I don't think I've seen a better company for plumbing issues. My office building sprung a leak in one of the bathrooms. They where here quickly, fixed the issue, and restored water to the building before I could be bored enough to complain. Can't beat that.

3/21/2021-Last response: No freebie ever requested. We did not use the bathroom where the toilet was leaking for no less than three weeks thereby leaving whatever moisture to dry and we did not disturb the ceiling bubble as we awaited a response, any response from you or your company. Just take a look where the damage occurred and where your apprentice DID see, and state, exactly where the paint delaminated from sheet rock--no need to twist the truth because you couldn't see it. I've got pictures which we sent to you weeks before exactly under the toilet as you amd your apprentic measured..
So...there was damage with the supporting pictures we texted four days after install. So 40 flushes when you came back in less than 2 hours does not equate to 4 days (96 hours) when the bubble of water in the ceiling appeared. Whatever adjustments that were made did work. As an FYI, we didn't ask for a discount, refund, or other..we, in fact, added two extra services that increased your quote. That was your quote and we paid cash, on time, and without hesitation. We just wanted professional work done. Way to attack customers who question your service with supporting pictures of water bubbles on the ceiling-I'll even send you additional photos of what you suspected is the shower valve area behind the shower wall which was dry and properly installed almost 4 months prior with no signs of leaking or ceiling damage like water. Good day. We now know where to go for future services...elsewhere.

3/5/2021-Update...we have scheduled for an apt today and Dennis followed up with a text to my wife. They're anticipated to arrive at 9:30 to identify the problem and remove the drywall on the first floor.
3/4/2021-Update...received a call from Ace High Plumbing and they'll be out tomorrow to investigate the source of the leak and remove drywall as well from 1st floor. Increased the rating to two stars
3/2/2021-Update...received a text that he's in the hospital and that we'd as soon as possible. I'm willing to remove and/or replace any feedback based on these circumstances as long as damages gets fixed.
3/1/2021-Update: No update--still haven't received a response from company. The BBB can't contact the establishment either
2/26/2021-Update: No update as we still not received a response. BBB complaint submitted on 2/20/2021.

Horrible customer service and very rude. We had a humidifier installed by this company through Amazon and they have been a headache to deal with. He even threatened legal action against me, the customer, and called me a scammer because I don't think he installed our equipment correctly. When I requested they send a different technician out to double check everything he told me to hire an electrician myself.

UPDATE: As you can see from the business owners response, he is not professional and not a company you should do business with. I ordered a product on Amazon and selected installation, it is not my fault this incompetent company was sent.

They arrived on time and are reasonably priced. Dennis was our guy, and I appreciated that he was ready to enter our home while wearing a mask during the pandemic. I highly recommend this service and will definitely use it again in the future!

We highly recommend Dennis at Ace High Plumbing. He has done great work for us and is a reasonable, very good guy to work with. When a plumbing problem gets tough, he doesn't let it faze him - he just works at it from every angle until it's solved. The most recent time we used him, he not only got our shower fixed, but he showed us some things after he was done and also made sure we had replacement parts for another shower. Highly recommend Dennis!

Ace High Plumbing replaced a hot water heater for me in the middle of a Denver blizzard. I was so appreciative. Dennis and helper came out in the blowig snow storm and replaced my 50 gallon HW heater in little over one hour. No problem with install. I now have hot water again. Grest job. Thanks
