pleasantly surprised when they charged me less than originally quoted. It’s rare to find a company that does great work and shows that level of honesty and care. Highly recommend!

Garret came out to do a furnace inspection. He was thorough and gave me three options. Geoff came out went over the options and gave me two quotes. He showed all the pros and cons. Francisco and Sar installed our new Furnace and did an awesome job. They hauled away the old unit and did some upgrades to make sure everything was in code. They cleaned the whole area perfectly.
Ryan the electrician installed out new breaker box and house surge protection and had Brett and a apprentice there to help finish that step
to the services we requested. They all were so professional and friendly and shared why they did things a particular way. They spent six hours on a very, very cold day to get all our needs met and smiled the whole time. I am not that easy to please but they all did seamlessly as a team. I highly recommend them all the services they provide. -
Mike came out to look at our 16 year old water heater and to give us quotes on replacing it. We are considering tankless vs regular tank, and he took a lot of time to inspect the area and make sure we could install the tankless with little issue.
He gave us a very reasonable quote, and could have installed the tankless that day if we wanted! He was professional, personable and it was nice to have the actual plumber look at our system and give us the quote instead of just a sales person.
The pricing was better than the 2 other companies (both large, well-known ones) and we are hoping to move forward. If the install goes as well as the inspection/quote, Plumbline will be our new go-to for plumbing services! -
I was referred to Plumbline by my local Home Depot for a furnace check up. Patrick arrived on time and was through in his inspection. He located several major issues with our furnace and was quick to ease my mind when explaining the situation. An additional team member named Macy quickly met with us to break down options for a solution. She was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Both Patrick and Macy were very detail oriented and a delight to work with. I would highly recommend Plumbline as a company for their exceptional customer service and kind employees.

It was very easy to schedule online. I had next day service for our reverse osmosis and water softener replacement filters annual maintenance. I had many questions addressed including how to make my water system better due to things like my hair breaking off even though I have had this system for many years. I did not realize also my tankless water heater tank needed maintenance too, to clean the deposits off of it. We discussed my water softener reservoir will need replacing next year and the drip sensor on the RO system. I am considering installing 1. Two separate canister filter system additionally installed 2. A pressure system to control and protect my appliances and water systems already in place, 3 A tankless water heater cleaning done to help with any built up residue. My technician Christian was superb, He answered all my questions and had a great exchange back and forth conversations. He was informative and realistic. He gave the need to know, want to know and nice to know answers during our exchange. A job well done and the reason I keep using this service.

Tech arrived on time, with proper notice. He quickly completed repairs on our mini-split and communicated well throughout.
They also had the courtesy of calling me after the work was complete to confirm I was happy with the work done. They obviously prioritize customer service and will certainly be using them again! -
Great Follow-Up and Resolution – They Made It Right on My HVAC Issues!
I originally had a frustrating experience with Plumbline's VIP Plan maintenance on my less-than-1-year-old furnace and A/C (installed March 2025). The initial visit highlighted dust buildup and a tipping filter issue (no proper bracket/slots, leading to direct dust into the blower), but it felt like an upsell push with inconsistent quotes for cleaning services that I thought should be more covered under the plan. The tech was knowledgeable but pushy about immediate add-ons, and the filter "fix" was just tape. After leaving a detailed review and feedback, Plumbline reached out promptly and offered to come back to address everything. They followed through professionally: Properly fixed the filter bracket issue with a secure, makeshift solution that actually holds it in place—no more tipping or bypassed dust. They performed the necessary cleaning on the blower assembly, leaving the system spotless and running efficiently.
No pressure this time; they explained everything clearly, answered my questions, and focused on resolution without pushing extras.
I'm impressed with how they handled the follow-up, turning a negative into a positive. The team listened, made it right at no extra hassle, and demonstrated good customer care, especially for a VIP member. My system is now in great shape, and the issues are resolved.
If you're on their VIP Plan or considering it, know that while initial experiences can vary, they seem committed to satisfaction when you speak up. Thanks to the team for stepping up. I'll be more confident using them going forward. -
Great service
