Super support from our project designer Jonathan. He stuck with us from beginnning to end. The installation team worked overtime to make sure our new system was working excellently and all our questions got answered. Amazing service in a time where other companies dont seem to have the time or concern.

I had old cast iron pipes that were disintegrating. The initial work was started and completed immediately but my finish work was a nightmare. I did not get back use of my bathroom until a week after it was supposed too be originally completed. I did have a second bathroom on another level of the house, not the same level as bedroom used. I had 3 appointments to rest my bathroom all cancel(correction my 3rd appt was kept but there were more problems that needed addressed so no work could be done which would have been discovered had they kept the other appointments) I was not informed of cancelation until I reached out to find out what was going on. I was told my home would be restored to usable condition to the best of their ability which I understood. I didn't know I would be blown off and have to hunt down plumbers and techs to get it done. I'm now reading reviews which I should have done 1st! My toilet is crooked but not rocking because they left broken tile attached to the toilet and addressed it by shimming it. I don't want to be told you can't find my account, I don't want to hear from the people that have been to my home or the people that blew me off! I want to hear from the person or people getting most of my $27,865 profit after cost! I want someone to come to my home and see if this looks like good workmanship!

Logan was amazing. He came in listened to my concern, made a plan and he cleared my drain. He was courteous, respectful and knowledgeable. He showed up early...If needed, I would definitely use them again!

Plumbline was awesome. I had a clogged pipe in my kitchen sink that my renter dumped a bunch of food down there thinking the garbage disposal would take care of it. I had a manual sewer snake and I tried to dislodge it, but I couldn’t get good the job done. I called that morning and they scheduled me for a 2-5 appointment and the driver called me 40 minutes before he was gonna be there to make sure I was home, which was great. That way I didn’t just have to hang out all day. Kevin showed up and got the drain cleared in less than 30 minutes. He was very nice and was respectful of the property & left his work area clean when he left. It was a great price, only $93 and super fast service in my opinion. I highly recommend them to come out for your plumbing needs.

The were able to fit us into the schedule within three days (this was for a non-emergency call). The plumber was on time, courteous, and efficiently fixed the shower! He also took the time to show us some other potential issues forming in our fire mitigations system that could cause future issues that we're now able to address in advance. We chose Plumbline because they are a member of our local Chamber of Commerce, but we will be recommending them in our community because of their excellence on he job!

Representative above stellar in professionalism, very knowledgeable, answered all my questions, very polite, efficient. Explanations easy to understand, Wonderful warranty's offered. I've recommended Plumbline several times now. And will continue to do so. I never felt pressured. Very comfortable!

After my home was made an offer on, I needed a main sewer line clean out. I called Plumbline and they were able to come out the next day. They were great. Fast, clean and very nice, and it included a line scope to show the buyers. A great company with great employees. The kitchen sink backed up suddenly and made loud gurgling sounds. Called Plumbline & a technician arrived the next day. He tried various methods to check/clear the drain, but none solved the problem. Final try was to check the Studor valve. We purchased a new valve and that resolved the issue. Our technician, Logan, was great at explaining exactly what he was doing and why. No problems since!

Zac was fantastic! Knowledgeable and super friendly! He gave us an education to keep our water heater running smoothly for years! I love how fast he came to house. I was able to get him on the same day! He fixed everything in a timely manner and I noticed he didn’t rush through anything and doubled checked his work to make sure he did it right. That level of professionalism is hard to come by. Everyone should learn from his prime example as an exemplary employee but most of all a decent human being. Thanks for being so prompt, funny and masterful with your job!

I had them come out for a furnace check prior to the cold weather. I found them courteous and friendly. What I liked best is I think they were the most honest with me about my furnace. I had had another company come out prior to them and while I liked the other company.....I think they were more on the "sell".

Our Plumbline electrician arrived early yesterday morning. I had three projects I wanted completed. He assured us he could accomplish all three. it was more than I had scheduled for. Our electrician was very knowledgeable and professional. We enjoyed having him. We will ask for him again in the spring when we have another electrical project to complete.

David is a straight shooter, explained what was what, came in to my home for drain maintenance. Everything went smoothly and cleaned up nicely. Travis arrived shortly after David completed cleaning the line and scoped the line. Both men explained clearly and confidently. The job was completed in a clean and orderly fashion. Well done Plumbline!

So happy we have our new water softening system! Grant came and tested our water to reveal we were off the charts with water hardness. Since we received the new system, our skin is healthier and no more calcium build-up on our sinks! Had our re-test today and the results are amazing.

Techs are great! The VIP membership is worthwhile. All our services have been great except for issue with thermostat - it connects to WiFi but not to Carrier servers. We've been waiting 3+ months for resolution on that issue... Carrier wont talk to me because it's supported by Plumbline, and Plumbline doesnt have the expertise to work on that issue. In the meantime we still have a "dumb" smart thermostat LOL.

Service technician was extremely kind & knowledgeable, and was able to fix our water leak in our basement ceiling! Also excellent customer service and follow up after our service appointment as well.

Plumbline Services have been amazing!! I am writing this review after 24 hours of initially booking my service. I had trouble figuring out which service I needed through the online booking portal so I called. The agent on the phone was so nice and extremely helpful. She booked me for a service the next day and gave me a window of 2-5 MST. The next day another agent called me and asked me if I had time within the next 30 minutes or so as they had some cancellations. I explained I did and he sent an electrician within that time! The second agent on the phone was very kind and helpful as well. I then received a text message with a short get-to-know your electrician blurb along with a link that showed where the service truck was on the map!! The electrician Jay was very helpful and was able to figure out what the issue was with one of our exhaust fans. The purchase of the item was seamless! Jay was very thorough with explaining everything and next steps. So far, I’ve had an amazing experience with Plumbline Services and plan to continue to book my maintenance services through them as well!!

Excellent service from Geoff. He explained everything thoroughly, listened to what we wanted and was able to provide us with a heating and cooling system that fit our budget. Quick installation appointment and we're looking forward to having new, energy efficient units.

From Jonathan, HVAC consultant to Blake the installation team lead Plumbline performance was absolutely exceptional. Plumbline was the last of six estimates to replace our 20 year old home HVAC. I was initially impressed by the approach that Plumbline took to evaluate the current weather systems we had in our home. They sized the system to effectively deploy a new unit that would efficiently heat and cool house uniformly. From an installation side Blake and his team arrived on time and most impressively were well briefed on the needs of the install. Plumbline to their credit removed the supply and return ducts in order to replace them with correct size to meet the capabilities of the new system. New electrical install for all of HVAC as well as plumbing and exhaust. Basically with the exception of internal home ducting every other component of the HVAC was replaced. They worked very efficiently, tirelessly, and left our basement cleaner than when they started. I cannot commend the Plumbline team enough for the service they provided and I truly we got the value we paid for. A big THANK YOU!
